What do you mean by this? A lot of serious companies need to have territorial limitations so that they comply with the local laws.

If you check the roadmap you will see that they are planning to expand to other counties. Personally i don't think this is a problem, they will be able to market and put their attention on India to begin with (which is a huge market), and when the exchange has gotten a steady foothold they expand to new territories.

It is true that India has some limitations, but I think that solutions are being found and the proof is that there are other projects based on blockchain that are receiving important support from the representations of that nation. Check out this tweet:

Correct social media is the great form of spreading ico but the teams need to show the public how serious they are and as far as i see the teams gives their effort to make xoxo popular and give a huge mass adoption

Bitxoxo is doing its best but I think they could do more for example:
1) Creating a group on facebook to know the opinions and reviews of the users.
2) Invite its users to its official facebook account to express their opinions about its services, product, and UX / UI experience.
3) Also invite users to leave their comments on Google map.
4) Bitxoxo needs to be more active in Social Media and have contact with its public.
Business models have changed and customers are as important as the capital invested.
