. Given pochettino another season would have made a big difference but Chelsea management would not allow it. Can we say that Pochettino is a bad coach;
Tomas Tuchel is also a bad coach;
Graham Potter is also bad;
No no! Something is wrong from the management side.

I don't really doubt them, but sometimes I think that the relationship between players and coaches also has an influence. I don't know exactly what wouldn't work internally, but the board is not on the pitch playing, the board can be very bad, but the players and the coach can make the Difference on the pitch. The case of Chelsea is one that intrigues me because of what is happening, because Chelsea has players and has had very good players, it is almost the same thing that happens in the MU, and if you look closely, the quality of each of the players is very high. I am sure that if they were managed by an Ancelotti, a Pep Guardiola, even a Mourinho , the results would be different for both Chelsea and the MU. In the same way, the teams that I would like to see in the top 4 would be Chelsea and the MU.

That is true, if Pep or Ancelotti manages either Manchester United or Chelsea, there's no doubt that the club will enter into the top 4. But we still know that both Pep and Guardiola cannot be your coach and you as management fail to supply him the quality players that he needs. They will not even agree to the contract if you don't state how much you are willing to give them to buy players. Those guys are big names and they do big deals. They don't manage or beg the club to keep them because they got some proven record of excellence. This is just the real state of matters.
I'd say Pep and Ancelotti may have failed at Chelsea. But, it's a bit different at United. Im concerning about the club policy, and in chelsea, there is a very strict policy for the coach. This may be preventing even Pep or ancellotti to bring a success for chelsea. Meanwhile, manchester united has less less strict policy than chelsea.

The club policy in chelsea made club signed various coaches to handle their squad. And, for the last, neither of pep or ancellotti will ever think to join in united or chelsea.  Cheesy Cheesy

I don’t really blame only the coach when a club is performing poorly, everyone is supposed to be blamed. Manchester United’s performance was poor last season, and they ended the season in a very bad position, which I never expected from Manchester United, but from the way Manchester United performed last season, even players were supposed to be blamed for the club's poor performance. Ten Hag should also be blamed because he made some mistakes, but we shouldn’t blame only the coach, just the way people ended up blaming only ten Hag.

Manchester United's injury problem affected the clubs performance, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for them to perform poorly because there were some clubs that had similar problems and ended up performing better than Manchester United.
Manchester United's poor performance is definitely due to their players. Manchester United have a lot of talented players in their squad. However, we have not seen good performances from this team. But Ten Hag gets more blame as we have seen in many news reports that Ten Hag's relationship with squad players is not good. Ten Hag is a bit monotonous. This could also be a reason for Manchester United's poor performance.

You are right that Manchester United's overall performance was unstable due to injury problems. United management is rich enough. They should definitely strengthen the bench team. If Manchester United wants to consistently perform well in the Premier League, then the bench team must also be strengthened. As did Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola.
Ten Hag was not saved from various negative spotlights throughout the season, various problems came to the surface every time Manchester United suffered a defeat. Player injuries were the main reason Ten Hag failed to bring Manchester United to a consistent performance last season, several other things regarding his relationship with the players added to the chaos and made their performance gradually decline. Luckily, Manchester United managed to win the FA Cup trophy, by surprisingly beating Manchester City. Meanwhile, changing the depth of the squad is a must for next season, the defense and front lines are priorities that must be paid attention to. Manchester United management still has great confidence in their manager, Ten Hag is reportedly in the process of extending his new contract for another season.

Since Manchester United have not changed their coach, they should keep their faith in the Ten Hag next season. and giving Ten Hag full freedom to operate. If not, we will see further deterioration of Manchester United's performance in the next season.

Manchester United's overall situation last season was unstbale. There were experienced and talented players in the attack. But even then the performance of the front line players was not good. Manchester United players were able to score only 57 goals in 38 matches. United's defense was also weak. Manchester United conceded 58 goals. I would say Manchester United need to strengthen their defense first if they want to stabilize their performance next season. If the defense is strong, it will be easier for Ten Hag to stabilize the performance of the whole team.

