Arne Slot has tasted his first defeat in the EPL, that's one thing I love that's very unique about the EPL, not all experienced or tactical coach can just come in an succeed without defeat, sometimes it takes a small team to humble you just like Norwich did to Liverpool yesterday, I bet slot would be very suprised and disappointed at that defeat but it's something he'll get used to so he should get prepared. Well Liverpool were the better side in that game, they had better chances and tried to turn the game in their favour but luck wasn't on their side and they couldn't even secure a point. Fans who weren't able to watch the match would be wondering why they lost cause 14 shots without a conversion of atleast 1 into the away team's net is really something to worry about as a fan, so I think Slot should organise his team and try to figure out the possible errors they made, ahead of their next league match. Well this match won't change the fact that Slot is a good coach, I'm sure he'll work on the teams possible errors that lead to their lose at Anfield and they'll definitely bounce back.

The most important thing is the final result, Bournemouth did play quite well in this match with their ability to control the game but it must also be admitted that Chelsea's defense played quite well in this match and Chelsea played quite effectively to be able to win. Overall Chelsea's performance has not been that good but the positive results they got are quite important and quite helpful for the team in the future.

This is a derby match that will be quite fierce, Arsenal are currently experiencing problems because some of their main players are injured and this match is played at Tottenham's home ground of course making this not easy for Arsenal.
It's hard to predict this match but I try my luck to bet on a draw with odds @3.56 I think it's quite promising.

it's absolutely the biggest game of the weekend edition of the EPL and with the kind of lineup I've seen from both teams, it's certainly going to be a banger to anticipate with a lot of repost on the shoulder of son and his team mate who after thier first three games have only managed to win just a single one which has drained them down the table. With Liverpool already lost three point in Thier yesterday game,  arsenal will work hard so they can win this game and come out second on the table with just 2 points behind the man city.

this is one of those games that makes you believe that certain teams just get too lucky in most cases. From all angle, Bournemouth did everything better than Chelsea but scoring was just the issue. They were better organize and even showed more energetic performance compiard to what Chelsea played. With the way they played, Liverpool should better set thier team in order because this is definitely not a team you go against with a cold mentality. If they were more serious with Thier finishing, right from the first half Chelsea would have consided a lot of goals that would have distabilized them before they will eventually go into the second half of the game but they still played against Chelsea with respect not taking full advantage of thier home supporters and the fact that the game was already going well in Thier favour.

Let's just assume that this is just one of those days that you experience a bad outing as a team if not, if this is the kind of pattern Chelsea plans on going forward into the season with, it's going to be a tough one for them.

You can always have the full version of a player if they're in their right state of mind .. I sometimes feel "inferiority complex" has alot to do with their performances as well... Look at the golden boy that stole the moment -- C, Nkuku!  He's never been firm and courageous in making decisions like that one -- did you see how he was closely marked, yet he somehow made a reflex that got the ball in the net? That alone showed me how much was needed to secure a goal; the short-legged man, how does he do it all the time??

I can't discredit the goalie after his awesome save... Watching the replay through a different camera perspective was enough to applaud his reflex. Chelsea is slowly holding up and coordinating themselves as a team.

The way I see it, Tottenham prefer to lose to any other team than Arsenal asides from their North London rivalry; maybe it's because whenever Arsenal wins them, their ability to defeat the Gunners dwindles I don't know.
 Indeed it will be a well fought game but I'm more concerned for the midfield of the visitors with Martin Odegarrd being out with an injury and Rice out for a red card gotten in the Brighton game, I just wonder how they'd cope and this an opportunity Tottenham won't hesitate to cash in on. Arsenal just cannot afford to draw the game because City won yesterday while Liverpool lost and if they are hoping to close the gap the citizens have over them, they'd need to ensure every lose end is tightened and that includes their midfield.
 Tottenham Hotspur won't fold their hands and let Arsenal collect all three points and as such it will either be a GG situation or Arsenal wins but then again I won't be surprised if they can pull the rug from under the Gunners today since it's being a while they won this derby.

I wanted to disprove your post until I see Haaland and then I know you are talking about Manchester city and not Manchester united. Next time, try to prove read your post before hitting the post button. As for Manchester united, they have lost two out of four matches played so far this season.  Manchester city currently occupied the league table with a nine points and additional eight goals difference that gives them advantage over Liverpool with the same points but six goals.

Haaland? He's been breaking records since joining the premier League. He's simply the best goal scorer premier league has ever seen. When he scored in Bundesliga league, people criticized and refer it to as farmers league but it seems Haaland has turn premier league to his farm house because scoring goals is becoming easier for him day by day.

Haaland is unstoppable by becoming a Manchester City striker he will reach his peak as a player who will continue to break goal records. Haaland deserves to be designed as a goal machine in any way no player can match him in the EPL. In addition, Haaland has colleagues who push him fully to continue scoring goals, this is Manchester City advantage, therefore rivals such as Arsenal are always behind Manchester City in the hunt for trophies, Arsenal do not have a goal hungry striker. For some reason Arteta still has not and is not interested in bringing in a striker with that ability. If only they recruited Osimhen, because at least there is a little chance to challenge Haaland.

