How dumb were Leicester City to sell Maresca to Chelsea, they were exited from the Premier League last 2 season and Maresca was hired and bought them back this season to the Premier League and they couldn't increase his pay check to stay with them through the thick and thin and they dash him to Chelsea, this is why I have no doubt about his performance in Chelsea, he is going to do well more than what all these past coaches has done for the club.

Maresca's performance at Leicester is indeed very good because the fact that he can again bring Leicester back to the highest stage in the English premier league is clearly a proof that he is really competent but when he is at Leicester which is in the Championship and Chelsea in the EPL is clearly a bebreda condition especially we can see the pressure for Enzo Maresca this season is very big so I still can't be sure whether he can really or not when leading Chelsea next season.

Reflecting on the situation that occurred at Chelsea during the Potter era, this could happen again for Maresca because after all Potter at Brighton at that time was very good and stole the attention of many people but instead his career had to be destroyed at Chelsea. This can also happen to Maresca because after all the pressure, tension and the resulting impact will also affect the mentality of the coach and the performance of the club itself.

I personally always try to be neutral towards any coach, as well as the team he will coach. perhaps, Enzo Maresca was able to bring Chelsea much better than the previous coaches who handled Chelsea. It is possible that in Enzo's hands, Chelsea will transform into a much more competitive team compared to the previous season. in football it is unique, even though it could be said that Enzo Maresca is not a seasoned coach, he will definitely do what a coach should do together with his expert staff. this opportunity, he can build his reputation as a head coach who manages an elite team. but with conditions, Enzo Maresca must do his job and take Chelsea in a much better direction.

On the other hand, I'm sure Enzo is aware that it will be quite challenging to handle Chelsea, where most of the players are young. It could be that, to achieve the club's expectations, he needs more time. ideally, Chelsea must play neatly and well. thus, Enzo Maresca's position will be considered for the following season. Well, regarding Chelsea's arrival of several young players, they actually previously did the same thing. Honestly, I'm not sure about the way Chelsea management brings in new arrivals. Maybe Todd and his staff are planning more long term for the Chelsea squad. so, don't have big hopes if Chelsea is able to compete in the race for the Premier League trophy. being able to finish in the top four of the Premier League, that is already an extraordinary achievement for Enzo and his team, IMO.
I don't think Chelsea has set excessive targets for next season, that doesn't mean they don't have the ambition to win trophies, but if you look at their policy in recruiting coaches and players, it seems like the Blues only want to finish in the top four of the standings. Meanwhile, for some Chelsea fans, they still regret Pochettino dismissal, and the fact that the arrival of Enzo Maresca does not raise expectations higher for next season.

Apart from all that, Enzo Maresca actually has a big opportunity to bring Chelsea to develop for the better, where the young players inherited from Pochettino next season will be more mature. Apart from that, Enzo Maresca will be very lucky if he finds them all fit without any injuries when they return from their duties defending their respective countries.

However, Enzo Maresca efforts to make Chelsea become a team challenging for the title again is not easy, it requires a long time and adaptation. If Chelsea often experience inconsistency at the start of the season, Enzo Maresca will be criticized and his fate could end up like Pochettino.

This is not the first of his kind to see teams selling their coach that have brought them success to other teams that are also in desperate need of them. Like the case of Xabi Alonso of Bayern Leverkusen, I think he was given many offers from other clubs but decided to stay back in Bayern Leverkusen to strengthen the team more, I don’t know if his pay check was increased but it seems so for him not to accept other big offers from big clubs. Maybe Leicester were not financially buoyant to keep him by increasing his pay check and went to join a bigger club were he’ll get more pay for his work. Maresca will do well at Chelsea but I don’t guarantee his success in the first year yet which will depend on how good of a coach he is.
That team Chelsea is messed up already and needs proper time and planning to actually implant some sort of strategy in place so that they may strive although as it's stand no one can guarantee success for the new coach even if he is good, we still need to be skeptical about the whole thing and atleast starts speculation maybe after the first three games he has had with them because starting all over again with a new team is actually not that easy.

