Of course only Guardiola is better than Ten Hag because he's talking about the baldest manager in Premier League, obviously Ten Hag is the second since his head isn't that clean. But if we're talking about the best manager in Premier League, he might be in rank 10 or lower since he manage a high market value team, but he can't bring the team to become a champion or at least finish on top 4.

This is not something to be hateful of him about, he’s definitely talking about the number of trophies he has won since he joined Manchester United. No any other team’s coach have won more than him since he joined the premier league than Manchester City’s coach, Guardiola. I am sure that’s where the comparison is coming from and not by finishing in the top ranks of the league table or a position that gives qualification to the champions league every season. It is good to hail yourself for a job well done and I can see that this is where the self praise is coming from.

Winning some minor trophy to make him feel like this is obviously not good. If he is this cocky with just these, imagine what would happen if he ever won anything bigger? This dude has been terrible, not just on the field, but whenever he speaks, he has been terrible as well. He doesn't shy away from throwing players under the bus, he has been prompting himself up at any chance, and he has been acting as if he is the greatest manager in the world.

It's a shame that United decided to continue with him, the issue is that not only he will not bring any glory, we know he will suck, he did that already, finished with a United record low levels, but also, he will make the team players feel uncomfortable as well.

If United wants to have a good future, they must have a manager that goes along with players, not someone who sucks and keeps doing these mistakes and keep saying things that will upset the players. That doesn't make sense, for a rebuilding team, you need a manager who will keep the players happy, and get alone with them, befriend them, and try to make them better. Not someone who will fire a player just because the player disagreed with him, or think having under 2.00 averages is fine.

Pep Guardiola is a great coach who has a great way of building his squad. He has a great defensive midfielder, a strong central midfielder and also a good attacking midfielder. Of course that is one thing that has helped him achieve success so far rather than just having the striker, but a good composition of defenders and goalkeepers is also needed.

Pep Guardiola must find ideal replacements for Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne who have so far looked weak, but this is unlikely to be easy. There are only a few players who can match the quality of the two players above, this is because Bernardo and De Bruyne have qualities above the average for other midfielders.
Pep Guardiola has been proven as a coach, he can be successful in any team he has managed and even that is a different league. First Bayern Munich, then he succeeded with Barcelona and now he can bring Manchester City to its glory days and he even succeeded in bringing Manchester City to the Champions League title for the first time. As a coach he usually manages the team for a long time and he managed to gain the trust of management.
Now of course he has to bring fresher players into the squad, because some of the players who have been mainstays are slowly starting to decline and he has to immediately look for replacements. There is no need to be too hasty to terminate the contracts of players who are now starting to decline, but he can do it slowly by bringing in a new generation for Manchester City.

This is the fifth year running that Manchester City has dominated the EPL. Pep Guardiola has dominated over every single manager in the EPL including Jurgen Klopp, Mikel Arteta and others. But Erik Ten Hag sees things differently, he says Pep Guardiola is the only manager to have won more trophies than him in recent times. In the past two years where ETH has been Manchester United’s manger, he’s had two trophies to show in his acquisition. But by the standard of Manchester United, this shouldn’t be something to brag about. They have fallen down the pecking order. Manchester United Standard should be competing for league dominance and fighting for UEFA Champions league.

Looking at the stats and the performance of Manchester United in the last two seasons. Do you think Erik Ten Hag has bragging rights?

If Ten Hag says that Guardiola is a better coach than him then I really agree with him, but if he adds the word "ONLY" then to be honest it seems like Ten Hag is currently making a joke which is actually not funny at all, Guardiola had managed to win many domestic and champions league trophies in the various clubs he coached, while ten hag is it worth it if he boasts that he is better than klopp, arteta and even unai emery just because he won the FA trophy at this time?
This is precisely what makes many people dislike Ten Hag, apart from being known as a coach who has a very big ego, Ten Hag is also a coach who often doesn't want to be blamed and tends to blame his players when Manchester United loses, while if Manchester United wins it's actually him will be proud of themselves as they were when they won the FA last season.

