Pep Guardiola must be able to make transfers and get some new players in the transfer market this time in order to be better in the second half of this season. Because it must be admitted that Manchester City's performance this season has been a bit behind and even worse when compared to last season so Pep Guardiola still has to make more maximum changes at Manchester City in order to achieve a much better position than now even though being in the top four zone seems a bit difficult for them this season.

Under coach Maresca they have amazing season and their 15 matches undefeated winning streak ended by Fulham on Boxing Day surely setback for them and their chances for title race as well even still they are having good chance of keeping themselves in top ranks, but these five points are surely going to have problem for their title chances because now deficit of points is 10 points and with the current performance level of Liverpool it's not easy to cut this.

Chelsea is still had strong case of staying into top four because if we have this certainly it's going to be one of the best for them in last few years while they were badly suffering due to poor results and staying out of top ranks if we have won for them against Ipswich this could be also given good confidence to them and their difference of points from Citizens will also increase.

In terms of ranking, West Ham is probably better than Leicester City. But a few weeks ago Leicester City managed to beat West Ham with a score of 3-1. So I think if Manchester City remains in the same performance as against Leicester City then it is very likely that Manchester City will win and collect full points again. I will bet on Manchester City when they start winning  most of their matches and when Haaland is back to his goal scoring ways. You are wrong; even though this win Manchester City had against Leicester City doesn't help them to enter the top four of the Premier League table, it will help to boost their confidence to play as a team because Manchester City has gone 13 matches in all competitions with only one win. Manchester City will possibly bounce back fully when Pep Guardiola signs some players in the January transfer window, which will help him to start winning matches in the league.

I don't know, but I personally also felt that this victory felt quite special. Maybe because this positive result could be a sign that this team could start to bounce back. This victory does not prove anything indeed but this is an important victory for Manchester City after a series of bad results they received apart from Leicester is not a tough lawn but what Manchester City has shown now can at least slightly improve its position in the Premier League standings, that's what's important.
I watched this match and overall I saw that Manchester City's performance has not improved and in this January break Pep must be able to make big changes for Manchester City otherwise I think after that they will experience the same problem again.

In the closing match of this year I was very impressed with Liverpool's performance, they are really very strong and consistent, if no other Premier League team puts pressure on them in the second half of the season then it is likely that Liverpool will be able to win the title easily.

I didn't watch this match, but according to the statistics I see that the match was not City's advantage, it was an equal game in attack, and it's good that City managed to play well in defense in this match. Although many write that it was a difficult victory for City, I'm glad that they finally won, even against such a weak team, but now they really need these 3 points. I must say this is a most important win for Manchester City against Leicester City yesterday because it will help to improve their confidence to play as a team. For Manchester United vs. Newcastle, I see that no one is talking about it maybe fans have lost faith in Manchester United after so many disappointments. Today’s match looks balanced in terms of strength, but Newcastle has a slight advantage and more motivation to win, as they are currently fifth in the league. Plus, I read that Bruno Fernandes, their captain, will miss the game due to a suspension, which puts Manchester United in an even worse position. Personally, I think Newcastle will win.

After the bad results they got in a row of course we hope they can bounce back, although I'm not manchester city fans, but I see them as a team that is able to provide tight competition in the premier league so far despite all the controversies that occur.

The win over Leicester should be a turning point for them, not only to boost the spirit of the players, but also to give them the much needed confidence to face the challenges this season, although manchester city won in the match, but I see them still unable to show a good performance and even leicester city attackers are too easy to penetrate their defence.

For me that wining should only be a celebration of improvement on the table and not for libration from there bad performance because I don't no if you have seen the position of Leicester City, a relegation team shouldn't be a source of breaking free of a club like Manchester City after wining them because it means nothing in that regard, and I can see that all the fans are looking for any wining undermining the the club to justify there coming back to form, though it will definitely come but not like this, however all the fans should be ready for this there few matches they will play from January to February and if they win 80% then our Manchester City is back.

No one knows if City is getting better or it's just natural that after some poor results, a win must come. It's in their next match that one can conclude if they're coming back to their normal performance or not.

At least, City will console themselves with this victory and see how they can do better in their next match in order to start building people's confidence in them, because so many people are losing hope in them.

Is that how bad Manchester City is? I it's obvious they are having a very tough time winning matches but doubting Pep side against a buttom team like Leicester City is very underrating. Leicester City is never a serious team this season and I never expected anything good from them despite that Manchester City is struggling. That yesterday win was very necessary for City to build trust in their fans and most importantly themselves too. I just hope that was the beginning of the bounce back we were all expecting.


Liverpool see every team now as playmate in Premier league. Imagine beating West ham five goals to nil away from their home. I really don't see any obstacle now to prevent them achieving what they are dreaming this season if they can maintain this brilliant performance till the end of the season. It seems no one is paying attention to Nottingham Forest that is silently climbing up the ladder to top spot on the EPL table. The are less being talk about but they are becoming a strong team dragging position with the suppose big clubs.

The season is too young to say this, although we all know Manchester City is really facing some difficult moments now, but it also boils down to Liverpool being very consistent with their shine and form going forward, Nottingham Forest is on fire too, sitting second on the table, although I'll say temporarily. But the boys are waxing strong. The season is filled with lots of wonders and it would be nothing short of entertaining. Chelsea has started drawing back with performance regrettably and I hope they pull out something good today against Ipswitch.

There's still equal chance for all teams on top 5 now to carry the league if Liverpool entertains inconsistency of any kind. 19 games gone isn't the perfect time to choose a favorite it champion since anything can happen.