But for now, maybe next season the only person able to compete with Man City is Arsenal. Arsenal in the last two seasons has proven significant changes under coach Arteta. So it is not impossible that Arsenal can win the EPL league trophy next season which they have been waiting for, and stop Man City's big ambition to set a record for winning the EPL five times in a row.

I love the way Manchester City have been working hard to climb up the ladder of EPL trophies with their 4 season straight wins in lifting the league's titles. This strong willed performance have greatly assisted the City guys in reaching their overall 10 recorded EPL titles. This have also help them surpass clubs like Everton and are just 3 titles below Arsenal who are equally working hard to move up the ladder. Under coach Arteta, Arsenal have worked hard to win the EPL title and their efforts have been seriously commendable. If they can work.harder this coming season, I have the confidence that they will take the league and break the '5 times in a row' winning streak the City is working towards.
Just before Pep Guardiola was appointed as Manchester City manager, the club had only won the English top flight league in four different occasions. Two was before it was renamed the English Premier League and the other two was after he renamed it was the English Premier League but in the last seven seasons, Manchester City has won the English Premier League title in six different occasions and that's why they're regarded as one of the best European clubs at the moment. Winning the English top flight league in 10 different occasions as a club simply puts Manchester City as one of the most successful clubs in the league but to become the overall highest holder of the league title is a task that's still very far now for Manchester City to achieve. However, I strongly that it's very possible for them to break that particular record in the next 15 years if they continue with their winning rate of the last 10 years.

Many people seem to be worried about how Chelsea will fare next season with their new coach. In fact every coach needs time to adapt to his new team and sometimes this requires a more different approach, depending on the coach. Enzo Maresca may not be one of the top coaches, but give him a chance to prove his worth. Support him as much as you can if you are a true Chelsea fan, but conversely you may doubt his abilities if you are not one.

Recently I heard that Chelsea had agreed to bring in 3 potential young stars to their squad. Marc Guiu, Omari Kellyman and Boca Junior player Aaron Anselmino have reportedly agreed to join Chelsea, but some of them will not be Chelsea players next season because Chelsea will loan them to other clubs as a first step. Chelsea's investment in young players has made it clear that they really want to build a better squad, but of course they need time and proper handling.

Go Ahead Eagles finished in position number 9 in the eredivisie, in 34 games, they only won 12 games, but looking at the squad they had and the team's objectives, which were probably to maintain their place in the eredivisie, it seems to me that René Hake He did a good job, now I ask myself: "What is the goal of the Manchester United management in hiring René Hake?" because the Premier League is completely the Eredivisie. Even the weakest team in the Premier League can achieve good results when playing against the majority of teams in the Eredivisie

so if the objective of the management of Manchester United is to hire a coach to be Erik ten Hag's assistant so that the team can achieve good results, then the management of Manchester United should look for a coach who has experience in the Premier League and European competitions and mainly with a good vision for signing players, this way Erik ten Hag would have a good assistant coach and Manchester United could make good signings, they could have a good squad and finally they could win the premier league which they haven't won in many years

Rene  Hake has worked with Erik Ten Hag before now, you can conduct a proper search so you'll understand the reason why he is been appointed as part of the staffs for Erik Ten Hag. I don't know why y'all slander such a move by Manchester United management, if this was to be Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp I'd be seeing posters singing praises, but I understand the dislike y'all have for Erik Ten Hag. The Premier League is just another league whoever comes in with the right strategy will definitely achieve success.

As for Ruud Van Nistelrooy,  he is a Manchester United legend and knws what it means to be in that club and also in the dressing room. His return is something I love as he'll help give lectures to Rasmus Hojlund and other strikers. I see the club moving in the right direction, I don't know about y'all. It's all about time and patience Manchester United will definitely bounce back upp!!

A lot of things you don't know, you just have to look deeper to understand. Wait until next season, Manchester United will definitely improve. They need to start the buying and selling of players from defensive midfielders to defenders.

