I'd say Pep and Ancelotti may have failed at Chelsea. But, it's a bit different at United. Im concerning about the club policy, and in chelsea, there is a very strict policy for the coach. This may be preventing even Pep or ancellotti to bring a success for chelsea. Meanwhile, manchester united has less less strict policy than chelsea.

The club policy in chelsea made club signed various coaches to handle their squad. And, for the last, neither of pep or ancellotti will ever think to join in united or chelsea. 

Since Manchester United have not changed their coach, they should keep their faith in the Ten Hag next season. and giving Ten Hag full freedom to operate. If not, we will see further deterioration of Manchester United's performance in the next season.

Manchester United's overall situation last season was unstbale. There were experienced and talented players in the attack. But even then the performance of the front line players was not good. Manchester United players were able to score only 57 goals in 38 matches. United's defense was also weak. Manchester United conceded 58 goals. I would say Manchester United need to strengthen their defense first if they want to stabilize their performance next season. If the defense is strong, it will be easier for Ten Hag to stabilize the performance of the whole team.

Indeed Ten Hag was promised the trophies for Manchester United and he has realize the target with gets 2 trophies from 2 latest season but unfortunately these trophies is not from the major competitions and Manchester United fans didn't satisfied to these achievement because they want more besides since Ten Hag arrived to Manchester United the management were supported to him with huge funds to bought the players he want but in fact Manchester United was unable to performing well and even this season Manchester United only finish at 8th place but luckily because they can gets FA Cup trophy then they can playing at Europa league

But the management this time give his chances and they also have already to give Ten Hag extended contract this because they were confident Manchester United will be better soon and they also have realize to build solid team it took more time to process and not instantly so changing the manager often is not the best solution for this team however there was a rumour for this summer Manchester United didn't support Teh Hag with huge money anymore so if Ten Hag want to bought the players he want then he have to sell first some players and he can use the money from the sale of these players to buy players

Moreover, the Premier League always increases every season, making it difficult for several big teams to win the competition. Chelsea management under Boehly's control must be aware of this because even though it is supported by large funds, of course the results will not be instant. Now the Blues management must be patient and give full trust to Enzo Maresca and of course the coach and players also really hope for the support of the fans.

Instead of thinking of hiring a new manager every season, Manchester United or Chelsea should think of hiring a quality manager. Pep Guardiola or Ancelotti are in charge of two different clubs at the moment so these two managers cannot take charge of another club even if they want to.
I will mention Zinedine Zidane in this case because he is also a manager with considerable experience.

I don't know whether it's hatred or just disappointment. But one thing that I feel is that I personally am also quite satisfied with Erik ten Hag's progress in his first season at Man United because he succeeded in bringing Man United to get a ticket to the UCL. but in the second season I personally felt quite disappointed with Erik Ten Hag. because Man United could be said to have had the worst results last season. Feeling disappointed about bad results is normal. And if Ten Hag's next season turns out to be able to bring better changes for Man United then all the fans' disappointment will change to the opposite. And everyone will start to like Ten Hag. And things like that are quite common in this case. Everyone's feelings change over time.

Ten Hag's current task at Manchester United is not easy. Because in this phase his reputation as a coach is really at stake. Because I'm sure, if for example next season Ten Hag fails to bring Manchester United back to being champions or into the top 4 of the Premier League. His reputation as a coach could certainly be completely destroyed. The reason is, Manchester United fans would definitely be twice as angry if that happened (Ten Hag failed). Apart from that, it is very likely that Manchester United management will immediately fire Ten Hag if something bad happens (Manchester United's performance is poor again). So next season Ten Hag must be really serious and work even harder to build the Manchester United squad so that it can be even better. Because his career will be determined here.

Apart from that, in my personal opinion, next season Ten Hag does not have to focus on all the competitions that Manchester United is participating in. But you just have to focus on the competition in the Premier League. Because even though Ten Hag was successful in bringing Manchester United to other domestic trophies such as the FA Cup but failed in the Premier League competition, I am sure he will still be criticized by Manchester United fans. Because in essence, Manchester United fans really want their favorite team to win the Premier League again. The reason is, after the Ferguson era, Manchester United never won the Premier League again. That's why I said Ten Hag must focus on the Premier League trophy next season. It's okay if Manchester United fails in other domestic competitions. But make sure Manchester United is successful in the Premier League. Because if Ten Hag succeeds in bringing Manchester United to win the Premier League next season, it is clear that he will gain the trust of Manchester United management and its fans.

And yes, after Ten Hag was given his trust again by Manchester United, hopefully he can be more motivated to bring Manchester United back to its glory days again.

I think the people who hate Erik Ten Hag are big Manchester United fans who want good results for their favorite club while Erik Ten Hag has not been able to meet the fans' expectations. In fact, long before Erik Ten Hag coached this club, the club was already in an unstable condition and its performance was decreasing and Erik Ten Hag came to fix the club so that it was better.

