I would say both teams to score is the best out of the picks since both of the teams are capable of attacking defense and scoring. Plus on the other side with defense being weak for both it's a score-score opportunity for both Arsenal and Tottenham. It's just that if they are good enough to pick these opportunities or miss it. With both teams as played out so far in PL and coming after losing in the last PL round I am kinda certain that this match is gonna end with both side scoring.

Arsenal have been defensively very weak while on other hand Tottenham defense lineup is also is not in a good shape IMO since they have conceded atleast a goal in every match played till now since the start of the league. I think Arsenal have a upper hand here with their attacking line which is in a good shape so I also think it will be a good scoring match with both teams to score and Arsenal likely to win this.

Burnley have some stubborn chap in the forward position who can provide them atleast a goal, Ashley Barnes, He has score 4 goals in the last 3 games and doesn't seem likely to stop soon.