Enzo Maresca must make changes to prevent himself from suffering the same fate as the previous manager.
If Enzo Maresca doesn’t perform well next season, then what happens to other Chelsea coaches will definitely happen to him. Chelsea doesn’t have patience with their coaches, if a coach doesn’t perform well, he will be sacked immediately. They want a club that will change Chelsea's performance instantly, not  one that will improve the club's performance gradually. So let’s see how Enzo Maresca will perform. I am sure he will do everything possible to improve Chelsea’s performance because he won’t want what happened to other Chelsea coaches to happen to him also.

City is the only team that has consistently dominated for several seasons in a row, during which time only their rivals alternate, at one time Liverpool tried, now Arsenal tried for two seasons, but none of them manage to break City’s dominance and I think that they can’t will succeed in the near future, because Guardiola’s team is very strong. And despite the fact that some important players like Gundogan leave, he manages to be the best. For some reason it seems to me that Arteta will not be able to beat Guardiola.
Manchester City succeeded in building a strong foundation, so that they were able to maintain their performance for years, at least they managed to defend the title for 4 consecutive seasons. In my opinion, the foundation they created is one of the keys that has enabled them to be consistent so far, because without that foundation they would probably decline quickly.
We see a lot of teams that only last for 1 season, that's because they don't have a solid foundation so they can decline in a short time. We must not forget the genius of the coach, because Pep Guardiola is indeed a coach who is good at concocting strategies that he can apply well in his game. Manchester City also cannot be separated from their success, because management gave Pep Guardiola a long time.
Yes, exactly. Man City can be as successful as it is today because they believe in the process and of course they need patience. Pep Guardiola's arrival at Man City did not immediately become what it is today. Man City was able to win the EPL league consecutively because the team foundation was mature enough and the playing philosophy was also unified between players and coaches. This is very different from other big teams in the EPL which change coaches every season, of course this is wrong because every time they change coaches, their playing style also changes. Liverpool in the Klopp era was also successful because they believed in the process, but finances could also be a determining factor because they could bring in the players the coach wanted, as Man City is doing now.

Enzo Maresca must make changes to prevent himself from suffering the same fate as the previous manager. Chelsea really wants to return to the peak level that was achieved when Abramovich was still in charge, but transfer policy factors and inappropriate selection of coaches make it difficult for them to develop their quality. Enzo Maresca will face various challenges in his first season because there is a lot of work to be done, the squad left by Pochettino needs to be polished again to show its quality. Management must be patient with the situation that is happening to their team and provide support to the coach to rebuild the squad which has experienced a decline in performance in the last few seasons.

All of the men that has worked with Guardiola always turnout well, Arteta was able to defend Arsenal and build a strong foundation of players, Maresca is capable of doing to the same thing. He instructed Enzo Fernandez not to play Copa America and request him to come together with some other clubs, I don't know what his plan was but he got some big surprises in the bag. I'm more interested in their friendly match with Real Madrid and Manchester City before the beginning of round 1 matches for the season.

I wouldn't doubt if Arsenal will be able to win the premier League next season because in as much as most people feel that they did not play well but truly they actually tried their best but still let's not conclude that Arsenal will be the right candidate for the premier League next season because in as much they have a good performance their are also club that has more to offer such as Manchester City, so for now I think Manchester City will be their serious rival considering the fact that their players are now intact, Kelvin de Bruyne and the rest are very ready for the next season, so their is no way we are going to be sure on the right candidate now because considering the speed Tottenham Hotspur had on this season when they were unbeaten you would almost believe that the premier League belongs to them but look how everything change, so perhaps previous performances has proven that sometimes the club we feel that will performance well could become a struggling team when the time will come.
Every team tries their best every season to do well. A team has not won the championship in a season and the team has not been in a good position in the points table, but the position they have been in is the highest achievement for them. In the last two seasons we have seen Arsenal compete hard with Manchester City but despite competing with Manchester City they have fallen far behind in the last few matches.

As Arsenal competed with Manchester City last season, they competed harder in the last season but the difference is that Arsenal lost points in some matches in the middle of the season whereas Manchester City did not lose points and we saw that point gap till the last match of the season. As they have improved enough in the last two seasons, I expect them to continue as favorites to win the Premier League next season.

