The idea that Pep has to bring in 7 - 9 new players for Man-City to click is ridiculous. Of Pep's purchases... Bravo and Nolito have had no impact at all, Stone is not as reliable yet and for Gundogan... injuries have not given him a chance to be a pivotal player. IMO, Pep as a manager has to be a bit flexible in how he can get the best of the squad he has with a bit of changes, not anything as radical as is being suggested.
no matter how the conditions of the players Man. City should have qualified coach Pep as the world can take advantage of existing players to get achievements with the team at least they have to be always consistent play to win in every game. but, in the game against Liverpool, last night proved that Klopp is still superior to every meet him, and Klopp managed to steal points at Etihad Stadium so they can maintain the fourth position of the standings, although they are still outnumbered play.

It looks like this year is the first time Pep without a trophy, this proves that there is nothing special from pep.. He's just inherited a team that was already great, barcelona already excellent when frank rijkard left and Bayern is already great when Jupp Heynckes's retirement.

Expectations are too high, previously the Citizen was able to UCL semi final, but this year??? More than 150 million does not mean because this season City will be out of top 4 and in next year play in European zone, not UCL.. shame with Leicester pep...

Actually if Man City wants to be a dominant force in the EPL and the rest of Europe he has to bring in the best players.  The City squad right now isn't good enough obviously.  And for what Pep wants to do and to happen, he needs quality players.  Player acquisitions can be done in multiple transfer windows.  And with the EPL having the most demanding schedule compared to the other leagues, a good EPL team should have a squad deep enough in order to endure the said demanding schedule and also to have a good rotation of players.
Yes true, now city players worthless, sell all and for lift throphies pep must have best players like: lionel messi, suarez, neymar, ronaldo, de gea, lewandowski, and many more.

i must says that i agree with your opinion because currently Manchester City not playing better such as last season even humiliated results from Monaco make Guardiola not too special as the coach even yesterday they cannot win against Liverpool however champion league zone maybe will the highest achievement for him in this season i guess

I do agree that Pep has made some mistakes the biggest mistake in my opinion was loaning out Joe Hart to Roma as Bravo has been a complete bust for City and Pep this season. I also agree that Nolito hasn't had much impact at all, well I would say that he is not consistent as Pep would of liked him to be. Stones I think we get better as time goes on as he is still very young and learning Pep's style of play so I think next season we'll start to see a better performance by Stones. It will be interesting to see what Pep does in the summer transfer window.

This match is heading towards draw this is biggest impression. Manchester City at home succeeded to equalize the score. Liverpool had to secure the lead by throwing ball in net at least once more. I don't think any team of these two will be able to score in remaining time.
Even though it was a draw it was a brilliant match,Manchester City and Liverpool played well and Liverpool is unbeaten for some time now and they maintained that position and i thought Manchester City had an opportunity to score the second goal but Kevin De Bruyne messed it up .

Yeah I agree, I'm just glad Man City didn't lay down like I thought might happen after losing early in the week in the Champions League match against Monaco. But they showed some fight and were able to get a draw which is better then a loss and it still keeps them in the top 4 which is where I am hoping they will finish at the end of the season. Man Utd are still in the hunt for a top 4 spot so it's going to be an interesting end to the season to see which team finishes in the top 4 as Chelsea have most likely won the title.

Have Fun )@@( Stay Safe
With the win against Middlesbrough ,Manchester United has moved to the fifth place in rankings and are now placed above Arsenal and Everton in the table. Smiley, Middlesbrough has to come up with good strikers if they ever plan on scoring goals, even with a higher possession they could not convert that to goals.

Same thing happened to them when they were playing against Chelsea. He was so confident in scoring he booted it so hard and completely missed the net going over the post when he had the goal tender clearly beat. All he needed to do was just tap it in with the inside of his foot. But no he went for the glory kick which cost them 3 goals after that flub to seal the game when they were up 1 or 2 goals. I can't remember it was a game 2 months ago. But I did not forget the look of disappointment on his face that day.
He must had the same look today. Sad
I missed the game completely so did not get to see the look on his face when he messed this one up as well.

Still confused with leicester city after their management sacked ranieri, they can win 4 match in a row. it's seems leicester not have a problem due afterto ranieri leaved their not get new player or their can win still with same team squad.

Looks like it was truth players were against Ranieri, now thay are booming.I am curious who will be next Arsenal coach Arsenal chances for first four are vanishing Sanchez is injured untill the end of season
Arsenal coach already announces he will decide very soon about his future here so better he done this quickly because if he is going to take more time then its going to hurt his team which is already in trouble after losing UCL and now losing grip on top 4 Leicester management done good decision and its work good for them now its time for Arsenal

today i was wondering why Jose Mourinho showed so much happiness in his teams victory
then it clicked these manchester utd guys could actually finish second, technically speaking
with their two games in hand if they win them the go 3rd and hope for a spurs blunder along the way and drop points. Tongue
Now its going to be end of season and Man Utd doing great job as they are playing they can finish in top 4 in cost of 2 London clubs Tottenham and Arsenal because they can blunder in coming matches which could be helpful for them but Liverpool is still not in frame of top 4 as they are wasting too many chances
yeah it looks like Arsenal wouldn't make it in top 4 but i have doubts over Tottenham because they are still looking though i don't think they will be left out of top four and i only think that Liverpool Manchester City and United will be looking for a fight to the top 4 but it will be very though competetion and all the teams will be realaxed only in the last round of season

Easy there. Manchester City is tired from being eliminated in the Champions League during midweek but they just equalized. Man.City now should be fully focused to keep the second place in the premier league. Loserpool won't win this game hopefully.

The game ended in a draw and they should be grateful that they still managed to get 1 point from this game. Liverpool played better game, more chances from liverpool including shot on goal. As usual liverpool blow up their opportunity to get 3 points, they seriously need to buy better defender for the next season
