This is the fifth year running that Manchester City has dominated the EPL. Pep Guardiola has dominated over every single manager in the EPL including Jurgen Klopp, Mikel Arteta and others. But Erik Ten Hag sees things differently, he says Pep Guardiola is the only manager to have won more trophies than him in recent times. In the past two years where ETH has been Manchester United’s manger, he’s had two trophies to show in his acquisition. But by the standard of Manchester United, this shouldn’t be something to brag about. They have fallen down the pecking order. Manchester United Standard should be competing for league dominance and fighting for UEFA Champions league.

Looking at the stats and the performance of Manchester United in the last two seasons. Do you think Erik Ten Hag has bragging rights?
Of course only Guardiola is better than Ten Hag because he's talking about the baldest manager in Premier League, obviously Ten Hag is the second since his head isn't that clean. But if we're talking about the best manager in Premier League, he might be in rank 10 or lower since he manage a high market value team, but he can't bring the team to become a champion or at least finish on top 4.
Comparing Erik Ten Hag with Pep Guardiola is currently very unrealistic, even in the next 4-5 seasons Erik Ten Hag will not necessarily be able to match Pep Guardiola in terms of quality, achievements and track record. I know Erik Ten Hag is trying to be optimistic, but apart from that he also needs to see the extent of his struggle in the EPL with the extent to which Pep Guardiola has provided success. It could be said that Erik Ten Hag is just starting out so comparing him now is not quite right. Wouldn't it be better to have more achievements than the babbling that Erik Ten Hag needs to do? Just bragging is not enough to admit that he is better than Pep Guardiola.

Nobody is talking about Aston Villa in this transfer window and with how these guys have improved since Emery took over they haven't stopped showing the other clubs how good they are. From all we have seen I think Aston Villa are doing well in the transfer market, trying to get the likes of Nico Williams and Felix, if these guys eventually joins the club I don't see clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United or even Newcastle to match them in terms of play and the manager needs his squad to be as strong as possible in other to face other top clubs in the champions league, he needs to be ready for the task ahead.

Really? I thought they would never be interested in Felix after he slamed Villa as unattractive club. This was because he performed poorly at Chelsea. I say "YES" for nico to go to the Aston villa, but im gutted if Villa will recruit overrated players like felix. Felix's price is also very high, and it will be a bad decision to recruit him from ATM.

Felix has a very low goal average. Also, He rejected an offer from Aston Villa in 2022 because he called the club unattractive. He joined Chelsea and became a flop.

I think that's enough to say no for him. And even if emery still wants him, then we should not sign him permanently, I would be very sceptical of that. Loan with an option would be my preference for him.

No way we sold diaby just to get Felix.

The farewell was quite sad for Klopp and Liverpool after they failed to win a single trophy last season, so far we know how Klopp has performed and also all his achievements at Liverpool so when he announced his farewell last season it made fans quite sad, Arne Slot is currently Klopp replacement Even though he doesn't have much experience and tends to be more successful in coaching Dutch domestic teams, Liverpool fans still have high hopes for him next season, Maybe Liverpool won't be as big hope as Manchester City, but at least Arne Slot should be able to make a lot of changes to liverpool performance and game next season so that they can at least compete in the top 4 positions, the squad left by Klopp is indeed a squad that already has quite good cohesion and quality as a team, but to adapt to the slot game scheme next season of course they still need time and perhaps additional new players to cover any weaknesses that existed last season.
They won a trophy last season which was the carabao cup.
Liverpool fans should stop getting their hopes high on Arne to be frank, they should learn from Chelsea fans who ironically have suffered so much from high expectations of new coach, even if the squad is made up of quality stars its obvious they need extra stars especially after last season where they had to rely on Academy stars during injury woes also, Arne might not make it to top 4 to be frank except maybe he did get some new signings, other teams like Aston Villa & Man united are cooking, improving their squad and possibly will make it to top 4, since these teams: Man city, Arsenal, Aston villa, Spurs & Man united did not change coach most of them have better chances of doing more well than Chelsea and Liverpool who just got a new coach.

Liverpool only failed at the end of the season, and the problem was not injuries, they did not have many injured players, it was just that City and Arsenal were stronger at the finish line. Perhaps now Liverpool should strengthen the team, but first we need to see how good Slot will be, for this there will also be a new championship, new conditions, so the club management need understand first Slot needs to earn trust.

Liverpool seemed to run out of gas when the season came to an end and it's true as you said, the cause is not because they are facing injuries but because they really can't make improvements, while Man City and Arsenal are still able to maintain their consistency. One loss in an important match can make morale worse and that's what happened to Liverpool. First, they lost to Man United in the FA Cup, and not long after they suffered a humiliating defeat to Atalanta in the Europe League.