Bald heads  Grin that’s a good one.

If Erik Ten Hag is supposedly the next best thing to Pep Guardiola, then what are Manchester United fans been complaining about all these years. I think ETH should stop blowing his own horn. Manchester United was knocked out of the Champions league like they were a small team, the club has deteriorated massively under his management. This is not the time for the manager to celebrate his “success”.

Well, let's be honest, the class of City players now significantly exceeds the level of players in Manchester United, ten Hag chose enother path, he attracts young players, and tries to make champions out of them, this is a longer path, but I admit that he also has a chance to achieve his goal. Guardiola immediately built a team of the best players, the best strikers, the best defenders, and these were already experienced players who could achieve their goals without long adapting. These coaches have different approaches, and perhaps different opportunities for transfers.

In football we can never know it all. Two seasons ago Arteta challenge for the league and lost out to Manchester City, then people thought it was just a one season wonder from Arteta and his boys. Last season they showed more determination and did more than they did the previous season, so this coming season nobody can actually say the mentality that Arsenal are going to approach it with, but I believe that they are going to do better than they did last season, because we have seen them being consistent with their progress since Arteta took over. Yes Pep Guardiola is a big obstacle standing in the way for any club that want to win the league and that's where it's going to get interesting when the new season finally starts. The other managers especially Arteta will be looking forward on how to overcome that obstacle between him and the title. I don't believe that Arsenal performance for the coming season is going to decline from what we saw last season rather they will build on that and do much better this season.
There is no doubt we are having Arsenal better team after every season which is giving them good advantage for staying into top hunt and their approach and mentality is still having issues, but they are doing good work this season is going to be challenging because now its good time for them to end this deadlock and having trophy.

Pepe is having long experience and things are well organized for him in Manchester City, but Arsenal were facing some problems which are now fixed by Mikel Arteta, and they are bringing quality players which will also have suitable replacements.

Usually I am not in favour of comparing players and coaches because everyone is having own approach for the game and win as well but in this season we will have significant competition for the title as two teams are fighting hard for last two seasons and this time we will have some other challenges as well which are doing their best for having good end of their season.

Yeah, Ten Hag was bragging about his achievements from the last two seasons. But, he forgot to mention Klopp, who has the same achievements as him in the last two seasons. I calculate this since Ten Hag joined Manchester United, which was 2 years ago. Many parties are blaming how ten hag being so cocky with his minor trophies.

I can't imagine if Ten Hag wins UCL. Then, he may claim to be the world's best coach. But, Ten Hag's statement makes sense. It was based on the fact. Even Arteta can give only 1 trophy for Arsenal since 2022/2023 till now.

Ten Hag only counted it since he had been in the EPL, and it was from the last two seasons.
Let’s break down the stats of these two managers from the last two seasons, Jurgen Klopp and Erik Ten Hag:

So far, Ten Hag has only wasted Manchester United's money by buying lots of quality players and has not been able to get the most out of these players and there is nothing to be proud of from his two years as Mu coach. Manchester United management has given Ten Hag another chance, but I think the results will be the same, Ten Hag will not be able to bring the Red Devils to their former glory, the Fa Cup is open to be proud of, it is only for a moment's consolation when other clubs advance in the UEFA Champions League.

Arteta cannot be compared with Ten Hag, everyone will think it's outrageous to compare all of that, it's clear that Arteta is superior to Ten Hag, Ten Hag is just an angry bald coach who can only throw away good players who don't fit his vision of the game.
I do not agree here as things are going in Manchester United we can expect things could back at their best because he is doing enough job for having positive results and having Red Devils back to their standard which is surely not easy job, but currently he is right man for this all just because of this management is backing him and also investing where he needs.

Even we already have enough talk about this all but still we have to understand bringing Manchester United back to top with consistency and quality is never been easy, but he is doing good as he already won two cups in two seasons, and now they are working on for having better results in Premier League.
Arteta and Eric Ten Hag are completely different persons with different way of play and having completely different strategy so we can't compare them for having good results Arsenal and Manchester United are also different places, and we all know how impressive Manchester United in the past is, but Arsenal is having now change of their many things for having top ranks.

