They probably will but at this moment, they are a on the good shape right now. 4 winning streak in not a joke and they even beat Liverpool and Leicester . It could be a some miracle that happened but atleast the fact is that they are on a better shape then Leeds which hasnt win their last two games therefore alot of people are expecting Villa to take this one down again

Gonna be interesting to see how Aston Villa is doing against Leeds. Aston Villa is the team that surprised me (and probable a lot of others) the most this season so far. Won all of their 4 matches - including the incredible 7-2 against Pools - and if they win this match tonight, that's going to be the best start to a new season they ever had. Leeds on the other hand also started pretty well into this season. Both Liverpool and Man City had their problems with them.

It is surprising that Villa is at the top of the table even though it is the beginning of the season and it was shocking that the villa won liverpool and leicester, but I would not place any bets on this game because it is a very unpredictable game, aston villa is playing well, but from what i realized in the game against leicester they wasted some good chances to score and if that scenario is repeated then the game could end in a draw or defeat. that's why I won't place any bets on this game, I'll just watch the game

I picked out favourite in my MM pick but it could be a surprise for Villa as well. Can't be sure of this one with the way Biesla is putting up the plays. Seems a bit hard for Leeds attack to go through Villa's defense and their goalkeeper for me tho. My prediction: likely a draw.

Aston Villa are having an impeccable start to the season, and I think it's going take more than the Leeds team to stop their momentum. Leeds have played some good football against the big dogs, City and Liverpool but replicating the performance against the smaller teams would be the in their own best interest.

Of course, in terms of winning the league, but for the smaller teams, like Aston Villa for example, if they win today, that'll be five wins (100% record), with a game in hand, and it already makes it kinda impossible for them to be relegated at the end of the season, except they experience a really terrible capitulation; as five wins is already more than half of the games they won in the entire last season (9 IIRC).I really dislike Chelsea so I hope they change 15 managers in the next 3 seasons.
Lol, that's not beyond Roman Abramovich, Lampard should be given more time imo, even if he does not deliver anything this season, jurgen Klopp was given quite a while at anfield, before he was able to land the big trophies for Liverpool.

As much as I want Leeds to win or get a point I think Villa are going to continue their winning streak here. Kalvin Phillips is out and the loss Leeds suffered last week made me lose faith in them a little bit. I'd avoid betting on this match to be honest as a draw wouldn't surprise me and I think it will be a low scoring game.

I do not see Leeds as a barrier, Aston Villa also faced big EPL club but still having 4 straight wins, while Leeds lost two and drew one, it was even surprising last week that Leeds could lost a home match to Wolverhampton Wanderers in their last match.
