Life, Love and Laughter...
Thanks for the comments everyone.  Out of those bets, I'm most confident in the City vs Arsenal one.  With Wenger's and the club's deterioration, I think City could do a trashing here just like what Bayern did. Dunno...  Maybe I'm too much of a City fan.  Grin

Ok good.  I want him to stay too.  For 5 more years if that's possible.  Would love to watch the torture among Arsenal fans hoping at every beginning of the season and come home empty handed in the end.  Grin

Anyway, here are my EPL bets for this weekend.  Feel free to criticize and make suggestions.

Burnley vs Tottenham Hotspur,  over 2.5 goals at 1.92
Manchester United vs West Brom, WBA win +1.5 at 1.984
Arsenal vs Manchester City, City win -0.5 at 2.30
Liverpool vs Everton, over 2.5 at 1.82

  • Not sure over 2.5 for Burnley v Spurs is a good idea... I can see why you did it, but if Burnley don't score, I'm not sure Spurs can get 3.
  • West Brom at +1.5 might be a decent bet, They've been playing well lately... They should be able to keep MU close.
  • City at -0.5 is a tough one... They were exposed several times by Liverpool, and despite Arsenal's current form, they're not at the top of the table for nothing. Maybe BTTS?? Still... you got pretty good odds at 2.3!  Cool
  • Liverpool vs Everton... over 2.5... Could be a solid pick... the Merseyside Derby can be exciting... and both Teams are in goal scoring form lately... I'd probably err on the side of caution and go BTTS again Wink

Arsene Wenger has always been very frugal and stingy when it comes to buying new expensive players. He prefers to buy unknown talented players and develop their skills within the club and then resell them later on for a big price tag. Arsene Wenger has always been that coach who likes to 'recycle' footballers  Grin
if I was Arsene Wenger, I will forgo buying talented players who have talent are not necessarily known. despite that, I still salute because until now Arsene Wenger still decided to stay at Arsenal although the fans wanted otherwise. if that were the decision means Wenger must immediately find a solution so that the team could be better in the future.

It is called as loyalty and Im sure there are alot of club out there especially the chinese club that could offer him a coach position however he choose to stay in the team. That is truly an interesting loyalty however unless he give a trophy for the club, they wont really call it as loyalty however he will be pressured to leave his position

Loyalty?  Aresenal being loyal to Wenger or do you mean the other way around?  Because if it's the other way around, Wenger is like this corny uncle who doesn't wanna leave the party.  The fans want him out and the players aren't playing for him anymore.  The Westbrom game was a very good example of it.

I am a fan I want Wenger to stay, so do most of my friends who are season ticket holders also. From being in the bars nearby I think its a small amount that want him out, not most fans.

Arsenal vs Manchester City, City win -0.5 at 2.30 - Arsene Wenger's team is deteriorating.  There's reason to believe that the players aren't playing for him anymore.  So easy bet for City.  Although DeBruyne could be injured.

I think is very confidence placed bet to AH -0.5 to manchester city
because play in emirates stadium in home arsenal, and arsenal need point can competition in big four to one ticket champion league next season
and arsene wenger need win too can incraese reputation
Arsène Wenger in a tight Situation but he still blaming the world for not getting Luis Suarez in 2013 after they launched a bid with 40£ million and one pound to activate the release clause but after failing to get him he just do what he is foing best and that is he almost signed him like half of the world top players he was close to signing.
He need to know that getting close to sugning someone is not an achievement signing someone is that was their problem this seadon and that's why they failing hard.

To match Arsenal vs Manchester City I think this would be a draw. Arsenal are in a very bad condition in which the players are not solid. But Manchester City also played unstable, it can be seen from a draw against Liverpool and a defeat against Monaco. Yes actually Manchester City is very favored but look at the conditions, I would bet a draw in this match.

Most likely that manchester city is going to win this. I do think that both team are bad recently however manchester city has the upperhand in this matter so manchester city to win - 0.5 is going to be a good bet. Most people will think that it is going to be a draw however pep most likely will not let 3 points slip away
I prefer to bet on goal markets in such match, because some events can change the match direction like penalty shoot or red card, on the other hand, both team are capable of scoring, and both have weak defensive lines, so both team to score or over 2.5 might be good bets.

Anyway, here are my EPL bets for this weekend.  Feel free to criticize and make suggestions.