The biggest problem of Arsenal is that they are not consistent throughout the whole season. Actually more importantly they are not consistent when it matters. They lose mass at crucial times. Meanwhile, the biggest opponent of them, Manchester City is actually performing in both Champions League competition and the English Premier League very well. Arsenal is also participating in the Champions League competition but let’s be honest, we do not expect much from Arsenal in the Champions League competition. And they are also not delivering anything unbelievable in the Champions League competition as well. All people want from Arsenal is to win the Premier League title. But since the last three seasons, they have been inconsistent at very crucial moments. Maybe this time it is going to be different. Arteta should be able to work out what is wrong with Arsenal and bring in consistent performance in the upcoming season. I agree that there is a very good chance for Arsenal to win the English Premier League title this season.

After all, Pochettino is basically no stranger to being a manager in a Premier League team, but in reality Pochettino still needs time to make Chelsea better. So, even though Enzo Maresca is also not new to the Premier League team but still, I believe adaptation will still be needed to improve the team's performance. Although indeed,  Enzo Maresca succeeded in making Leicester get good results and making Leicester a promoted team next season. But to make Chelsea better, I'm sure it's not as easy as Enzo Maresca succeeded at Leicester because after all, Chelsea always has a target to succeed quickly. Because with such great pressure, I am sure it will have a bad impact on the team.

I personally can't conclude how Enzo Maresca works for Chelsea but one thing to note is previously he was Pep Guardiola's assistant manager then handled Leicester City and as we know he succeeded in bringing Leicester City back to the Premier League that is one extraordinary achievement, now he has the opportunity to apply it with Chelsea and let's see what he can do with greater challenges and pressure, I'm sure Chelsea management took this decision carefully.

It is true that there are still several managers who are better and more experienced, but this time Chelsea wants something different because previously they failed with these great managers. As Pep former assistant manager, I think Enzo Maresca knows how to compete in the Premier League and it's interesting to wait.

Everyone applauded Pochettino towards the end of the season, so everyone expected Chelsea to keep him. It was a shock to everyone to see them sack Pochettino. Let’s just hope the new coach performs better.
Enzo Maresca will do a better job, everyone knows that because he's promising and have handled a team populated with young talents that are yet to expose. The new coach will always know the sectors to exert full concentration because Chelsea team is in shackles handled by young players that most of them are yet to enter their peak stage. Mauricio Pochettino relieved from his managerial duties was rather consider to be drastical decision for the club. This have been one of the disturbing performing stats for the club but they will do better next season.
I will give you that Maresca has promise. The guy, though, has just been here for a minute. Before we start naming him the next Pep, let us see what he can truly do. I understand the excitement. Energy from a fresh guy. But keep in mind that Chelsea has had a good number of manager merry-go-rounds. Puccini? Notoriety, but let down. If Maresca has the skills to truly make this team a contender, lets find out.

Talk is cheap. Let us wait for the findings before arranging the procession route.

Chelsea's recruitments have all been awful. I realize Chelsea is trying a new business model by nurturing young players, but there are only a few veterans on the club. It makes the team incredibly lopsided; these young players will be loaned to other clubs, but I'm skeptical of their results.
There is no guarantee that sending those young players on loan will aid them much in developing their own performances. I recall noticing that Chelsea's young players were rarely given consistent playing opportunities at their loaned club.

A striker like Datro Fofana has been a victim of Chelsea's experiment.

If Nketiah leaves Arsenal and gets the opportunity to buy Alexander Isak, I am very sure Arsenal will be more stronger if they get the isak because I am hearing rumours about the Isak that Arsenal are interested in him and if artete get him now they will improve and even try and win the league title, because every season Arsenal try and challenge many clubs in the league and try to win the premier league, but Manchester City is their weakness they can't defeat Manchester City and win the league.
Alexandra Isak is better than Nketiah and if signed by Arsenal, he will do better than he was doing in his current team Newcastle United; but there will be a problem; if Arsenal wasn’t able to let Gebriel Jesus go, Isak will be a second choice striker which will have more playing time if Jesus is injured, and another playing time problem is the presence of Kai Havertz; Arteta likes Havertz and will keep playing in the striking position, but if he chose to a striker the team might be better and might have won some matches they failed to win in the last season.

