Manchester City will face Leicester city today in an important game for both teams, the difference between the is 4 points leading by Leicester, and the Citizens will fight to win this game and assure to Reduces the difference between them, well I will bet for Manchester City to win this game for sure.

A draw would be good for Liverpool.

I expect Leicester will be the one who sits on the line and wait for the opportunity to counter City. They might be able to score 1 or 2 depending on how the chances come. If I were you, I won't bet on this match as the outcome is difficult to predict.

7 games will be played today

Everton vs Arsenal
This gonna be first tough opponent under arteta and play it away.
Surprise us arteta! People included me are underestimating you now but things could changed.
I won't be surprised if they lost by 1-0 or 2-1 , but a win at arteta first game would gain extreme confidence for both the manager and players at once.

Another one that would really worth to watch and put some money in ...
Manchester city vs Leicester city

1X2 and both teams to score, I wish a win for Leicester city and both teams to score, I'll wait for the higher odds later Grin.
Arteta's presence will really make the match Everton v Arsenal to be very much awaited. I myself am very curious whether Arsenal will play like Manchester City? Will New Guardiola be born?
It looks like betting to score better in a Manchester CIty VS Leiscester City match. I'm sure in this match there will be more than 2 goals

I think it will be an interesting match between Aston Villa and Southampton today as both of these teams are in the relegation zone area, Aston Villa have gain most of their points on the table this season when they are playing at their home stadium. so I believe there is a high chance for Aston Villa to claim the vital 3 points from Southampton in the match today.

I wouldn't surprised if then arsenal hire and sack managers twice a year Grin
If Arteta doesn't succeed, the issue will certainly be something within the club [not its manager]...

Will Arteta directly coach AFC when play againts Everton this weekend match?
As they are doing all works look like Arteta is going to standing as Manager against Everton.
No, he'll start taking charge on Sunday.

But I doubt if he can handle the pressure that comes with handling a club like Arsenal, especially in the situation they're in at the moment.
Based on his recent interviews as an Arsenal head coach, I'm quite optimistic...

To my eyes, there is not any difference between Ljungberg and Arteta.
I strongly believe it's the other way around.
  • Arteta will be ruthless [on his first interview, he mentioned "no negotiable"]...

-snip-.

I kinda get the feeling that they'll draw though or City win. Pep must force his player to work hard and void another defeat or they could lose the title for sure.

Even though the result is draw that's good for Leicester, indeed they are currently in second rank but Man City are not a weak team even their performance are often beyond expectations.

Agree with you, Pep will make his players play at full strength so that the point difference with Leicester and LFC does not get further away.

If you see a better league position, Leicester CIty wins this match to put more pressure on Liverpool, although to achieve this is very difficult because their opponents are Manchester City and the champions last season

City is not as good as last season. If Leicester can play like United did, which is depending on the counter-attack and using a quick player to get behind the defensive line, they could win.

It's almost comparable to Leicester and Manchester City, of course this game will be tighter, but I believe that the Leicester attack will be more deadly, I want to see this match as soon as possible because both sides will defend their victory.
It will play at Etihad certainly Manchester City will not disappoint its fans.
You prefer who to win? For me a draw is the best for both clubs. However, this is very beneficial for Liverpool and makes competition in the English league less stringent. Another bad decision from Arsenal board as they hired Arteta.
To my eyes, there is not any difference between Ljungberg and Arteta. Arteta is also inexperienced and he hasn't showed any positive results in his managerial career so far.

Arteta to Arsenal almost done deal https://twitter.com/david_ornstein/status/1207635490704437248

Well, Arsenal's future looks very bleak. The board have completely lost it, there's no way there isn't a single manager out there looking for a job that has some experience being a head coach. Arteta will most likely be Ljungberg 2.0 but with a bit more tactical knowledge thanks to Pep teaching him a thing or two.

I guess we're going back to the era before Wenger then? i don't really know what happened before him, were Arsenal just another small london club? too lazy to look it up right now  Roll Eyes

Arsenal have been a mess all season, that guy Pepe was supposed to be the next big thing but looks like a bit of a flop. They can’t get any worse can they so good luck to Arteta, it weakens City too so bonus points there Wink

All attention seems to be on the Arteta to Arsenal deal, and I feel the pressure may be too much for him. I do not doubt his technical abilities, even though he has not handled any previous club. But I doubt if he can handle the pressure that comes with handling a club like Arsenal, especially in the situation they're in at the moment.
It's a big gamble for both parties, but if he's giving enough financial support from the board and enough time, he could show his quality.

Edit: CONFIRMED. Just saw that the Arteta already signed a three and a half year deal.

Without a change of coach the AFC should have been able to win the match because Everton did not show a good performance so far, but it all depends on the strategy of the new AFC coach, new coach new strategy and new atmosphere.

It is natural there is a doubt with the coach which we know he not yet has experience coaching
This is what everyone is talking about, has Arteta got enough experience to save Arsenal from total collapse, we all know he is still in his learning stages under pep Guardiola, and throwing him into a big job such as this can either have a good effect or it could backfire, for the sake of Arsenal fans I just wish the former is the case.

A more established manager could also come into the club and flop, that's why I do not totally criticize Arsenals intentions/decision. When pep came to Barcelona, he wasn't established, but he did excellently well and is now one of the greatest coaches in Barca's history, now Solskjaer and Lampard are also doing good jobs in both united and Chelsea, so why not Arteta if he eventually becomes Arsenal manager
this unrealistic decision is a gambling for arsenal in my opinion.

you can not compare the situation that faced by arsenal who appointed arteta that not established yet now with other conditions that faced by pep guardiola in barcelona or lampard at chelsea honestly .
that is totally different.

arsenal demanded to rise from the long long hardship , to get out of the zone whhere they are lack of achievements and suddenly appointed a manager like arteta. a lot of questions deserve to be asked.

In this match Manchester City is going to take all points as they are much better side then Leicester City at home but for next few weeks this second position could be far away from Manchester City as Leicester City is going to keep this until any collapse.
Leicester this season is very strong. Honestly I did not expect it. They have a good attack line and have a good defense too. You might be able to see how their goal difference is. Indeed, the quality of the Manchester City team is inhabited by world-class players. But the organization of the game this season Leicester is better than them. I think the match will run tight

^  That's cos Leicester has been doing good business on the last couple or so transfer windows.

I wonder what happened to their former chief scout, Steve Walsh.  That guy was mostly responsible for building the EPL winning squad of 2016 for Leicester.  He became Everton's director of football but he was relieved from his post.  He wasn't heard of since...

I agree on the final for EFL is going to be City blue versus Foxes.

Why?

City have too much power in their second squad, Manchester United does not. Leicester will play first squad in all the games no matter what because they are fit and can do all of it.

Anyway, Spurs must fight hard this week,,, I hope Mourinho reminds United of what they lost and what we gained!