Ten Hag will need to get more support next season as the competition will probably increase even more. Liverpool and Chelsea already have new coaches, so it is possible that Manchester United can compete at the top if Ten Hag has players ready in all positions. He needs some defenders, a hard-working midfielder and a productive striker, so we'll see how they approach that.

Will Manchester united board support Erik Ten Hang to buy players that he is going to need to compete at the top or will they leave him to fight with this current squad that he has being doing his best with them. Erik Ten hag has not being a bad coach for Manchester until because he has being winning trophy for them every season. Manchester United might not be playing very well but they will still win a trophy and that makes it a successful season. If the baord can back Erik ten hag, he is going to sign better players and let go of those thinking that they can not play their sweat for the club. Rashford should not be seeing minutes at Manchester United because he is a flop and feeling bigger than the club. I thought Manchester united will bid for a striker by now but yet they have none while Osimhen is available in the market.
Indeed Ten Hag was promised the trophies for Manchester United and he has realize the target with gets 2 trophies from 2 latest season but unfortunately these trophies is not from the major competitions and Manchester United fans didn't satisfied to these achievement because they want more besides since Ten Hag arrived to Manchester United the management were supported to him with huge funds to bought the players he want but in fact Manchester United was unable to performing well and even this season Manchester United only finish at 8th place but luckily because they can gets FA Cup trophy then they can playing at Europa league

But the management this time give his chances and they also have already to give Ten Hag extended contract this because they were confident Manchester United will be better soon and they also have realize to build solid team it took more time to process and not instantly so changing the manager often is not the best solution for this team however there was a rumour for this summer Manchester United didn't support Teh Hag with huge money anymore so if Ten Hag want to bought the players he want then he have to sell first some players and he can use the money from the sale of these players to buy players

Boehly should be able to be patient and not be careless in making decisions. Since the change in management, Chelsea's condition has only gotten worse and made them unable to compete at the top of the standings. I see the way Boehly spends money so hastily that he is unable to get players who can have a big impact on the team. But of course the legacy of the previous coach must be maximized by the new coach, Enzo Maresca, he must be truly wise in determining the future squad without blaming his predecessors. I feel confident that the current Blues squad is a very prospective asset and everyone at Stamford Bridge must be able to be patient with the ongoing process.

Almost no club in the English league can achieve success in the near future after a change of coach and we can see that from other clubs in the last few seasons.
Management must be able to see the needs of players and not recruit hastily like the previous season, so that their presence in the team does not affect anything. The players that Chelsea has are actually not that bad, but they have not been able to fully adapt to the coach's playing system.
Enzo Maresca's job is to maximize this problem so that without recruiting other players he can still utilize the existing players. But I think expecting success in the first season is difficult because the competition in the Premier League is very tight and the competition is quite competitive.
Moreover, the Premier League always increases every season, making it difficult for several big teams to win the competition. Chelsea management under Boehly's control must be aware of this because even though it is supported by large funds, of course the results will not be instant. Now the Blues management must be patient and give full trust to Enzo Maresca and of course the coach and players also really hope for the support of the fans.

Instead of thinking of hiring a new manager every season, Manchester United or Chelsea should think of hiring a quality manager. Pep Guardiola or Ancelotti are in charge of two different clubs at the moment so these two managers cannot take charge of another club even if they want to.
I will mention Zinedine Zidane in this case because he is also a manager with considerable experience.

Zinedine Zidane has been out of work for a long time so if Manchester United gives him all the facilities and accepts all the conditions, then I think he will be able to bring Manchester United to a good position. A manager's role in football is very important, if the manager does not make the right decision at the right time, many times easy matches are lost.

Maybe if Manchester United or Chelsea were handled by a coach like Pep Guardiola and Ancelotti, the club would not only be able to provide competition for the top four positions, but the opportunity to win the EPL would also be very big. Manchester United and Chelsea are too busy looking for quality players, but they don't try to find coaches who can manage these quality players to achieve success with the clubs they play for. Zidane still hasn't managed any club, Manchester United or Chelsea should be able to approach him to lead their squad.