Hahaha..bald manager..it's funny men, because maybe to get more trophies than Pep Guardiola then Erik ten Hag is also competing to stay bald. Lol! But about bragging like that, I think it's very inappropriate for Erik ten Hag to brag in front of Pep Guardiola. Because anyway, I think it is very clear that even though Manchester City only managed to get the Premier League trophy but still, Manchester City and Pep Guardiola are better than other teams in the Premier League.

Therefore, if Erik ten Hag has been able to make himself arrogant only with the FA Cup trophy, then I think it will be a bad result for Manchester United later. Because anyway, Erik ten Hag also seems to have a bad attitude, although still lacking in everything and also mistakes in buying and discarding players, but Erik ten Hag still has arrogance which is certainly a bad attitude.

Ten Hag cannot be compared with Guardiola, in terms of baldness, Guardiola's head is cleaner and smoother than Ten Hag, in terms of ability to handle a team, Guardiola is much more experienced and accomplished with the club he handles. It is impossible to equate teachers with students, Ten Hag once served as Guardiola's assistant and he learned a lot from him.

Ten Hag still needs to increase his knowledge in the field of coaching to manage the team well, Manchester United has several great and quality players, but he still failed to make Manchester United compete in the top four. Ten Hag is still lucky because he has the trust of Manchester United officials even though he failed to improve the club's performance. He must use the money prepared by the club to buy new players so that Manchester United's performance will improve much more than last season.

Liverpool only failed at the end of the season, and the problem was not injuries, they did not have many injured players, it was just that City and Arsenal were stronger at the finish line. Perhaps now Liverpool should strengthen the team, but first we need to see how good Slot will be, for this there will also be a new championship, new conditions, so the club management need understand first Slot needs to earn trust.
Liverpool seemed to run out of gas when the season came to an end and it's true as you said, the cause is not because they are facing injuries but because they really can't make improvements, while Man City and Arsenal are still able to maintain their consistency. One loss in an important match can make morale worse and that's what happened to Liverpool. First, they lost to Man United in the FA Cup, and not long after they suffered a humiliating defeat to Atalanta in the Europe League.
While we have Jürgen Klopp at the Liverpool he was really hit by injuries which ruined his few seasons because things were favorable for the Liverpool to have trophies into their wallet, but these injuries never allow them for having things well under control, and they usually give up near the end of the season.
Arsenal having things like these but without any injury, and they were going through for the title even once many were sure about them but near the end they are having terrible performance and allow Manchester City to go for the consecutive wins now things are having well competitive, and we are expecting Arne Slot could be done better which will keep momentum which we have in Jürgen Klopp era, but we will have no injuries like this.

Mostly are feeling they are not title favourite due to having new coach, but we can expect them for having chance to stay into top four which could be also enough for them.

We should approach this in two different perspectives;
A. Result perspective:
This is actually the angle that Erik ten hang is coming from. In this perspective he is saying that he want to trophies last season better than so many other coaches about from Pep Guardiola of Manchester City. This is a fact that everybody can see but then we have another perspective.
B. The Club performance standard perspective:
Judging from this perspective, you will understand that Erik Ten Hang failed woefully. The standard of Manchester United players and pattern of play deteriorated the more under his watch. Manchester United team is no longer a team to watch. There's no definite football patter and it is pitifully.

Erik10 should just concentrate in rebuilding the team now he has a second chance and not to brag.

OK means:
1. Pep Guardiola
2. Erik Ten Hag, and
3. Jurgen Klopp?

It's too early to admit he's better than Jurgen Klopp so I think Ten Hag's words are just motivation for himself. Boasting about your achievements in the Carabao Cup is not a decent guarantee of feeling better. Being a team with a fairly high reputation, Man United must feel a constant thirst for achievement, being easily satisfied is not something to be proud of. Erik Ten Hag is an ambitious figure but sometimes doesn't reflect that he is actually still under Jurgen Klopp. Just putting Pep Guardiola above him proves that Ten Hag is no better. Claims like this can only be proven by achievements, so Erik Ten Hag better prove it next season. If he is able to win the EPL trophy then he will be recognized. The UCL is still too far away, even after failing to secure tickets for next season, Man United is increasingly seen as just an ordinary club. Aston Villa, Liverpool and Arsenal are still better than United. and that's the real fact.