Aston Villa’s management have money just like Manchester City; so spending money is not their problem which was why they are bidding for these players because they know that they can afford the money some big teams cannot pay. The players might decide not to join the team because of the team status, but if they join the team, it will make the team better because these players they are bidding for are world class players and have young age.
Nico Williams and Joe Felix are good players that can play in any team, they will be a good signings for Aston Villa.

Aston Villa is okay with their current squad and I think that is the reason why they haven’t made any good transfer signings yet, Aston Villa has many good players who can help the team win a trophy one day and I’m very confident that they will do it, I’m very confident that even if Aston Villa did not sign any player this season they will be able to play very well next season, and about Joa Felix and Nico Williams I don’t think Aston Villa can get both players because Barcelona is working hard to sign Nico Williams and that will be very difficult for Aston Villa to get because the player also wants to play for Barcelona.

Aston Villa can sign Joa Felix because the player doesn’t have any team that will sign him now, Barcelona is not interested in the player anymore because they want to get the Nico Williams deal done and let Felix go, Felix can not return to Atletico Madrid because he will not have much time to play there, the only way Aston Villa will get Nico Williams is when Barcelona does not succeed in signing him because the way I’m looking there is going to be a challenge.

We are entering the era of the Premier League with a new format, young players as the successors. Haaland, Garnacho, Rashford, Palmer, Foden, Saka, Jackson, Trossard, Hojlund and several other players have become new icons to show the concept of the Premier League in their era.

Interesting conditions. These young players have been trusted to appear in the country or in the main team. Even their grades are fantastic. I think right now the team management is starting to try to build a foundation for the long term. They are starting to change their minds, they do not bring in many old players who will expire. It seems that it will save a little on the expense of buying players. Like Man United's transfer to Leny Yoro, he is 18 years old and the price is fantastic in my opinion. But I saw Yoro's debut he looked quite impressive.
In the end, these young players will continue the work left behind by the senior football players, it's not just about the senior players. Currently, we really have to give the young players the opportunity to be better trained in tough competition and over time they will get used to it and their mentality will develop in such a way. , but to build a foundation with young players it is not enough in the squad to still need experienced players to help other players like Real Madrid who still maintain their senior players in improving their mentality in the starting 11 they still use senior players, either one or two players in it, even though they don't play full time, so there's no harm in trying a new era as long as they don't make mistakes in implementing strategies that will later affect the club's performance.

With what Arteta has fought for with Arsenal in the last 2 seasons, the next season is the most ideal moment to show that Arsenal is capable of surpassing Man City. As we know, Pep Guardiola's fate with Man City will soon end because Pep has given everything for the club. The next one or two seasons Man City will run without him.
In my opinion, the mentality of Arsenal players will gradually form along with the developments that have been undertaken. I am sure that as long as Arteta is still given the trust to manage this team, it is likely that the club's dream of lifting trophies can come true. Everything requires struggle and Arsenal deserves to be champions one day.

Arsenal deserves to be champions one day, due to their performance over the last two seasons, but I don't believe they will do that during the Guardiola period. It will be difficult for Arsenal to win the title next season since Guardiola's contract will expire at the end of the season, and I believe Guardiola will do his best to win his final trophy at the end of the season. Arteta has the potential to win the league title, but it will be difficult if Guardiola stays in the Premier League. However many managers are capable of winning the Premier League title but Guardiola tactics have always been special, and Manchester City continues to dominate the league.

Furthermore, I do not believe Arsenal will be in their best form as they were last season, they cannot dominate the league as they did at the start of the season because many clubs have bought several players to improve their performance, and every club's target for next season is to win the league, not like last season which we only had Manchester City, Arsenal, and Aston Villa. The next season will be more interesting than the previous two, where Arsenal had a chance but failed at the end of the season.
In football we can never know it all. Two seasons ago Arteta challenge for the league and lost out to Manchester City, then people thought it was just a one season wonder from Arteta and his boys. Last season they showed more determination and did more than they did the previous season, so this coming season nobody can actually say the mentality that Arsenal are going to approach it with, but I believe that they are going to do better than they did last season, because we have seen them being consistent with their progress since Arteta took over. Yes Pep Guardiola is a big obstacle standing in the way for any club that want to win the league and that's where it's going to get interesting when the new season finally starts. The other managers especially Arteta will be looking forward on how to overcome that obstacle between him and the title. I don't believe that Arsenal performance for the coming season is going to decline from what we saw last season rather they will build on that and do much better this season.

