I'd say we should all leave the judgements until each team has to play 3 games every 7-8 days there you'll know how much more Man City will be effective. I think players rotation will be Man City greatest advantage yet again this season.
Anyone could argue that Sterling is currently Man City's best player this season but they are capable of playing effortlessly without him, the same thing goes for any City player. How do you think Liverpool would fair if they lose Van Dijk and Lovren to injury or having to play without Mane ?
The truth is that both team will definitely drop more points, but as it currently is I'd still bet on Man City to win the league, with all due respect to Liverpool.
Yup, this is still the initial phase of the league there are still many possibilities that occur, bad luck can happen to any team in the match.
like as I said before winning the league is about team consistency, to how they maximize their squad in each match, player injuries and fatigue in undergoing UCL and EPL are usually the determining factors for team success, so they must be diligent in rotating players.
ManC is indeed superior because it has a better squad depth than the LFC. but that does not mean LFC is not able to win this league with the squad they have now, ManC must remain vigilant.