And in his first season, Erik Ten Hag was able to produce better results than the previous season. This shows that Erik Ten Hag actually has the ability to build Man U.
But for some reason, in his second season, Erik Ten Hag couldn't produce results like before and maybe that's what caused Erik Ten Hags are hated by most people.

Yes you are right that relationship between players and coaches is very important for team success. People in charge like board and management are important too but it is players and coaches who actually play games and decide who wins or loses. Chelsea is good example of this. They have a lot of talented players but they have not been doing well. I also think great coach like Ancelotti Guardiola or Mourinho could make big difference for Chelsea and Manchester United. It is interesting to think about how these teams would do with different coaches. I hope they can improve and compete at high level. Way players coaches and management work together is complicated but it ia clear that everything needs to come together for team to be its best.

So much hate for a person like Erik Ten Hag because how on earth can somebody be hated by these number of people in a club or in the Premier League Competition.
Not even the media in the Premier League Competition will be able to save him if he cannot get Manchester United to a very save environment on the Premier League Table.

It was not so back, because when you look back to his two seasons as head coach was figured out a way to win two trophies and those who under what it takes will definitely give him maximum respect.
I'm sure that he'll payback the confidence the club places on him. He will get Manchester United to the highest positions.

That is true, if Pep or Ancelotti manages either Manchester United or Chelsea, there's no doubt that the club will enter into the top 4. But we still know that both Pep and Guardiola cannot be your coach and you as management fail to supply him the quality players that he needs. They will not even agree to the contract if you don't state how much you are willing to give them to buy players. Those guys are big names and they do big deals. They don't manage or beg the club to keep them because they got some proven record of excellence. This is just the real state of matters.

Haters gonna be hate. Ten hag's statistic was quite good, though his team placed at the 8th place last season, but it's all good. Two trophies in two seasons is special give from Ten Hag to united. United's management really values it as a great achievement. So, ten hag deserves to stay in the manchester for another season. And again, manchester united keen to hand him a contract extension for two years. Too many united players were injured last season, and that made ten hag could not really take a good decision making. Not all his critics have seen his statistics at Manchester United. Moreover, United has never been without a trophy since Ten Hag became head coach.
For the last, im hoping ten to stay even longer and prove it to the haters if they're wrong.

Yes, Chelsea still hasn't stopped there. After several signings, they are still looking for other players to strengthen the team. Currently, they are bidding on Riccardo Calafiori. Hopefully Chelsea isn't just hype to get players quickly enough. Because their focus may really be on re-building the. There are several players who they let go this season because of their lack of optimization here. Chelsea became interested in Calafiori after seeing his performance when competing at the Euros. Yes, he is an Italian professional defender who is also currently joining the Bologna club. So, who do you think will get it? Arsenal/Chelsea/or stay in Bologna?

I don't really doubt them, but sometimes I think that the relationship between players and coaches also has an influence. I don't know exactly what wouldn't work internally, but the board is not on the pitch playing, the board can be very bad, but the players and the coach can make the Difference on the pitch. Ten Hag will certainly receive full support from United management, which is proven by the new contract extension offered to Ten Hag. Ten Hag adventure with The Red Devils last season was very disappointing, United received a lot of bad reviews regarding their performance throughout the season, it is clear that Ten Hag needs to make changes to his squad.

United needs polish in almost every line, they also have to ensure their rotation options are of sufficient quality. Erik Ten hag has not being a bad coach for Manchester until because he has being winning trophy for them every season. Manchester United might not be playing very well but they will still win a trophy and that makes it a successful season. If the baord can back Erik ten hag, he is going to sign better players and let go of those thinking that they can not play their sweat for the club. Rashford should not be seeing minutes at Manchester United because he is a flop and feeling bigger than the club. I thought Manchester united will bid for a striker by now but yet they have none while Osimhen is available in the market.

Yes the FA cup win only is not that enough they should have done better in other competitions like the UEFA Champions league, at least last 16 qualification and nothing short of it, also the league finish was poor that they needed FA Cup to get to the Europa League competition. But with that been said we all are attributing Manchester United to the old fashioned one which isn’t, this club is not Longer the same club that fought for titles In the past, winning the FA cup was definitely a plus for the at the moment and Ten Hag deserves the accolade he is getting now which is a contract extension.

We are still getting this whole idea of he wasted funds to sign players, managers aren’t giving the money to sign or negotiate with the players, the board those that. He his only meant to be aware of who comes and who goes and he has say on who he doesn’t wants. Last season Manchester United didn’t sign any big names other than Onana, Mount and Hojlund, the rest were loaned players. In all of the two seasons at the club the only signing and departure I will hold ten Hag accountable for his Antony’s signing and Fred leaving without a proper back up, nothing else again
