Getting my Saturday's bets in early:

Bournemouth - West Brom BTTS

Huddersfield - Crystal Palace BTTS

Stoke - Everton BTTS

Liverpool - Watford 1x & BTTS

Straightforward goal bets today, nothing fancy. GL and happy St. Patrick's Day  Cool
BTTS seems become your way to have fun and get some luck , I won't blame you . I frequently do that , think that it would easier to win it as long as the away opponent strong enough in attacking, still it's always about luck in the end.  2 win 2 lost for your prediction , not bad but you still lose some isn't it? Mo salah become the first player to score 4 goals in a premier league game since Suarez back in 2013 , what a lucky guy ! Yeah all of the 28 goals this season smells like just a lucky  Grin .

a quattrick, an assist, Mo Salah today. The incredible game of Mohamed Salah, he destroyed Watford's single handedly. Back to victory lane, Liverpool continue to enliven the hunt for second position. Mohamed Salah is away in the top scorer battle, 28gol now on his debut with Liverpool, Fantastic.
Great Victory for Liverpool but they should really forget about even trying to take over the second position from Manchester United and i also do hope that with such a wonderful season that he is having, He really wins some trophies because the personal accolades doesn't amount to a lot though.

With the FA Cup being set with a solid performance by Tottenham Hot Spurs with a 3 - 0 lead they have this one taken with the help of Christain Eriksen filling in for an injuried Harry Kane for the rest of the month scoring two of those goals.
While he is off to the side lines there is talk he is going to might make a move to Manchester City during the off season:
https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/933035/Real-Madrid-news-Harry-Kane-HUGE-transfer-decision-Isco-Tottenham-Man-City-gossip-rumours

But who knows as this is just talk and nothing signed with a crossed t just yet. Lips sealed
Tottenham Hostspurs have become a breeding ground for Manchester City and if Hotspurs wants to be a Premier League great, they shouldn't be selling their best players to their opponents.

Five matches today, most of television will be tuning in to FA Cup where the good bets also are. Remember upsets are what that cup is all about so I won't mind betting small on draws there.

I thought there are 6 matches?? 4 in the league and 2 in the FA cup.

I agree that we could have upsets in the cup today but I didn't have the balls to take a bet on those games. I decided to go for Bournemouth win in the league combined with little Primera and tennis (Valencia win and Federer 3.5 handi).

The point difference between Chelsea and Liverpool is 4 points. There is still a chance for Chelsea to overtake Liverpool as long as they can maximize the points in the remaining eight games and hope the top teams, especially Liverpool, to stumble in their matches.

Tell you what, eight games is 24 points. Forget Chelsea alone, even Arsenal have a chance to turn their season around. Apart from City, who seem to have found a formula for consistency, every team in the top 6 or 7 have been struggling to maintain form, every one of them are stumblers. Even Liverpool who matched City in January for most points gained now find themselves in a rut of their own doing. Funny how one game changes everything!

Liverpool should make the gap 7 points temporarily, meaning Chelsea have that mountain to climb for 3rd place... Conte and co are battered but Willian will carry his team for the rest of the season.

Mourinho will almost certainly park the bus when they play Man City. It’s what he’s always done throughout his whole career. The cowardly approach has brought him success in the past, he won’t change.

I wonder why most people would think this.  Maybe even Mou knows this.  He'll do the reverse psychology thing and go all out.  Remember Chelsea vs United?  That was a brilliant game by Mou.

But I don't think he'll be able to out fox Pep.  And that City team is just too good.

And I don't think 'cowardly' is the right word.  Conservative?  Wink
Mourinho parked the bus in that game as well and he only went on the offensive when they were trailing behind. He will not go all out until Manchester United concedes a goal but even with his defensive, He will be using the counter attack in the game.

I mean the game last season when Herrera was assigned to keep pressing Hazard, not allowing him to touch the ball...  That was a master class by Mou imo.

Go watch that game again and know what I'm talking about.

And if you really think Mou will park the bus, wanna bet on that then?  10 bucks says United will be going all out.

Stoke City needs to leave the red zone as soon as possible and I think this is the right time to start the journey. Everton is not a tough team when playing away's game so the chance is widely open for Stoke City to get 3 points tonight.

after the Championsleague draw I think that United are favorite to win the game against City because it will be directly between their 2 games against Liverpool. Guardiola knows that the EPL title is not slipping from his hands and he will probably wants revenge from the loss he suffered against the reds in the league by knocking them out of the Championsleague also making the blues reach the semi finals for their first time so that's why they probably drop the league game as they are going to be playing 3 difficult matches in a week period and most likely he will rest some major players in between against United that will give them better opportunity to win.

There are also games against Everton and Tottenham, which seems to be much more suitable for this. Moreover, the derby is extremely important for fans and considering it as an opportunity to have a rest may lead to worsening relationships between them and Guardiola, so I think all the best players will be on a pitch in the game against MU.

P.S. City was in the semifinal in 2016  Smiley

If he instills this approach then he will lose the match.
Cause if he will start the attack after conceding that would be just foolish to do against a powerhouse team on a roll right now in scoring like Man.City is.

Swansea will be facing Tottenham in the FA Cup they are getting good results lately especially when it comes to playing at Liberty Stadium they won 7 games in row now but it's still just slight chance from them to win over Spurs. the visitors are in a fine form and they have been undefeated against Swensea since 1991. Pochettino made a good club despite staying trophy less . this tourny is their last chance to silverware and i think they will get easy three points despite losing kane but Swensea have a couple more players unavailable so better go for Spurs to get a victory in this clash my tip is Tottenham -1.AH.

But at this stage he and this Manchester United team has nothing to lose.
They all know Machester City has won the title of the Premier league already so why not go out with a bang and try to score some goals even if it means they can let some goals in during the process. Cheesy
It is worth a shot to see how their current team can handle a full on onslaught of the best team in the EPL and then make the required changes for next season since this one is done for them at the current standings. Undecided
Mourinho wants solid teams but I remember that in Liga in 2011/201, Real Madrid scored 121 goals with an average of over 3 goals per game.
United must absolutely try at least to get a draw against the City to not deliver the Premier League in the derby!

Try at least to get draw? They have no other choice, if they want to try then they should try to win, not just try to draw, it's mentally weak. Unlawful for Manchester United to only look for 1 point against a noisy neighbor, Manchester City. If Manchester United did it, it was a weak mental sign from Mourinho, and He should not be called a weak mentor manager.
If they are looking for a draw in this game then I wouldn't be surprised,
they have a lot of them in the past against aggressive teams and seem to be content with just those. Wink

after the sack of Mauricio Pellegrino Southampthon turned to Mark Hughes to take over. Hughes was sacked from Stoke city in january after a series of draws and losses. i hope he don't brings that form with him to the saints. he will supervise the first game in sunday as he will be playing against Wigan in the FA cup while his first League game will be in 31 mars against a fellow relegation candidate West Ham their situation is not so promissing qs they still have to face Manchester City , Chelsea and Arsenal in thir rest 8 rounds including 2 difficult visits to Leicester and Everton after 6 yearsin the EPL they are looking into a difficult fight for survival. i hope the quality players they have help them in saving the team.