A great coach will find it very easy to bring in great players because he has clear goals with the club he leads. The big names of Manchester United and Chelsea also need to be maintained so that they can always provide competition in the title race. The recent failures of Manchester United and Chelsea are due to not being handled by great coaches. Just look at how Manchester City always dominates the EPL under Guardiola direction, they should learn from what Manchester City did.

I think the people who hate Erik Ten Hag are big Manchester United fans who want good results for their favorite club while Erik Ten Hag has not been able to meet the fans' expectations. In fact, long before Erik Ten Hag coached this club, the club was already in an unstable condition and its performance was decreasing and Erik Ten Hag came to fix the club so that it was better.

And in his first season, Erik Ten Hag was able to produce better results than the previous season. This shows that Erik Ten Hag actually has the ability to build Man U, but for some reason, in his second season, Erik Ten Hag couldn't produce results like before and maybe that's what caused Erik Ten Hags are hated by most people.
I don't know whether it's hatred or just disappointment. But one thing that I feel is that I personally am also quite satisfied with Erik ten Hag's progress in his first season at Man United because he succeeded in bringing Man United to get a ticket to the UCL. but in the second season I personally felt quite disappointed with Erik Ten Hag. because Man United could be said to have had the worst results last season. Because I can't remember the last time Man United fell to a fairly low ranking like being ranked 8th last season. Fortunately, everyone's disappointment was relieved by Ten Hag's success in bringing Man United to victory in the FA Cup Final and gaining tickets to the European League.

Feeling disappointed about bad results is normal. And if Ten Hag's next season turns out to be able to bring better changes for Man United then all the fans' disappointment will change to the opposite. And everyone will start to like Ten Hag. And things like that are quite common in this case. Everyone's feelings change over time.

So much hate for a person like Erik Ten Hag because how on earth can somebody be hated by these number of people in a club or in the Premier League Competition.
Not even the media in the Premier League Competition will be able to save him if he cannot get Manchester United to a very save environment on the Premier League Table.

It was not so back, because when you look back to his two seasons as head coach was figured out a way to win two trophies and those who under what it takes will definitely give him maximum respect.
I'm sure that he'll payback the confidence the club places on him. He will get Manchester United to the highest positions.
Ten Hag's current task at Manchester United is not easy. Because in this phase his reputation as a coach is really at stake. Because I'm sure, if for example next season Ten Hag fails to bring Manchester United back to being champions or into the top 4 of the Premier League. His reputation as a coach could certainly be completely destroyed. The reason is, Manchester United fans would definitely be twice as angry if that happened (Ten Hag failed). Apart from that, it is very likely that Manchester United management will immediately fire Ten Hag if something bad happens (Manchester United's performance is poor again). So next season Ten Hag must be really serious and work even harder to build the Manchester United squad so that it can be even better. Because his career will be determined here.

Apart from that, in my personal opinion, next season Ten Hag does not have to focus on all the competitions that Manchester United is participating in. But you just have to focus on the competition in the Premier League. Because even though Ten Hag was successful in bringing Manchester United to other domestic trophies such as the FA Cup but failed in the Premier League competition, I am sure he will still be criticized by Manchester United fans. Because in essence, Manchester United fans really want their favorite team to win the Premier League again. The reason is, after the Ferguson era, Manchester United never won the Premier League again. That's why I said Ten Hag must focus on the Premier League trophy next season. It's okay if Manchester United fails in other domestic competitions. But make sure Manchester United is successful in the Premier League. Because if Ten Hag succeeds in bringing Manchester United to win the Premier League next season, it is clear that he will gain the trust of Manchester United management and its fans.

And yes, after Ten Hag was given his trust again by Manchester United, hopefully he can be more motivated to bring Manchester United back to its glory days again.

