Manchester United, who still entrust their team to Ten Hag, will definitely try to fully support Ten Hag to fulfill their ambitions next season, last season was certainly the most disappointing season for Manchester United, even though they were able to win the FA trophy but ended the season outside the Champions League zone is not the achievement they expected, Manchester United of course currently has very big ambitions to restore their glory, so it is very natural that Manchester United is starting to give ten hag the freedom to recruit staff and also players who are considered capable of making Manchester United become a great team again will be respected in the English and European leagues later.
Erik Ten Hag is doing his best to manage a club like Manchester United, the club's not in form but he always finds means to stretch the angular direction of progress for the club. Manchester United have been in their worst form but atleast they ended the 2023/2024 EPL campaign with a major trophy. Erik Ten Hag deserves some accolades because he's not holding back, always ready to prove himself worthy of every respect and promotion at Old Trafford. Erik Ten Hag knows exactly what to portrayed because the club's board trusts him to deliver.

Apart from the FA cup trophy that Eric Ten Haag won for Manchester United last season, i didn't see much effort of the coach towards the team as it has been from one blame game to another. You can't handle a team if you keep on blaming the players because without their cooperation a coach can do nothing. Ending the season with a trophy is not enough to commend him because winning Manchester City in the FA cup was just pure luck and the Manchester United players were also determined to win City since they are rival clubs.

Eric Ten Haag should find a way to rebuild the United team now that he has been giving more time to continue his coaching career with Manchester United because the clubs management is giving him the benefit of the fact that he ended last season with a trophy if not I believe by now he would have been sacked by the club. Manchester United used to be an elite team but for some years now they have dropped in performance so it can only take a coach who understands the team very well to be able to manage the players perfectly.  However, I congratulate his bravery for winning a trophy for the United team last season but he needs more preparation this season to be able to achieve an impressive performance.

If Erik ten Hag hadn't won the cup last year, he would have been sacked by now. Manchester United haven't been playing good football for a long time. There are a lot of things that need to change in the team. The coach needs to give up his insistence on playing some players. Although this was one of the biggest criticisms made against him, we could not see good things for the team in terms of play. Winning the cup is a great achievement for them because United do not have a good squad.

I wonder who they will add to the team in the new season. A lot of changes need to be made for United to play good football.

Since when did this trophy become a major trophy? I personally don't understand what praise it could possibly deserve, given that this cup win was almost a fluke. A team with this kind of game can't win any tournament a priori, but it happened and I'm sure it's not a great credit to Ten Hag. His contract has been extended until year 26, but I hope that if something goes wrong, the contract will be cancelled

For what it's worth, winning a trophy cannot be a fluke, especially a trophy that so many teams participated in Andy would have loved to win. The FA cup is a major trophy, Manchester United's bad performance last season won't change that.
I have always been a critique of Ten Hag in Manchester United, but you have to give him credit for winning the trophy.

Manchester United won't win the league with Ten Hag though, because his team is not consistent enough. They play perfectly well in two straight game and then go on to the next three games and turn to a disaster. It's a good thing Manchester United are trusting a manager and giving him time, I'm just not sure if Ten Hag is the one they should be backing this much. Only time can tell.
For now the bar is really low so I can't ask Ten Hag to win the league next season, but if his team plays very well and are able to make it to the top 4, I i think it would be considered a success.

I don’t really blame only the coach when a club is performing poorly, everyone is supposed to be blamed. Manchester United’s performance was poor last season, and they ended the season in a very bad position, which I never expected from Manchester United, but from the way Manchester United performed last season, even players were supposed to be blamed for the club's poor performance. Ten Hag should also be blamed because he made some mistakes, but we shouldn’t blame only the coach, just the way people ended up blaming only ten Hag.

Manchester United's injury problem affected the clubs performance, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for them to perform poorly because there were some clubs that had similar problems and ended up performing better than Manchester United.

Manchester United's poor performance is definitely due to their players. Manchester United have a lot of talented players in their squad. However, we have not seen good performances from this team. But Ten Hag gets more blame as we have seen in many news reports that Ten Hag's relationship with squad players is not good. Ten Hag is a bit monotonous. This could also be a reason for Manchester United's poor performance.

You are right that Manchester United's overall performance was unstable due to injury problems. United management is rich enough. They should definitely strengthen the bench team. If Manchester United wants to consistently perform well in the Premier League, then the bench team must also be strengthened. As did Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola.
Ten Hag was not saved from various negative spotlights throughout the season, various problems came to the surface every time Manchester United suffered a defeat. Player injuries were the main reason Ten Hag failed to bring Manchester United to a consistent performance last season, several other things regarding his relationship with the players added to the chaos and made their performance gradually decline. Luckily, Manchester United managed to win the FA Cup trophy, by surprisingly beating Manchester City. Meanwhile, changing the depth of the squad is a must for next season, the defense and front lines are priorities that must be paid attention to. Manchester United management still has great confidence in their manager, Ten Hag is reportedly in the process of extending his new contract for another season.

