everything you can buy if you have money but he has is plenty and wont hesitate to spend bringing good coach if needs
we are at the modern football and anything can be happen here and the rich teams can buy players or coaches whatever they want or whatever they need i remember few years ago Man City still a weak team but since Sheikh Mansour taken over the club Man City already changed be a very strong team in the EPL
i heard rumor guardiola will be manchester city next year, i dont know this news true or not
if Manuel Pellegrini have failed this season i'm pretty sure we will see Man City will have a new manager next season

yes i know and that is my point money can buy anything this days
in modern football paying more then 100M per some good player i must say that is to much

The market prices, transfer fees and the players income is just insane. I mean look what wage the top PL players have.

Top earners ( estimated weekly income before tax)
Wayne Rooney - A$565,000 (£260k)

Sergio Aguero - A$521,000 (£240k)

Yaya Toure - A$521,000 (£240k)

Eden Hazard - A$478,000, (£220k)

David Silva - A$434,000 (£200k)

Mesut Özil - A$412,000 (£190k)

Raheem Sterling - A$391,000 (£180k)

Cesc Fabregas - A$369,000 (£170k)

Kevin de Bruyne - A$369,000 (£170k)

John Terry - A$347,000 (£160k)

There has to be a limit otherwise this won't much more to do with sports in near future. Maybe some US model might help here.
What do you think about kind of salary cap?

I would back a potential salary cap being implemented. Chelsea & Man City are ruining football. They were nothing before their crook owners came & bought them.

what you said is correct if a good coach is their he can turn any team as a best team, he has to play a good strategy and keep the correct players at the correct time and make the team win matches. because paying high to any players dont make that team a winning team, for that a good coach is need who makes that player play at correct time.

Why should there be any limit? Im personally happy to see some people earn alot and if a club could afford to pay the salary then there is no need to interfere the system

Simeone suits Chelsea well, he wins trophies but other traits match what Chelsea look for - his teams cheating, fouling, negative tactics & surrounding the referee match what Mourinho's teams have always done.

Why Chelsea is at one of the last place in the camphionship? What's happen? Chelsea has one of the best team manager of the world (Mourinho) and a great team. I don't follow the Premier League, so, what's happen?

I also don't understand what happened to Chelsea in one season. Less than one year ago, they were the Champions. Now Chelsea keeps losing. Something must have gone wrong in the dressing room for the players to lose their form.

yes I was also surprised with performance Chelsea, they are dropped this season. maybe they lost a few players or indeed there may be an internal problem in the team chelsea

I saw Roman Abramovich such doubt to sack Mourinho, so it is always given a chance for a few games, whereas the result is always bad. different with brendan rodger that always reap bad results but he was immediately replaced by Klopp
I dont think so mourinho will get sack... maybe that is just a rumor because chelsea target is champion league

He will be given a few more games. His reputation is good, so his credibillity is still a value for the club.

Roman Abramovich will think twice if sack mourinho this time, the first mourinho will never again deal with Chelsea and secondly they have yet to find a suitable replacement.
if mourinho got sacked chelsea won't be trouble find a replacement because
Abramovich could buy the new great manager around the world with his money Wink Wink Wink

If Chelsea sack Mourinho they should only do it if they can bring in Ancelotti now or be absolutely certain that Guardiola or Simeone will join them in the summer.

Mourinho is one of the best managers in the world, they'd be stupid to bring in somebody without the credentials.

'It's true that the manager has to be able to motivate players but the manager cannot motivate a player if the player is not self-motivated. It's impossible. They have lost something and it's difficult to change like a switch. You have to work slowly to change.

'But Mourinho is one of the best managers in the world, no doubt. I look at his body language and he's OK. He is not so worried. He has confidence. During the Dynamo Kiev game the supporters were singing his name. He'll sort it out.'

There are stories in the British press that Brendan Rodgers might take over at Chelsea as an interim (temporary) manager at Chelsea if Mourinho is sacked.

Guardiola or Simeone would presumably get the job full time in the summer.

I'm sorry but that'd be some funny shit, Chelsea fans are having a bad time as it is, imagine losing Mourinho & getting Rodgers. It'll send them over the edge.

Cheesy

as chelsea fans i prefer frank lampard take over at Chelsea as an interim manager than brendan rodgers  Tongue
i don't like guardiola, but diego simeone would be excellent choice for chelsea if mourinho really get sacked then.
i support club not manager so big thanks to mourinho during this age, hardly to say mourinho deserve to sacked or resign would be better.

For roman to get good manager is not difficult, who not want to be chelsea manager.

Really? So funny because brendan rodger is not the best manager, he just lucky when liverpool finished as a runner up premier league 2 year ago.
