Manchester City regained their victory a few hours ago against Newcastle United and in that match, Aguero made a hat-trick so I think he deserves to get the Premier League top scorer this season. With the victory, then Manchester City reinforce that they will be the Premier League champions this season because if viewed from the distance points and the consistency of their game is impossible to be overtaken by other teams.

Even I was thinking so, but the game Man City played against Liverpool, with score 3-4, I would say consistent or even few bad games can ruin there EPL Championship this season. But yes they bounced back but Man United is shrinking the points gap, so Man. City need to hold on to there important games, I believe and hope they will but the game against Liverpool left me in a shock, they tried to come back but quite late.

Yes Man City have bounced back well to get the win against Newcastle which keeps them 12 points clear at the top. They would need a very bad run of poor form to lose the title from here which I can't see them doing. They just need to keep beating the lower ranked teams and when they come up against the teams like Man Utd, Chelsea and the likes, a draw would see them through. I can't see them dropping more then 4 games out of the 14 remaining so they are the champions in my opinion already.

All the top teams who had played last night won the game. I think the champions have already belonged to Manchester City because things like last night will continue to happen. Victory Chelsea, Liverpool, or Manchester United will not affect anything if Manchester City win. The way to withstand the pace of Manchester City points is to beat them. But the team that can beat manchester city is just the team that is at the top. That's just logic alone, everything can happen but the defeat of Manchester City from the bottom club seems to be dubious.

That is right, the only way Man City can lose the title now is if the top 5 teams can beat them in their upcoming matches. The next couple of rounds will be interesting as Man Utd play Tottenham away and then the week after Liverpool play Tootenham at home while Man City have 2 easy games against lower ranked teams. If Tottenham can beat Man Utd then I think for sure Man City will win the title as long as they beat West Brom. Chelsea also have 2 easy games which they should win which could see them equal on points with Man Utd. So it will be an interesting couple of weeks in the EPL.

Not only the top 5 teams but other middle team also can make Man City to not get 3 points but it's hard right now, Man City team has a mentality of the champion. Actually i hope man city get draw or lose on the next match to make premier league become more interesting.

Anyone see Everton vs WBA ? Poor james mccarthy, he suffers horror leg break by WBA player.

I don't watch the match but I saw the highlight  and that was a terrible leg break. I'm really scared seeing that horror tackle. He will miss the rest of the season. I dont want to see any tackle like that anymore. I hope he is the last, and I know all football fan doesn't like to see that.

Southampton and their manager Pellegrino now are under pressure as the hosts now sitting relegation zone at 18th place in League with 21 points just 3 point of behind the safety zone at the moment they are in pretty bad shape, being winless in last 10 games in the EPL so there is a higher chance that manager Mauricio Pellegrino can be soon sacked while the visitors Spurs are in a good shape and they need this win before they face Manchester United next week as it wouldn't be looking good for them to keep the pressure on the other top 4 teams so I expect Tottenham to win tomorrow.

Happy to see Sergio Aguero to finally get his scoring groove back.
Everytime I have watched Manchester City he never seemed to get the ball from the tip of his boot into the back of net.
No matter how hard he tried.
Close but no cigar.

Today he managed to get three goals to get his hat trick!
Good for Sergio!
He deserved it. Grin

Surprised that Manchester United won today.
They just barely made it to sqeak out a win with a late goal, as it seems they mean to do in the dying minutes of the match to keep their fans on their toes right til the end of the games and their butts in their seats. Cheesy

Too bad for Everton going winless in the their last few matches though. Undecided

And the Arsenal game was funny with how many goals they put in the first quarter of the half.
Arsène Wenger is a mad man! Grin

Man Utd doing the typical Mourinho thing, boring everybody to death but still grabbed the goal which is still 3 points I guess.
True. That is Mourinhos style. But I notice one interesting fact. Not so rarely he wins his games playing draw at the half time. It could be good tip for the gamblers, placing a bet on X-1, X-2, the odds are quite good.

New Castle just scored and they just might get one point from the next league champions of the 2018 season.
Manchester City is only one goal up now.
The Castle goal was a beautiful goal though. Wink

Sheffield Wednesday was able to win only 1 point in their first game with Luhukay. The football quality in both teams was extremely low, the position was a little game. I think Sheffield Wednesday will not leave control in this tough game.

Wtf Sheffield Wednesday?  This is the EPL thread, quit shit posting brah.

HOLY F*CKING SH*T!  Wenger, you mad?  The Gunners just did 4 goals in like under 20 minutes or something(?).  Is that even possible?  ROFL!  And I was starting to think Roy Hodgson was doing well at Crystal Palace...

Here’s one out of left field for today - Arsenal vs Crystal Palace - Arsenal to lose, they’ve been in bad form lately & I guess Sanchez won’t play as he tries to push forward his move to Man Utd.

There's something wrong with Chelsea this year but I can't put my finger on it.  Is it Conte or the underperforming squad?

But the thing is Conte is very frustrated since the beginning of the season because he was unable to acquire the players he wanted.

And there are rumors that Allegri is already earmarked to replace Conte at the end of the season.
and what will make it worse is that the FIFA are investigating them for Signing 25 minors so they could be hit with a transfer ban so they need to sign couple more players this winter before they could be banned because they already missing depth in the squad with Real Madrid hovering on their Stars it will not be looking great for them for the upcoming seasons . They should make real Transfer with Batshuayi wanting to leave and Andy Caroll as replacement is definitely not a good idea I rather see Batshuayi stays and guess who their second target Benteke whom only scored just a single goal this season in like 17 games so Chelsea needs to more class center back.

They've really become the EPL's most bipolar team. I know I've criticised my own Liverpool for the last decade now for being simply unable to replicate big-game performances against regular teams that require grinding out results, but they're often able to string together a bit of form. Chelsea, on the other hand, aren't Jekyll and Hyde, they're just a team with a switch. Dangerously touching relegation one season, champions next, and then facing ruts like now.

They were lucky not to lose even in some of the past games. They don't need more players I think - just tiring, they need to find their form again. It's just crazy to think Crouch and Caroll are linked to them. Just fix their mentality. Don't think they'll fix it tonight, though. I'm backing a 1-1 draw or even a shock loss to Brighton.
surprisingly they won 4-0 today despite Courtois and Morata not playing Hazard grabbed two goals but the second goals was absolutely amazing by Willian a groupe of feather touches led to the ball getting to Willian feet's Brighton probably didn't get a deserved penalty shot but it wouldn't matter because Chelsea scored 4 goals.
Sanchez traveled with Arsenal team but at the end he was ommited from the starting lineup he is not even on the bench it means that his transfer will be confirmed very soon he will probably start with United against Spurs next round.