Manchester United, who still entrust their team to Ten Hag, will definitely try to fully support Ten Hag to fulfill their ambitions next season, last season was certainly the most disappointing season for Manchester United, even though they were able to win the FA trophy but ended the season outside the Champions League zone is not the achievement they expected, Manchester United of course currently has very big ambitions to restore their glory, so it is very natural that Manchester United is starting to give ten hag the freedom to recruit staff and also players who are considered capable of making Manchester United become a great team again will be respected in the English and European leagues later.
Erik Ten Hag is doing his best to manage a club like Manchester United, the club's not in form but he always finds means to stretch the angular direction of progress for the club. Manchester United have been in their worst form but atleast they ended the 2023/2024 EPL campaign with a major trophy. Erik Ten Hag deserves some accolades because he's not holding back, always ready to prove himself worthy of every respect and promotion at Old Trafford. Erik Ten Hag knows exactly what to portrayed because the club's board trusts him to deliver.

Yes you are right that relationship between players and coaches is very important for team success. People in charge like board and management are important too but it is players and coaches who actually play games and decide who wins or loses. Chelsea is good example of this. They have a lot of talented players but they have not been doing well. I also think great coach like Ancelotti Guardiola or Mourinho could make big difference for Chelsea and Manchester United. It is interesting to think about how these teams would do with different coaches. I hope they can improve and compete at high level. Way players coaches and management work together is complicated but it ia clear that everything needs to come together for team to be its best.

The decision of Manchester United management to give Ten Hag time again next season to train all the players in the team is quite a wise decision. Because after all, each team must have patience in waiting for good results and this will of course be achieved through a long process by all teams. So the decision to keep the old coach on the team is not a bad decision and other people will not immediately blame the team management if Ten Hag is again unsuccessful in coaching the Manchester United team next season.
Hated by some, but he's still a fighter. Now he has a chance to prove himself as management has chosen him despite all the recent criticism. It's a good decision to keep him at the club, so hopefully, he can boost his squad for next season and fight for the league title. He deserves this chance. I'm happy Man United made this decision. It's wise to stick with him and trust his abilities.
Haters gonna be hate. Ten hag's statistic was quite good, though his team placed at the 8th place last season, but it's all good. Two trophies in two seasons is special give from Ten Hag to united. United's management really values it as a great achievement. So, ten hag deserves to stay in the manchester for another season. And again, manchester united keen to hand him a contract extension for two years. Too many united players were injured last season, and that made ten hag could not really take a good decision making. Not all his critics have seen his statistics at Manchester United. Moreover, United has never been without a trophy since Ten Hag became head coach.
For the last, im hoping ten to stay even longer and prove it to the haters if they're wrong.

I just read the news and this is done deal, right? Wait for a moment.
Chelsea has officially signed £30m Leicester midfielder, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Chelsea really signs the players they are targeting. Hopefully this isn't a hasty decision.
Another day, another signing, Chelsea doesn't seem tired of signing young players, and I don't think Chelsea will go a day without recruiting young players. I saw the news yesterday that Chelsea had signed a new striker who does not have a chance to play in Barcelona's starting lineup. What are Chelsea's aims for next season?
Yes, Chelsea still hasn't stopped there. After several signings, they are still looking for other players to strengthen the team. Currently, they are bidding on Riccardo Calafiori. And this is also Arsenal's target. Does Chelsea want to target players who are also targeted by Arsenal? The match hasn't started yet but they have started to compete closely.

Source: Chelsea  targets Riccardo Calafiori

Hopefully Chelsea isn't just hype to get players quickly enough. Because their focus may really be on re-building the. There are several players who they let go this season because of their lack of optimization here. Therefore, Chelsea is hunting for many players to strengthen the team, both as starters and reserve teams.

Chelsea became interested in Calafiori after seeing his performance when competing at the Euros. Yes, he is an Italian professional defender who is also currently joining the Bologna club. So, who do you think will get it? Arsenal/Chelsea/or stay in Bologna?