Quote
two season now arsenal will perform well, However, as the season progresses, they will begin to perform poorly, allowing Manchester City to overtake them. When Manchester City is at the top of the league, it is extremely tough for other teams to pull them down. Arsenal or Liverpool should strive to pull Manchester City down next season because they are the only two teams I believe can challenge Man City in the league next season because Manchester United and Chelsea are not yet as excellent as Liverpool and Chelsea. Let's see how the next season goes; I'm hopeful Arsenal gets an opportunity and wins the title.
Arsenal performance last season and a season before last season was very impressive, they are improving their performance every season since Arteta take over the team. Although there is no any trophy recorded since Artet joined the team, but there is a hope of winning a trophy in the coming season especially if they signed the strikers they are making inquiries for especially Osimnand Isak.

Arsenal is obviously will find new striker because Arteta feels very disappointed with the performance of the current Arsenal strikers so that's why this summer they were linked to several potential striker although some news are still rumours but i believe next season Arsenal will have at least 1 new striker however before bought new player Arsenal have a plan to sell some players and Eddie Nketiah could potentially be sold by Arsenal this summer

I think if Arsenal is really to considering want to sell Eddie Nketiah they have made the right move because since promote from junior team to Arsenal main team on season 2017/2018 Eddie Nketiah was never showing good progress even his status is not more than substutitions player and this season too Eddie Nketiah has lost to compete with Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus on Arsenal starting lineup and actually Crystal Palace has showing their interest to him but there is a problem with this transfer because Arsenal don't want to sell him to cheap price and recently Arsenal has been publish Eddie Nketiah price tag and they want approximately 60 million for transfer fee

Thanks to Pep Guardiola, Manchester City can get a strong performance foundation so that they become a team that is really difficult to beat. Pep Guardiola's success has made Manchester City lucky because they have found a coach who is suitable for them so they can win consecutive titles and of course that is a very good achievement. I don't think Manchester City will experience a decline in performance if Pep Guardiola is still with him, of course with Pep Guardiola's guidance.

Pep Guardiola has made a big contribution to Manchester City, because Manchester City, which is coached by Pep Guardiola, has made them lucky because the guidance and direction he gave them succeeded in making Manchester City a strong team. But you need to remember, no coach will stay forever, so when Manchester City is left by him, I don't know if Manchester City will find a suitable coach again so that they can still remain consistent or they will experience a decline in performance.
Pep Guardiola is smart manager and difference with the other although some manager supported with much money but get failure when signing players have most expensive market values.
Pep Guardiola success build strong foundation for Manchester City by signing top talent players and not difference significant of their qualities between regular and substitutes players.

Last two season, Pep Guardiola losing his key player Ikay Gundogan after joining with Barcelona but he has another players could replace well on holding midfielder and make Manchester City keep dominance for winning Premier League trophies. I think next season Manchester City keep the favorite team become the winner regarding how consistency performance until the last game weeks.

Manchester City is currently the most dominant club in the English league, even they have set a new record as a team that has managed to get 4 trophies in a row in the English league so far, I personally agree with you a little, but maybe the view we have is a little different in looking at the revival that has occurred in Manchester City so far,  Before Guardiola came, actually Manchester City had been able to become a contender for the Premier League title because indeed since the takeover by Syech Mansour, of course Manchester City have strong finances in building a team until today, the financial ability owned by Manchester City today is certainly the main factor of Manchester City success.

Indeed, the role of Guardiola also cannot be separated from the success of Manchester City at the moment, but I think financial strength is actually the main factor for Manchester City to dominate the Premier League, when the coach gets full support from the management of course it is not difficult for him to make the team quite great and I think Guardiola got all that at Manchester City, reportedly, currently Guardiola only has one more season left to coach Manchester City and there is no sign if a new contract will be signed soon, so it is likely that Guardiola will leave Manchester City after his contract expires later, I personally hope that Guardiola in the future can handle a team that has not as good finances as Manchester City, so that we can see how much he is capable of coaching a team without support strong financial.
