Newcastle management is aware of that and if we look at them they have built this team quite well without wasting money even though they are a rich club.
I think so far Newcastle have done the right thing with their recruitment and the fierce competition in the Premier League doesn't make it easy for the Newcastle team and everything needs a process and Newcastle needs to go through this process slowly without having to waste money in buying players, wasteful doesn't mean no buy players and for next season I am still confident that Newcastle will develop even more.

Arsenal only needs to repeat what they did last season to have a better next season, because Arsenal only needs to make their level of consistency greater and greater next season by not experiencing more defeats if they still want to become champions in the Premier League. The Arsenal squad was a squad that was not bad last season and Arsenal can rebuild it well in order to have a brighter next season. I still believe that Arsenal can do a lot more next season if last season's squad doesn't go to another team.

For two seasons now this is the only season I have seen arsenal this consistent because their last season was not up to this season if not they would have won the premier League last season but this season they decided to improve more but Manchester City did not give them the opportunity, but however with their squad now they will also become a threat to Manchester City next season but if next season will be like this season Arsenal may likely win because if you careful check the performance of Manchester City you will see that they get to a certain point on the premier League and began to lose form and at that period they hardly remained consistent on wining and their points began to drop, so if perhaps that occurred again their is every chance for Arsenal to utilize the opportunity very well that before they would realized themselves Arsenal had already gone far, however similar to the case of Bayern Leverkusen and Bayern Munich because while Bayern Munich was on their bad state Bayern Leverkusen was busy accumulating points, so that's the only easiest way for Arsenal to win the trophy because if is to be on normal performance next season Manchester City will actually be a serious threat them.

Arteta has brought a lot of changes to the current Arsenal squad he is after  taking responsibility from unai Emery, currently Arsenal performance has improved considerably compared to before so indeed we should appreciate what Arteta has done at this time, Arteta who is a former Everton and Arsenal player of course has a lot of experience in playing so indeed he passes on a lot of his knowledge to the players,  In addition, with his experience working with Guardiola as an assistant coach, of course he has been very qualified in implementing every game strategy that can even trouble a big team so far.

Just like Chelsea for example, they spent a lot of money to bring in lots of players, but that didn't make their performance better. Well, don't let Newcastle feel this kind of thing, before they determine the players they will target, they have to make sure that they are players they really need.

No doubt arsenal over performed last season to the extent of leaving their fans without doubt that they are going to lift the trophy last season but at the end they failed to accomplish the mission, this has always been a reoccurrence in arsenal team although i wouldn't say that arteta has not been up and doing, personally am not an arsenal fan, but i want to see arsenal lifting that trophy soon because the have really tried to that effect but it seems so difficult for them to achieve, i think what arsenal need is consistency, there is something i noticed about Manchester city, Manchester city energizes themselves to make sure that all the smaller teams they encounter in any season are smashed except few that seem to be uncracked, in doing this, they win with more goals and bag the points, after that, they struggle with bigger teama to either get a draw or win depending on whom the match favoured, also during the last stage of the league, Manchester City form a formidable force that always win without losing, i tnink arsenal should device a strategy on how to bag that trophy because it is time over due for them to do the needful.

Yes Newcastle have great support from their owners and of course we know how the Saudi investors are, Newcastle is under the auspices of big companies who could spend money to develop the team and create new history for them.
But basically Newcastle never achieved truly lasting glory period or was able to write new history as very strong team in the Premier League, they even found it difficult to bring in great players.
Reason why this happens is not because of the money but because Newcastle doesn't have winning mentality and it can take time to achieve all that, great players might just spend time without winning title.
In contrast to big teams which usually dominate the competition, they will get players easily and of course the players themselves have the desire to join this big team.

So far Eddie Howe has also worked well and he has shown how serious he is in building team and bringing Newcastle to the maximum performance in every competition he has participated in.
Eddie Howe also showed an improvement in Newcastle performance even though it was only in one season, but by the way there is news that Newcastle has decided to replace Eddie Howe but who knows whether this will actually happen or not.

I think, Newcastle united managements are very ready to prepare their team against next season by signing in some potential players that will give them what they want, because they are ready to approve some funds for their manager to carry out the operation. If you flash back to what happened in this season, you will know that Newcastle united manager is doing a great job, and if the managements can still give him another chance to manage the team next season, I think they will come up in second position in the premier league table next season. Newcastle united managements are acting like Real Midred managements, because they always ready to use any amount of funds to sign in potential players or manager to make the team stronger which is what Newcastle united managements is doing in this summer season.