Erik Ten Hag cannot be blamed and his decisions for the club so far since he again his current position has been great. Since he joined the club, he has won two trophies for them with the latest one been the FA Cup which no one saw it coming because of the team they faced in the finals. It shows that, in every situation he finds himself with the players, he’ll always try and bring out the best in them. In every bad situation and how worst the performance of the team might be in the season during league games, he always and the season with a trophy for them and that’s what we call never giving up.

Eric Ten Hag have been given another opportunity to manage the club for another season after he won the FA Cup. This time around, I don’t think he will find things easier than it was in the last season but with much effort, he can do better than he was in the last seasons and finish in the top four. The premier league continues to be more inter and hard for most of the teams that are competing in it. It looks easier for you this season and in the next season, you’ll find it harder while still playing against same teams you were able to win the previous season. To remain at the top, you’ve to give in your best and that’s what Ten Hag should be looking up to now for the next season.

Ten Hag achieved twoFA Cup trophies, while Arteta is yet to achieve any trophy, he only won community shield trophy despite all his good performance in the team.
I know that Arteta has made Arsenal more competitive in both Premier League and other competitions, he has made Arsenal another team to be afraid of playing against because they really wants to win something for the team by next season. Ten Hag has failed to balance his players and team just because of his personal relationship with players, and he didn’t have a good coach tactics that will help the team to defeat opponent despite all the net spend during the transfer marke.

People give priority to Premier League that any other league and that is what Manchester united hasn't been able to hack since Erik Ten Hag took over as the manager of the club but despite not winning the title Arteta has been able to keep Arsenal ontop of the table, this is why they have been able to go to Champions League with other people but Manchester united never had the chance, not even this season, they will only play in the Europa League.

If we are give honest review about what Arsenal has played compare to what Manchester united has played head to head, Arteta is in good hands to stay ahead of Ten Hag every day. How may coach can transform Arsenal the way Arteta has did in just two seasons. I just think that with more push and more dedication from teams, managers and assistant mangers, Arsenal will reach places where many people didn't expect them to be.

Manchester United still gives him confidence considering his success in beating Manchester City in one of last season's finals. The title that Ten Hag won was the one they wanted most, so maybe that's why Ten Hag is still trusted and continues his story at Manchester United. But in my opinion, Manchester United's performance under Ten Hag is not below standard, but it is not too expected.

Ten Hag will need to get more support next season as the competition will probably increase even more. Liverpool and Chelsea already have new coaches, so it is possible that Manchester United can compete at the top if Ten Hag has players ready in all positions. He needs some defenders, a hard-working midfielder and a productive striker, so we'll see how they approach that.

I can't be satisfied with Ten Hag even though Manchester United won the FA Cup last season. This was not Ten Hag's first season with Manchester United. Ten Hag's first season saw Manchester United perform well enough to qualify for the Champions League. So naturally we expected to see something better from Ten Hag next season. At the same time, United management provided Ten Hag with large funds for player purchases. However, Ten Hag failed to strengthen the Manchester United team last season.

This season too, it is likely that Manchester United management have given Ten Hag the freedom to add players to the squad of his choice. I doubt if Ten Hag will succeed. Manchester United definitely wants to dominate the Premier League again. But is it possible for Ten Hag?

Apart from very little patience, Chelsea management made a big mistake when appointing Pochettino as Tuchel replacement, they should have seen the situation that occurred at that time from a positive angle. Pochettino is not an accomplished coach, he was often fired due to his inability to handle the club according to management's expectations. When clubs often change coaches, the players have to adapt again to the tactics and strategies used by the new coach. The club will also be greatly disadvantaged by having to pay compensation from the remainder of the coach's contract.

Enzo Maresca who has just received the trust of Chelsea management, must be able to make Chelsea appear consistent. Management has high hopes for him because he is amazed by the achievements he has just made with Leicester City. His first season in charge of Chelsea may not go as desired because the level of competition in the EPL is very competitive. Management must be patient with Enzo's work because the success or failure of a coach is seen when he enters his second season managing the club.
Chelsea management done too many mistakes which bring huge problems for them with sack of Thomas Tuchel and then having Pochettino were mistakes, but they are not learning from their mistakes and having done again even Pochettino were doing good work and at the end he was able to bring team at the better point which was good for them but Boehly is having problems like we have Laporta at the Barcelona so things gone on wrong way, and we have another sack.

Now Enzo Maresca is having good trust of the management with they are spending good amount as well and having too many new young players which can bring better results but this all need patience and strong strategy without this we are not having things on track and if we have some poor performance then surely we are going to have more problems for the all parties which are currently involved in this club.

The decision of Manchester United management to give Ten Hag time again next season to train all the players in the team is quite a wise decision. Because after all, each team must have patience in waiting for good results and this will of course be achieved through a long process by all teams. So the decision to keep the old coach on the team is not a bad decision and other people will not immediately blame the team management if Ten Hag is again unsuccessful in coaching the Manchester United team next season.

I don’t think Ten Hag won’t be blamed if he failed to make the team more successful than they are the last season. He was given a chance in order to improve the condition of the team and if he can’t do as wanted, I think they’ll just have to sack him by the end of next season. It was a good idea to keep him for another season and not sack him as other teams are doing to their coaches, building a strong and reputable team to reckon on for long usually takes a lot of time and much dedication from the players and coach.

