Arteta is still a young coach but he has good knowledge so far, especially after working with Guardiola he got even more experienced and he will be a better coach for Arsenal even in the next season when he gets more experienced. Arsenal was very close to beating Manchester City and winning the Premier League title during this season and that's something they couldn't get in the last season.
That's why I think Arsenal will even have a better performance considering what we saw from Arteta and his team in the past.
Actually Arsenal really deserved to be champions but they were really unlucky last season. But I think luck is also a skill. Arsenal is quite consistent in the 2023-2024 season and they are only 2 points behind City. They must be able to really dominate next season if they want to become champions. Arteta is a good coach and I don't see Arsenal lacking a squad in any area. They scored many goals and conceded few and have the same goal difference as City. I hope they can maintain their performance like the previous season and hopefully they can play consistently in every match to win.
Arsenal is expected to continue its strong performance in the following season, although they did not deserve to be champions because of their terrible mentality versus Manchester City. Arteta needs to tell his club how to not carelessly missed key points at the end of the season, and the worst part is that it has happened twice in a row.
It's also dull to read about how Arsenal was constantly dominating the competition but lost at the end, and did you think Arsenal wasn't dominating the competition last season?
The winning mindset has emerged as the major factor in this case, as has the fact that Arteta is looking for new strikers for Arsenal. It demonstrates that he is also aware of Arsenal's lack of talented strikers in the squad. Arsenal have pretty damn good stats since they concede less than City.
And, even if Arsenal now leads the competition, I believe City will win it again. In the end, Guardiola remains the fundamental difference between Arsenal and Manchester City.