It's only been 4 games and he's already scored 9 goals, I don't know if Haaland performance continues to be consistent until the end of the season, then 50+ goals won't be too difficult.

Despite the penalty save, he was brilliant in the game. Prior to that kick off I criticized him heavily for being a flop and not good enough for Chelsea but I'd want to take my words back after that performance though I do want to see him do that consistently before I can have a complete change of mind towards him.

Maybe you should be giving credits to Jadon Sancho for having a great 45mins in the second half for Chelsea. Great way to end a debut with him grabbing the assist for the winner. Blues worked hard for the win.

Bournemouth created so many chances that I am surprised they managed not to score a single goal, although their poor finishing has been following them since the start of the season. For Chelsea it was another difficult match in which they barely snatched a victory, but I repeat that Bournemouth played better. So far Maresca's team looks quite chaotic, I do not see progress. Arsenal vs Tottenham in today's match, two teams will face each other. It's weird you don't even give Sanchez credit for this game. He has been showing very impressive performance, and he helped us get three points. If he had not saved us from Bournemouth's penalty, we would not have gotten any points from this game.

Nkuku was exceptional with his ball control and emotion. He needs a good partner. It seems Sancho is good enough. He could be Nkuku's partner.

Jackson was so awful by missing so many chances. It seems they must start to rest him on the bench.

Chelsea's performance was not bad. But our supersub, Nkuku, helped them at the end of the game to win at Vitality Stadium.

You can say that again but one is more damaging than the other. Brighton should truly win Ipswich Town but it is what it is despite their better efforts than the away team. Still, it's very encouraging to go away with a point, unlike Liverpool who lost woefully with another bad history written to the name of the club and Arne Slot.

Nottingham Forrest has never been successful at Anfield for the past 55 years, oh, a whole more than 5 decades, but it happened this time, it's painful. Arsenal is getting disappointing this season but I still see it winning this match. Arteta can't afford to lose another match this time.

I agree if you say that Southampton is very weak so that Man United can get an easy win this week but on the other hand we can also see a difference in performance from Man United this week, they play much more effectively in taking advantage of opportunities.
Basically Man United will be able to win the match if they get a lot of criticism. lol
And clearly this cannot be proof that Ten Hag has made the Man United team better, not at all.

This was a big surprise, Nottingham Forest managed to take advantage of Liverpool's slack defense so they could score 1 winning goal in the 72nd minute.
I'm not saying that this is a decline in Liverpool's performance, they have played well in this match but it's just that they were unlucky this week.

Very interesting meeting between the two sides as both sides showed how much they wanted the points. I was almost for a draw when Nkunku scored a goal to give Chelsea the lead and a secured three points at the end of 90mins. This was not the number of goals they would have wished to get but the most important thing is getting all three points in the end. Chelsea didn’t deserve the win, I’d still give my congratulations to Enzo Maresca and Chelsea FC. Maresca should start Nkuku next time and drop Jackson on the bench.

Manchester City has not lost any points and they are currently on 9 points.

I would say that Southampton's defense is too weak for the Premier League, and Manchester United were obliged to beat such an opponent. I would like to mention De Ligt, he played his second match for Manchester United much better, he moved a lot and tried to show himself in every possible way. I can't say that this match will be a turning point for ten Hag, because the opponent was too weak. Everton did the same, scored two goals and then conceded three, a strange trend... But the biggest surprise was, of course, Liverpool, losing to Nottingham at Anfield is certainly a sensation.

You have actually said my mind bro, Nicolas Jackson is actually no where near as good as Nkuku when it comes to taking chances and finishing, and to be frank, Chelsea would have taken the lead earlier if Nkuku was the one spare heading the attack of the Chelsea team, so I 100% believe that Nkuku is more of a better players than Nicolas Jackson.

Secondly, if we all take a look at Nicolas Jackson and how he has fare so far since he came to Chelsea football club, to be sincere, he is part of the major problem of Chelsea, he has practically taken Chelsea backwards because he can't deliver as expected as the number one attacker of the club, and if we look at Chelsea last season, he was the major reason why Chelsea didn't qualify for the uefa champions league this season, because he always fails to deliver all the bunch of chances that always comes begging, and that is what Chelsea legendary midfield Mikel obi pointed out that relying on Nicolas Jackson as the team central forwarder is the major downfall of Chelsea, and I also share the same sentiment, because if he had scored the last chance Chelsea had in their last game, a one on one situation, Chelsea would have had two more points in the league standings, but due to how incompetent he is  when it comes to finishing, Chelsea drew the game and lost to point, a game they would have won easily.

In yesterday's match I thought there would be no surprises for the favorite team, but all of that happened in Liverpool defeat. On the one hand, the team that was initially doubted was able to get a victory like Chelsea who was able to beat Bournemouth with a narrow score.
I don't know how to say that disappointment but what is certain is that Liverpool attack line performed not as usual and looked really very bad.
And regarding my bet loss on Man City, it was actually my own mistake taking a big risk betting on Man City victory -1.75 because I was sure Guardiola team would not concede at home. But surprisingly in the early minutes Brentford was able to score 1 goal earlier.

It was very fortunate for me that the loss could be recovered from Chelsea and Aston Villa victories.