This is one of the news I've been longing to, hear, read and lastly see. Erik Ten Hag is not the first coach who has made complains about the behavior of Marcus Rashford, I don't care what his valuation would be or price tag but I would love to see him leaving Manchester United. It's no different from the way Pep Guardiola let go of Raheem Sterling from Chelsea. He can go, he no longer has that love, passion and love for Manchester United or should I say while playing for Manchester United.

I'm even tired commenting about Marcus Rashford, he doesn't know when to pass the ball, entertain, dribble and also be a team player. Who made him the Golden Boy?
They will bring up a news of losing his cousin but Rodri of Manchester City also lost his Grandma who he was also close with but yet he was able to maintain his high standards all through the season.

Garnacho this season has done better than him on both flanks. All I read are news of him not wanting to play on the right or left. Wouldn't be a great idea if he stays further with Manchester United.
Do you even know he started before Kylian Mbappe? But take a good look at Kylian Mbappe, way ahead of him. ( Though I hate comparison )

Can't even believe we still have cry babies everywhere do the same thing but cry and lament because Manchester United extended the contract of Erik Ten Hag. Can't believe.
I'm already tipping Manchester United to finish in the top four clubs if they get to sign up these four players, most importantly, a new defensive midfielder, two defender's and also a second striker who is hungry for goals ( A Striker who can score 25 Premier League Competition Goals )
All this issue with Rashford began when he renewed his contract at the club. If you watched, after he joined the senior team from the academy, he did exceptionally well, he was humble, productive and scored many goals to the extent he was being compared to Mbappe, but the moment he signed a new contract and became the highest paid in the club, his attitude changed drastically; both on and off the pitch. He became less involved in the club, did things as it suited him and knowing he is one of the best the team has got added to inflate his ego.

Ten Hag will certainly receive full support from United management, which is proven by the new contract extension offered to Ten Hag. Ten Hag adventure with The Red Devils last season was very disappointing, United received a lot of bad reviews regarding their performance throughout the season, it is clear that Ten Hag needs to make changes to his squad.

United needs polish in almost every line, they also have to ensure their rotation options are of sufficient quality. A number of players will be released, and United will likely carry out a warehouse clean up. Honestly, I see that Jim Ratcliffe has taken the right policy by retaining Ten Hag, he didn't immediately completely overhaul the squad like the Chelsea owner did, that's good enough to keep the transition of players running properly.

Last season, United recruits did not perform optimally for various reasons, mainstay players like Rahsford also failed to show their best performance, whereas overall United last season was a lot of chaos. Ten Hag can return to making United a team that is challenging for the title next season if he gets quality players in this summer transfer window.

I can't be satisfied with Ten Hag even though Manchester United won the FA Cup last season. This was not Ten Hag's first season with Manchester United. Ten Hag's first season saw Manchester United perform well enough to qualify for the Champions League. So naturally we expected to see something better from Ten Hag next season. At the same time, United management provided Ten Hag with large funds for player purchases. However, Ten Hag failed to strengthen the Manchester United team last season.

This season too, it is likely that Manchester United management have given Ten Hag the freedom to add players to the squad of his choice. I doubt if Ten Hag will succeed. Manchester United definitely wants to dominate the Premier League again. But is it possible for Ten Hag?

Yes the FA cup win only is not that enough they should have done better in other competitions like the UEFA Champions league, at least last 16 qualification and nothing short of it, also the league finish was poor that they needed FA Cup to get to the Europa League competition. But with that been said we all are attributing Manchester United to the old fashioned one which isn’t, this club is not Longer the same club that fought for titles In the past, winning the FA cup was definitely a plus for the at the moment and Ten Hag deserves the accolade he is getting now which is a contract extension.

We are still getting this whole idea of he wasted funds to sign players, managers aren’t giving the money to sign or negotiate with the players, the board those that. He his only meant to be aware of who comes and who goes and he has say on who he doesn’t wants. Last season Manchester United didn’t sign any big names other than Onana, Mount and Hojlund, the rest were loaned players. In all of the two seasons at the club the only signing and departure I will hold ten Hag accountable for his Antony’s signing and Fred leaving without a proper back up, nothing else again
