One of the leading cause of mortality is diabetes. It can trigger or worsen any existing diseases. When a person is not mindfull on their diet especially the kind of food rich in carbohydrates and lack of exercise can lead to diebetes. Please limit your sugar intake and do moderate exercise. If you are living a sedentary lifestyle like sitting all day long in offices/computer work, have time to walk around.

Diabetes even can be unlocked by alcocholic drinks.

Don't consume too many sugars because my grandma reduces her sugar, and even he doesn't use sugar for some time. you gotta watch the amount and type of food that you eat, you should go for natural food especially vegetables and avoid fast food. physical activity is very crucial in controlling the sensitivity to insulin

In order to prevent diabetes without insulin the amount of sugar should be reduced and the intake of bitter foods If you have to walk daily in the morning you will be able to prevent diabetes. There is no substitute for exercise to keep your body healthy.

Yup nothing really much to advise here but to avoid all sweets. Not just the actual sweets, but also everything from sodas, juices and also red meat and processed red meat which are both related to type 2 diabetes. All time favorite breakfast like bacon, hotdogs, and other red meats are particularly bad because of their high levels of sodium.

Yeah junk foods and sugars will only make your diabetes acute so better stop eating such.

we are a family of inheriting Diabetes from our ancestors but lucky that until now i have no issue about that though my father died in diabetes and my older brother now is also suffering from this.

Due to the hectic pace of life, people are used to eat sweets and snacks.
We do not pay attention to our diet and we eat sh*t. This is the reason why diabetes is caused. And as there are more people who work in offices and do computer work we are going to see higher rates of diabetes in the future.

Sometimes we cant refrain ourselves from eating unhealthy food but as long as we are eating with moderation then I think its fine.

Eat fruits and vegetables plus have a proper exercise atleast 30 minutes a day thats how we can prevent ourselves to get any illness not just diabetes.

Dont wait to be sick already before taking action. Do it now and have discipline because health is wealth.



Today too much gadgets and just sitting down into the chair or couch does not give you a healthy lifestyle instead it can cause of more damage to your body and health it is better always make an exercise also you can do it with music so you can enjoy your exercise even stretching is good to our body too.

I am not sure if this is true.
Better to avoid mostly the processed things, which includes sugar. I believe there are good and bad sugar.. The natural sugar from fruits/vegs are not bad as far as I can tell... Probably few are bad or taking them in excess is bad?
Yesterday I ate something called sugarcane, and I feel great afterwards. But processed/artificial sugar makes sick or a bit sick (depending on how much I eat) whenever I eat it... even a little of it sometimes makes sick. Not so with the natural ones. I ate alot of the sugar cane and felt great later.

Yeah our family is inheriting Diabetes for many generation that is why i am fighting this by Doing Keto Diet in which i don't really eat Sugar instead more on fats and green veggies.

also living healthy with exercising every single day and maintaining a 6-8 sleeping hours a day.