Uni Emery is ready to make the team a great one just as he did in Sevilla when he used to win the Europa League back to back, I am sure if they will play Europa League, they will make good effort to win it.
Last season they played in the Europa conference league and this time, it was for them to up the ante by playing in the champions league. I believe that with his wife experience in European competition, they can be able to go far, after all if not that they were knocked out in the semi finals when they played Olympiakos and lost on aggregate 6-2.
They will want to prove they can compete with the regulars of champions league competition after not being able to make the spot since the 1982-83 season.
Unai Emery, with his new and improved squad will definitely cause upsets in this new season and I'm willing to put my money too on them that they will be an exciting team to watch in the champions league

Ironic how I support Liverpool down fall now since after they so much disappointed me even as a Chelsea rooting for them to win the EPL or at least come out second above Arsenal but they failed at both.
Liverpool really needs squad improvement which is an obvious thing since they where left with no other options last season than to depend on Academy players during injury woes, sad to be an LFC fan when the club ought to be taking the headlines from new signings but sadly they have been way too cold getting deals done.

When Jurgen Klopp announced he was stepping down, the fans only hope was to end the season with a trophy, as a beautiful parting gift. However, what happened was quite the opposite, Liverpool players seemed to no longer be enthusiastic, especially towards the end of the season, until they were thrown off the trophy hunt and were unable to compete with Manchester City and Arsenal at the top of the standings. Then for next season, I think Arne Slot has the potential and ability to get Liverpool involved in the competition for trophies again, although we realize that his chances are not higher than Manchester City and Arsenal. Apart from that, Arne Slot inherited a squad that had achieved success with Jurgen Klopp in the past, and it seems that the former Feyenoord manager can do it again in the future, albeit with difficulty.

Seems now the only two clubs that haven’t signed a first team squad player are Liverpool and Fulham.

I’m starting to get frustrated with FSG (Liverpool owners). Where is the damn money? We have a new manager, he is going to need backing or we are going to struggle.

Fulham can start up something at anytime but the focus is on Liverpool especially, they are not that loud when it comes to getting new players but ones they start the chase I don't think any club can snatch any preferred player from them. I get your worries, is like you guys are lacking behind and it seems that way, the money is there but where are they starting from, selling or buying first? Alexander Arnold has been linked with the Champions League winners (Madrid) and it seems to me that if that deal pulls through that will make Liverpool go for a replacement but for now it seems they're ok with the situation at hand while they do some monitoring in the transfer market.
Liverpool is indeed one of the teams that has yet to make any striking moves in the transfer market this summer. But because there is still time until the transfer market closes, namely September 2, Liverpool should also try to bring in several players and release players. But for now Liverpool have only promoted the young player they have from Liverpool U21, namely Bobby Clark, who is still 19 years old. And 3 of their young players have also returned and their loans from foreign clubs have expired. Like Fabio Carvalho, Sepp van den Berg and Calvin Ramsay. But Liverpool also seems to be on the hunt for other young players who would be good for their club's investment in the long term. Because reportedly Liverpool will also bring in Rio Ngumoha from Chelsea FC Youth. But some obstacles still seem to occur. because we know Rio Ngumoha is still 16 years old. But Rio Ngumoha also seems to have agreed that he wants to go to Liverpool. So I think it won't be long before this player will officially be at Liverpool.

Those mentioned players are not going to make Liverpool be of great standard, remember they have the EPL to battle with and the UCL that every competitors are eying to do well and also win so all these teenagers can't be of standard for the team, you can't use them to play against Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Man UTD and even Man City, you need your team to be very strong to come against those teams.
For now I don't think Liverpool have any better signing on their radar only teens and that is no way to go about business, Aston Villa are even doing well to improve their squad in the transfer market so I believe Villa is also going to give Liverpool a lot to think of when the league kicks off.

They're obviously one of the busiest clubs right now in the transfer window. It's a good way to go about it so your team can train together and know themselves very well. Well, they need these signatures done because they'll obviously get a busy season ahead, from the Champions League Competition and back to domestic Premier League Competition games. They could face injuries and fatigue, so a squad with so much game needs depth and quality players.

They did well last season, they brought in a good manager, not just a good manager but one who had experience of the Premier League Competition. Asides that, they obviously had games in the Premier League Competition alone week in-week out alone last season, a lot would have been said about them if they failed to qualify for the Champions League Competition.

How well can they go? I know they're big names in the European Competitions, better than Arsenal ( They have one or two Champions League Competition trophies )
Getting Nico Williams would be great idea, but if you ask me I don't see a chance of him joining Aston Villa. João Felix could be possible, he is eager to leave Atletico Madrid. He need enough game time which he'll get if he moves to Aston Villa.

Losing Moussa Diaby, of course, Aston Villa will have to work hard to find a replacement so that next season there will be no shortage of names in their squad.
Currently Felix is their main target because Unai Emery really likes his style of play but it won't be easy
Bringing JF to Aton Villa because of the high transfer fee and also his large salary will certainly drain Aston's finances, because basically Aston Villa is not a team that dares to waste money on one player, regarding JF in Spain with Atl. Madrid is also unclear but doesn't know for sure where he will go, but sees that Unai Emery is also very interested in the player of Portuguese descent.