Arteta experience and knowledge will really help Arsenal achieve success in the future. Arsenal must believe in his abilities and give Arteta full authority to bring in the players they need. In the last two years Arsenal has experienced rapid improvement, Arteta managed to make Arsenal give competition to Manchester City in the race for the EPL title.
Arsenal almost won the EPL title if they didn't make mistakes in several matches, next season they have to be more focused and concentrated to get maximum results. Arteta must direct his players not to leave gaps in the defensive area and increase their sharpness in the attacking sector, every goal they score will bring them a quicker victory and make it easier in the title race.

Mikel Arteta has learned a lot from Pep Guardiola since he was an assistant coach and worked at Manchester City, so his experience of coaching a Premier League club was gained because he worked at Manchester City and was close to this great coach and accidentally the coach's knowledge was passed on to his assistant so that currently they are competitors with fellow coaches and clubs in the title race but Mikel Arteta still cannot beat Pep Guardiola's abilities even though he is very close to the Premier League title. In fact in the last 2 seasons Arsenal has always failing to reach the end, it is proves that Arsenal is not as consistent compared to Manchester City.

Though Newcastle is owned by PIF, they can't free spend any amounts to buy the new players, and I remind you that there are PSR and FSR rules that put limitations on how much money can be spent by Newcastle to buy the new players. I think it doesn't really matter how much money is owned by Newacstle. 
They must always comply with the PSR and FSR rules implemented in the Premier League. In the end, Newcastle's spending cap must follow PSR and FSR rules. 

Yes I agree with you friend, maybe some people ignore who owns Newcastle because maybe Newcastle is rarely discussed and most people are more focused on discussing big clubs that are in the top 3 positions in the points table and in my opinion maybe many professional players have rejected offers from Newcastle because this club has not been able to give confidence to star players to be able to provide brilliant careers.
What the Newcastle owner needs to do now seems to be just looking for a way to bring in star players or professional players to provide a little improvement and get a top 3 position so that when they are given an offer, other reliable players will not hesitate to join Newcastle.

This is the same as building from scratch and the current owner of Newcastle is very rich and has a lot of money but doesn't want to spend money in vain and will implement the strategy slowly to achieve great success in the future.

Actually Arsenal really deserved to be champions but they were really unlucky last season. But I think luck is also a skill. Arteta is a good coach and I don't see Arsenal lacking a squad in any area. They scored many goals and conceded few and have the same goal difference as City. Maybe you forgot who owns Newcastle, even though Newcastle doesn't participate in all European competitions they still have enough money to bring in great players, it's just that most of these players refuse to join. The owner of Newcastle is the same as the owner of the big clubs in the Saudi Pro League which is managed by the Saudi government so there is no reason to talk about money because we know they have sufficient funds to bring in anyone.

Eddie Howe as a Newcastle manager to me didn’t actually did bad that will warrant him to be changed. Yes all of us agree that with the new owners that Newcastle have they need to spend and sign more players to come play but that’s not how everything works out. Newcastle still has restrictions place on than them before they can be able to buy players they need to generate some substantial revenue before they can sign players as they want, there participation in the champions league gave them a little more revenue and that’s why they spend in the last summer. This current summer with them out of all European competitions they will find it difficult to get all the players they need, to some surprise they still need to sell off at least one big star to even reduce the spending on wages.

That's true, even in the last two seasons only Arsenal were the closest to City, where Arteta fleet next season might be able to break City dominance. Arteta must polish his squad to be better, they must try to withstand the pressure towards the end of the season, and Arteta must instill a winning mentality in his troops.

Arteta must recruit a quality striker to be able to perform consistently throughout the season, indeed City has so far not shown the slightest sign of decline. Apart from that, Arsenal must try not to lose when facing mediocre clubs like Wesh Ham and Aston Villa, where their performance last season was impressive when they were able to beat Pep Guardiola fleet.

By taking advantage of the transfer window, Arteta can improve his team weaknesses last season. It's time for Arsenal to get serious about ending their Premier League title drought. Arteta has got a very good squad and all he needs is that extra good force to be able to get him a step ahead, currently, it appears like Manchester city is the only team that should be the challenge he has got in the premier league, because almost every other team isn't really appearing like a problem to him as I believe that getting ahead of Manchester city will mean that he will be able to have an almost unstoppable opportunity at winning the league trophy after several years of trying. It's been more than three seasons a d Arsenal is yet to lift a single trophy, but they have got the right coach to help them break the barrier, they just need the resilience to keep up with it.

I know that City isn't getting weak or even appearing like they will in the coming season but the advantage Arsenal can get over them in the coming season will be with priority and timing. If Arsenal chooses to prioritize the premier league while still putting their best in the champions league, they are going to study the premier league week to the point of knowing vital games that needs to be won at at what time it should be won so that get to have that advantage and edge to keep tham ahead of others such that even if situations arises, they will still be ahead because they have capitalized on their edge long Enough so if it happens just like last season where city and Arsenal were in a very close range battle, they will have nothing to fear.
