It is natural there is a doubt with the coach which we know he not yet has experience coaching, and this could also be in the minds of some arsenal fans.
Will Arteta directly coach AFC when play againts Everton this weekend match?

Arteta to Arsenal almost done deal https://twitter.com/david_ornstein/status/1207635490704437248

Well, Arsenal's future looks very bleak. The board have completely lost it, there's no way there isn't a single manager out there looking for a job that has some experience being a head coach. Arteta will most likely be Ljungberg 2.0 but with a bit more tactical knowledge thanks to Pep teaching him a thing or two.

I guess we're going back to the era before Wenger then? i don't really know what happened before him, were Arsenal just another small london club? too lazy to look it up right now  Roll Eyes
True.

Instead go for big names they choose arteta? I believe if the rumours didn't say arteta is on talk with arsenal, Ancelotti would be interested despite he will always blue  Tongue
I wouldn't surprised if then arsenal hire and sack managers twice a year Grin
Well actually I don't want to underestimate much about this arteta stuff , he could get a success at arsenal just the way Lampard had a good start with Chelsea.

Man City vs Leicester this weekend, I really don’t think Man City will slip up in this one. City are going to make Leicester look like the pretenders they are, the party is over for Leicester.
Odds are indeed bigger for Man City but Leicester is a good team that can manage to get out with a draw at least. Their last game vs Norwich wasn't good and could have an impact. Waiting for the game this Saturday  Smiley

I think that Manchester City is going to win this game.
If this happens it will be a huge Christmas gift for Liverpool as they are going to be more ahead in the league table (in case they win of course).
I think Leicester will wanna settle for a draw here,  perhaps we might see another drama that was pulled by Man Utd against Man city,  Leicester are pretty hot this season, I was amazed with their performance against Everton in Caraboa cup yesterday,  I wont be surprised if they win Man city,  City got injuries problem,  for a player like Fernandinho to be played as a central defender,  they only need a good striker to unlock city defense and, they've got VARDY!

Admittedly, Liverpool would pull farther ahead in the title race, but if I were in the LFC corner, I'll rather have Leicester breathing down my neck than give City a chance to come back into the title race. The season is still far and the more points their most obvious contenders drop the better for LFC. No disrespect to Leicester, they are having a brilliant season and could go on longer than most expect, I just don't see them truly challenging for the title.

This just in:

EFL Cup semi-finals:

source

Manchester derby!  Shocked

Manchester derby = perfect for LFC Wink
Two intense games for City, they will likely reach the final too so another game. Everything is working out for us this season.

Leicester in the semi finals too Cheesy

2020 could be the year Liverpool are English champions again but they lost a massive lead last year. I think the gap might be even bigger this year and the way Liverpool are playing they should be champions.

Last season Liverpool had an 8pt lead over second place Manchester City at Christmas. This time it is Leicester City in 2nd place but how many points will they be ahead of their nearest rivals after the Leicester City vs Liverpool EPL match on 26th December 2019?

Many say that Manchester City will win this week's match against Leicester but we must not conclude in advance because Leicester are now really tough and difficult to beat, so it might be possible to turn around to where Leicester will win
This match will be more exciting and I need to watch and bet too.
This match is going to be one of most interested match of this weekend and can go either way because Leciester City is doing one of best job for this season and Manchester City is still struggling lets see who is going to have honor for this week because if Manchester City lost then surely they are going to sport for second position.

I'm not really sure this match will go easily. Both teams have just played in the EFL and this will definitely drain their energy. Manchester City only rested part of their defense at that time. Similarly Leicester play until extra time.
In this match Manchester City is going to take all points as they are much better side then Leicester City at home but for next few weeks this second position could be far away from Manchester City as Leicester City is going to keep this until any collapse.

Manchester was able to win this match and different points from Leicester will be worked out by Man city. With this victory Manchester will continue to push them to second place in the EPL table from the statistics are also very different so Manchester will have a very important seed at a later time.

I don't think Leicester are pretenders this season, to be second on the table and four points above city(even if city wins they still stay second)is not so easy to accomplish when you look at how much they spend on players, and how much those beneath them spends on their own players.

City are slowing crawling back into form and if they win this game it'll give them more boost. Even if there are hopes of them(city)chasing Liverpool, they need to be the ones in second place and it's Leicester standing in their way.

they won't, but draw is possible.

manchester city with kevin de bruyne on fire and also gabriel jesus has found his best form after the hattrick he made, manchester city should not losing points anymore , but everybody know that if manchester city beat leicester and liverpool continue the winning , well the tittle race will become much more easier for liverpool as the gap getting far far away from both the second and third place.

this game will be a key to decide how high liverpool chance to win english premier league.
and i am pretty sure liverpool prioritized to win english premier league than any other competition , no more slip for liverpool.

of course in this match, Man City will revenge their defeat during the EPL match. but United also has big ambitions because this is one of Solskjaer's chances to win a title this season because it's impossible for United to win EPL title, so their chance now is to win the EFL, one of the championships they still have the chance to win.

Next week Manchester city will face Leicester will be stronger than both teams so it is not easy for Manchester City to beat Leicester, if you lose then Manchester will be left behind more points so this is an important victory for Manchester on home turf.
Manchester United will fight against Watford will be easier to move again to the top of the table.
From the last 6 matches of the two teams. Leicester City was only able to win once against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in the 2016 season where Leichester City was the EPL champion and after that Manchester City always won at home. and I think City will extend their win against Leicester

They need to find a way to counter United 'parking bus and counter' strategy first. Fixing their passing errors is a must for them to win it.
Actually they just need to find a way how Sterling can pass the defense of Wan Bissaka lol

Aston Villa had a glorious victory against the European champions, but Leicester will not underrate them, and this is the last step to the final, there would be no question of whether or not they'll take it seriously. It's their most realistic chance at a title at the moment.

Do you mean Liverpool B? They play kids against Villa, of course it's going to be a different game against Leicester.

EFL Cup semi-finals:
I predict a Manchester City vs Leicester City final. United defeated City once this season already, but watching the game, City were for me, the stronger team. And would be again in this tie.