However, seeing Aston Villa is very suitable for JF because there of course he will get playing minutes and can also develop himself more rapidly with Unai Emery of course so it is ideal for him now to move to Aston Villa but will Aston Villa pay him as much as Atl. Madrid asked for large funds but saw that JF could be used as an investment for Aston Villa because he was still young and still had time to develop his performance.
It would really be an uncertain career for Joao Felix if he joined Aston Villa because he was always wasted at the clubs he played for, such as Atletico, Chelsea and Barcelona. Now the less than harmonious relationship with his home club, Atletico, means he has to make a decision whether to return to England or not because even if he stays he is no longer the main option for Diego Simione.

On the other hand, if he comes to Aston Villa he will definitely be a starter and I think Unai Emery knows what kind of player the club needs. Actually, if we talk about costs, it is not too expensive because Joao Felix's market value continues to decline and most recently according to Transfermarkt data it is around 30 million euros. With the fresh funds obtained from the sale of Moussa Diaby, I think it is still easy for Aston Villa to bring in Joao Felix. But if we talk about obstacles, Atletico will not sell him at a cheap price because they already spent a lot of money when he brought him from Benfica.

During train Arsenal the management has give huge money to bought the players to Arteta but unlike in Chelsea or in Manchester United who have a habit can easily to sacked their managers but Arteta was a bit lucky because Arsenal management didn't set any high target for each season even when Arsenal only able to finish at 8th place on 2020 and 2021 the management even didn't think to sacked Arteta

So i have to says Arteta doesn't get much pressure during train Arsenal compared to train other teams because i am sure if Arteta train the team like Chelsea or Manchester Unites obviously he already to sacked and indeed i have to admitted that under Arteta i can see Arsenal has good progress because this team can finish at runner up position two season in a row but i think this is not enough because Arteta should be bringing Arsenal to gets any trophies from major competition such as Premier League

Arsenal always be repeating their mistakes of the last 2 seasons that they performing well at the beginning of season but when Premier League nears the end of the season Arsenal always lost their consistency and for next season this shouldn't be happened again because i am sure their contender for race title such as Manchester City or Liverpool will be more stronger than last season and i think if Arsenal failed to gets Premier League trophy again next season i think it's time to the management to evaluated Arteta position as a manager

Fulham is not big team and has good support so it is natural that they don't do much in the current transfer window, there are many things that could be the reason, one of which is the team finances which are inadequate and there are no great players who want to join with them.
I sure that forever Fulham will remain the same team that fails and cannot compete well in the Premier League, they will only be team with lower middle ranking.

For Alexander Arnold himself, he is actually very important figure for Liverpool, if this is really an agreement where Alexander Arnold leaves, Liverpool must really look for replacement, he played with big contribution in helping the front line and back line.
So far there have been several names linked with Liverpool but failed to reach an agreement, I sure they will still try to get players this summer because it is really needed for future preparations, especially as several key players will soon be out of contract.

They (Fulham) can be one of the smaller teams in the EPL right now but we can't tell the force they can apply on struggling to stay till next season but talking about their transfers I don't see much to be done because these small teams don't have much to talk about when it comes to transfers except they get one of these big names that's when you see people talking about them aside from that is only their style of play that's if it has improved that is when they include them in discussion so I don't see them as much importance.
That's the main focus Liverpool have at the moment, losing one of your best to a bigger side and you know the Champions League is by the corner and you can come against these teams that have some of your players, it will be a loss for you as a manager. I expected Slot to either start getting players to strengthen the team and let Alexander Arnold be for now because he might be hoping to keep him while time is not on his side to make things balance for Liverpool. Alexander Arnold isn't the only player that can leave the side, I think Dias is also thinking on leaving, is just too hard for Liverpool at the moment and I hope they get a better signing to motivate some who have the intension to leave.

Bro, talking about the title race last season, which pep guardiolas Manchester city eventually won, sincerely speaking, in my own opinion, it was arsenal that hand's over the title to Manchester city due to their inconsistency in the closing stage of the season, so I don't think Manchester city were that special last season, the only season I saw that they were extremely good was the season they won the treble, apart from that particular season,  they were just like every other top team, so I believe that arsenal is the one threwing away their opportunities of winning the league title, not that Manchester city was too good last season.

Lastly, and as for this upcoming season, I still sees Manchester city winning it if no other top team aside arsenal step up to challenge them, because arsenal is not a team to rely on when it comes to winning titles, so am expecting another top team to challenge Manchester city to the title, because if it's only arsenal as the challenger, then be rest assured that Manchester city will be crown champions again.