Burnley vs Tottenham Hotspur,  over 2.5 goals at 1.92 - I know Kane is injured but Son is doing ok without him.  Besides there's Alli, Eriksen and Walker who can get the Spurs a goal or two up in the first half.  Burnley is strong at home but who are we kidding.  There's a huge gap in quality if you compare them with the Spurs.

Manchester United vs West Brom, WBA win +1.5 at 1.984 - No Ibra, I don't think Man United can win by two goals up knowing how Tony Pulis operates.  Even away.

Arsenal vs Manchester City, City win -0.5 at 2.30 - Arsene Wenger's team is deteriorating.  There's reason to believe that the players aren't playing for him anymore.  So easy bet for City.  Although DeBruyne could be injured.

Liverpool vs Everton, over 2.5 at 1.82 - This is questionable as I could see this ending at 1 - 0 or 2 - 0 for a Liverpool win.  Dunno, maybe Lukaku squeezes one in at some point in the match or something.

Some good predictions there tokeweed, I can see you winning all 4 bets. Good luck buddy.
I think all four bets not possible, but out of 4, the mate can win two bets sure. And the remaining 2 is not easy to win. Manchester United vs. West Brom this game Manchester have a chance to win this game and Liverpool vs. Everton, and i am not sure in this match we will get over 2.5 goals or not. Let's see how many bets he will win.

finally we will watching merseyside derby this weekend and i'm so excited to wait it however i just look the current odds for Liverpool ML and i think it was pretty decent for me @1.59 and because this is home match for Liverpool then i'm pretty sure they will took advantages for this match and probably this match will belong to them

We have a couple of good matches to bet in this week. Well I don't go for the first game, in the second game it's tough to guess who will win I am Man United fan, so I want Man United to win this game. And Off course in another game Man City will win easily, Liverpool vs. Everton match will give us good entertainment I think, and I hope Liverpool will win this game.

i'm with u over the first two games but for Arsenal and Manchester i don't think it will be that easy to get a win i'm thinking that this game will get a draw as Arsenal needs to show signs of life if they still want to acheive something at the end of the season and both teams scoring seems the best option to bet on while Liverpool derby with Everton will see goals this time because from the last 5 games 4 of them ended under .5 goals and judging from recent games from both teams this game will see more goals scored.

this season, Arsenal may have never been able to beat the big teams are the favorites to win the Premier League. but against Manchester City later maybe this is the game of proof that Wenger is a coach who deserves to be maintained by Arsenal. however, if Wenger can not prove that this game probably is the end of the story of her life with Arsenal.

Even if he prove it , I dont think the fans is going to like it. More and more fans has been demanding new coach so this is really a pressure for wenger right now. He wants to do the best but the fans is not really supporting him anymore so this is going to affect the team performance again indirectly

Arsenal, in my opinion, is a very formless situation, and if it goes this way, it seems to close on the european way.
Most likely a change in tactical sense is necessary. He will most likely live in trouble at Manchester City.
Let's see what this will give them and what kind of change will happen.

Ozil is very talented but a bit of a pussy, he has no fight & goes hiding & lot when it gets tough.
Alexis is a warrior & will fight to the death, amazing ability too, top player. I think there are rumours that he wants to leave Arsenal in the summer though.

Dont compare ozil and sanchez, they are both different and great in their own way. Ozil is a playmaker therefore all he needs to do is to pass all those midlaner and ensure that their frontline gets the ball . Sanchez's role is to score goals therefore he is faster and always try to sneak pass the defender with his bodt
I do see Ozil's potential but Alexis Sanchez I have not seen him do anything for Arsenal what so ever and they should just get rid of him before he becomes old and worthless to anyone.
Better to get something for him before he becomes obsolete.

we don't see a lot from Ozil because he just feeds the ball for the front players while Alexis is more of Striking winger as he is fast knows how to dribble and shoots while Ozil is a playmaker and he is role is to feed balls to the attackers and sometimes help with finishing coonstracted attacks .
if both players Leave Arsenal needs to make a change in their gameplay as both players are the reason for a large number of goals scored by them.

I think it will be a cold day in hell when Arsene Wenger decides to splurge on new footballers  Grin His philosophy is to get the bare minimum with the lowest funds possible and then build upon that within his club  Wink
but the decision was only made Arsenal become uncompetitive in both the Premier League and in the UCL. The possible decision of principle has to be changed, because no matter how Arsenal still need a classy player to compete with the other teams.

Can you tell me that Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil aren't classy players?? Well come again?