Changing coach after every season and bringing in new ones just because you want quick result will just make it very difficult for you to achieve your aim. Slow and steady movement to attain success is the best and if you check on the teams that are doing exceptionally well now didn’t get to that stage just after given their coach few seasons. They had to keep trying the coach again and again just as long as they were seeing the progress of the team.
Just like you said, I personally would not blame Erik ten Hag of he fails to have a better season than the one we saw in the just concluded season because in my own opinion, Manchester United's management already knows his tactical limit and still decided to keep him at the club. Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in Europe in terms of achievement and despite the fact that they've never won a major honor since the former legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson left the club, I wasn't expecting Thomas Tuchel to be proud with his achievements in two seasons with the club. The club needs a manager who understands the history of the club as well as one who's very hungry for trophies not a manager that's happy for winning the English League Cup and the FA Cup in two seasons.
Today, the club management extended Erik ten Hag's stay at the club for another two seasons which means that they're happy with his results so far and that's why I'll not blame the Dutchman if he fails to deliver better results than what we've seen so far

Everyone wants to believe that ten Hag will eventually be able to achieve the same progress as Arteta, but it seems to me that such examples are exceptions, if the coach could not achieve progress in several seasons, then there is no need to wait for any fundamental changes, maybe Manchester United will be more lucky and next season they will be able to be in the Champions League zone, but I don’t believe that they will be able compete with City. The management of Manchester United likes to give one more chance, this was the case with previous coaches, but we saw what it led to.

Ten Hag should be able able to do better next season by improving the quality and performance of the team because he has spent some time with them and should know where the laxity is and how to tackle it. It is not that easy for a new coach to come into a club that is not a good form and win the league with the team without reviving the team.

I am not expecting much from Ten Hag next season so that I will not be disappointed in him because he might not perform as expected next season but he will do better than this season. If he doesn't I don't know what will be his fate in Manchester united.

Yes, buying players will not be a guarantee that the team will get good results because after all, in the last transfer window Chelsea also managed to buy players but in reality they needed adaptation to get good results. So, about Chelsea's success in buying players at this moment, it is just a quick transfer because basically Chelsea also has good finances. Therefore, it looks like it will be easy for Chelsea to get the players they want, moreover the price is still suitable and not too expensive like the previous rumors about signing Osimhen. But yes, in essence there is still no guarantee Chelsea will get good results next season just by getting players faster than other teams.
Chelsea wants to be like Real Madrid in the past, when a club brings in great players then their performance will increase significantly but unfortunately that didn't happen for Chelsea. Everything takes time between coaches and players especially in the Premier League competition and pressure can disrupt their concentration, Chelsea have failed for 2 seasons in building a squad and they want to repeat it next season, do you think Chelsea will succeed or make progress?  in the first season with a new coach I wasn't too sure but in season 2 it might be possible.

If a new coach wants to build a strong team, he must be given time. Stabilizing a team is not an easy task. It needs a long time. But Chelsea management wants to reap the rewards quickly. This is never possible. If a team grows strong too quickly, it is likely to fall too quickly.

Chelsea's overall performance under Pochettino at the start of the previous season was poor. But at the end of the season we saw a great performance from Chelsea. If Pochettino had been Chelsea's coach at the beginning of this season, the Chelsea team had the potential to improve. But Chelsea management changed the coach again. It is too early to predict whether the new coach will succeed with Chelsea.

Don't put all the blame on Pochettino, the players are also part of the failure Chelsea has face in the last seasons. When Pochettino was quickly used to replace Tuchel, the team was average and they were doing well because Tuchel understand them and knows when to manipulate opportunities into shorts on target that can bring goals but when Tuchel was sack, Graham potter and Lampard couldn't do anything good and Pochettino do some reshuffling and that doesn't change anything either.

I hope he do something unique here. Luton Town, Burnley and shuffle united did well in the last 2 Championship division and were promoted to the Premier League but end up relegated again because it was so hard for them to adapt to the division but since Chelsea has always remain there, it will be easier for Maresca to use his boys to change the position of Chelsea this season in the Premier League, 4 place or higher place wouldn't be bad for the team this season.

You are wrong, Pochettino did not come to replace Tuchel at Chelsea but he came to replace Lampard who was then appointed as Chelsea coach for the second time. Tuchel's dismissal was certainly not the right decision, while Chelsea appointed Graham Potter to replace him. Pochettino's appointment as coach was not a mistake, but Chelsea just couldn't wait to give him a longer chance to improve the team, that was also a mistake that Chelsea should not have made on Pochettino.

Since Chelsea fired Tuchel, they have been handled by 5 different coaches, including the latest being Enzo Maresca. Graham Potter made 31 match, Bruno Saltor 1 match, Lampard 11 matches and Pochettino 51 matches. Pochettino is certainly better than some of the previous coaches, but he didn't get more opportunities mainly because Chelsea wanted to sack him and replace him with Enzo Maresca.