That's to show you how much Manchester United has deteriorated that a coach they have had for two years is bragging of achievements that's not even near to what Manchester United used to be. At Manchester United level are they supposed to be celebrating Fa cup and Caraboa cup as their best achievement in 2 years after spending heavily in the transfer market. Ten Hag should bury his face in shame because I can't imagine Arteta Arsenal finishing bottom of a champions league group that has Copenhagen and Galatasaray in it. Arteta achievement for the cannot be compared to Ten Hag. Arteta has brought winning mentality to Emirates stadium, while Erica Ten Hag has turned old Trafford to an ordinary place where any team can walk in and get 3 points.

Nobody is talking about Aston Villa in this transfer window and with how these guys have improved since Emery took over they haven't stopped showing the other clubs how good they are. From all we have seen I think Aston Villa are doing well in the transfer market, trying to get the likes of Nico Williams and Felix, if these guys eventually joins the club I don't see clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United or even Newcastle to match them in terms of play and the manager needs his squad to be as strong as possible in other to face other top clubs in the champions league, he needs to be ready for the task ahead.

I agree with you on the Aston Villa movement that nobody is talking about and I believe the more they don't talk much about them the more better and surprising they become next season. The manager Unai Emery has been one of the reasons why the Villains are where they are now, Emery changed their mentality about the game and they became very fast with the ball, I must say they did well last season and also doing well in recruiting players to add to the ones they already have, the manager knows this isn't the time to sit and relax but to build an unstoppable team.
Going into the champions league I just hope they (Aston Villa) continue to be consistent in the game, always get their heads straight and not to fall out short like the way Newcastle did in the Champions League, the form they were last season should be much better this very campaign that we are expecting, if not we might be seeing another of Newcastle display in the champions league, let me just have that trust that Unai Emery will make Aston Villa very strong in all competitions.

I believe that because of this, if some other time, they hire a new player to replace an old one, they may make a mistake, then will try to make another transfer to fix that, and could make another mistake, that two mistakes in a row would mean a lot of money gone, and that would suddenly make them not be able to replace some other position and suddenly it all goes down like dominos. This is why I highly suggest everyone to not expect them to be great forever, just a few mistakes could ruin them.

Also, Pep may not want to stay there all the time, sure they are good and all, but what can he gain from staying, he won everything he can, maybe one day he will leave, and when he leaves things could change a lot as well. I believe that we are going to end up with something very different, eventually City will stop being as good as they are right now, it's only matter of time.

Yes, that can still happen. Maintaining squad strength is a complicated problem for Manchester City in the 2024 Summer transfer period. Just a few mistakes will destroy the team. But I still believe that the team will be stable as long as Pep Guardiola is at Man City. Last season, we saw Pep Guardiola control well when the team was missing many key players for a long time.

Man City can create a football empire that cannot be destroyed over time like Real Madrid is doing. But they can also decline like MU when Sir Alex Ferguson left MU. The issue of maintaining the club's performance and development also requires a good leadership team. If Pep Guardiola leaves Man City, the board of directors must find a talented coach to replace the position left by Pep Guardiola.

Comparing Erik Ten Hag with Pep Guardiola is currently very unrealistic, even in the next 4-5 seasons Erik Ten Hag will not necessarily be able to match Pep Guardiola in terms of quality, achievements and track record. I know Erik Ten Hag is trying to be optimistic, but apart from that he also needs to see the extent of his struggle in the EPL with the extent to which Pep Guardiola has provided success. It could be said that Erik Ten Hag is just starting out so comparing him now is not quite right. Wouldn't it be better to have more achievements than the babbling that Erik Ten Hag needs to do? Just bragging is not enough to admit that he is better than Pep Guardiola.
