The sad thing is, LTC used to be a lot higher, even second for a while as we all know, and its low right now and people see this as a weakness. The whole market crashed and for some people LTC crashing was a bgi deal to not buy it, like having some other coin would have somehow helped.

LTC is one of the coin with true community and truly decentralized because Charlie has no power to change anything unless we all agree, and that is how a coin should be. In a world where Avax, Sol, Matic all have teams that work and try to improve it, not having a team working on it is a much better alternative if you ask me. This is why I have a good 10% or so of my portfolio in LTC.

yes you are right that it is not only Litecoin that has decreased even most of the altcoins in crypto have decreased when the market is experiencing a prolonged bearish period like now, and now is the right time to buy coins that have good potential and prospects, I think you already know for sure which coin is worth investing in, it is very important to get profit in a short time, but it's not as easy as you think, everything takes time and process except luck is in your hands,

When in a bear market better control yourself by staying calm and keep your money,
never make decisions quickly without considering anything in the midst of current conditions because it will be risky,
What's clear is that you do the analysis before making a decision

if you look at the lite coin chart scheme, I see big support in the $45 area, the current low is already at $55, so I don't think it's a bad thing to start buying it. and lastly the price has flown to $68, if the price comes back down then get ready to buy it, at least this year we will get a profit, even though the bull market is not here yet. because bitcoin is still bearish, making it more difficult for altcoins to develop

Not only Litecoin, almost all the coin was in a bear market. It’s essential one to hold your money. Because people will do of wrong decisions and make a cash out move. This should be avoided at the bear market. Bear market is often occur in the crypto currency. This is not a temporary one,it’s good option to buy at less price. It was essential to get good profit in a short period.

I don’t found any significant reason that could cause the increase price of litecoin this year. Once it was gained 3rd rank in crypto market because of its unique hashing algorithm, with its lite transaction speed of 2.5 minutes per block. But it suppose to be, its development got hamper and it doesn’t giving us any new thing now. Even in the comparison Between 2017 & 2021 bull run, when bitcoin and ether got 4x from previous bull run, litecoin still offering it with same price to us. So its hard to gearing up for litecoin this year when its already bear market

Just because it doesn't look great right now doesn't mean that it will look bad in the future neither. It just means that there is a temporary situation going on and nothing major about it in the news. I am not really feeling anything about it becoming one of the biggest, but I also do not think that it will stay where it is right now, it will get better from this.

You have nothing right now that supports this idea and that is why I understand why you may not believe it, but the reality is that we are talking about the future and the past together. We have seen plenty of coins in the top 10 that went away and litecoin got removed from top 10 on each time, and replaced them when they went down. When the current top 10 goes low, litecoin will take the place again.

Along side it is hard to predict the market as well. You never know what is coming next.
But one should be very care while dealing with crypto. What has happened in Salvador is very unfortunate - I am unable to digest the though that the crypto owner will be in loss if they did not get the things back on track..

Agreed, i will call another bottom for litecoin when bitcoin will come back again to the 32k. Im sure that not only litecoin but whole of market will be just dumped to the another bottom too. it's not about the future price but reality was saying the opposite thing for us like when we are seeing how market is also facing a huge dump in a short time, we didn't even know whether another big dump will come soon or it's stopping right now. So many questions have not yet been asked by the time.

There is no need to predict Litecoin for too long from now because Litecoin will always increase when Bitcoin begins to pump again in the market, that is the point because every altcoin that is already popular and well-known in the market will always get an increase in price as long as Bitcoin can increase slowly in the market.

When bitcoin price was of all time high untill now then Litecoin price reached $400+ in 2021.Bitcoin early dropped in  in 2022 and every Altcoin price goes down in this year.I think need more time to grow up again in altcoin price. Because market condition is tough to prediction in altcoin. Bz bitcoin price dropping day by day this month.Now bitcoin price around $34k+ but previous month BTC price wss $39k+.I think Litecoin price increase and will be reached of all time high in next 3-4 yeas.

I don't expect Litecoin to reach a new all-time high this year 2022 because it seems we're going to be experiencing a price correction in cryptocurrency generally this year.
2021 was a huge bull run for the market and we might have to wait till 2024 for coins like Litecoin to test a new all-time high.

Yes currently almost all coins are experiencing a decline and we don't know to what extent this will fall,
apart from that, there are no signs that it will go up, of course we can't expect much for Litecoin's price to go up,
we have to be really patient and wait until market conditions return to normal

Litecoin have got more real-time usage beyond the acceptance on gambling platforms. To me Litecoin is a good long term investment, because it is the one that is into competence with the ethereum. Further there happened drastic growth with ethereum whereas Litecoin stagnated. Anytime there can be good rise in the price of Litecoin. Not for 2022, but for long term profiting it is always a good choice.

Litecoin is reliable on other stuffs like for playing gambling or simply for paying/buying because it's fast and cheap but maybe not really in its value because it is not a stable coin but it drops too like a typical volatile crypto. That MW thing that you mentioned might have help ltc value to increase a little but what is the update for that this year?

Litecoin seems silent now as I never heard any news in regards to it but it doesn't mean that it's dead. That cant be and like I said earlier, ltc is a very useful coin so there will always be a demand for it. Litecoin is a top coin and every top coin is expected to have a bright future but for this year, we can't guarantee if it will break a new ath or not.

I do not expect it to reach ATH at all, but reaching to something like 150 would be very good. I mean we are talking about something that has gone down so much that going back to 412 dollars which is the ATH would be very hard.

I mean we are talking about a 4x increase, and that is without bitcoin because if bitcoin does like a 4x then it would be 160k and I am not seeing that anytime soon, no coin could be 4x anytime soon if you ask me. This means that Litecoin would have to go up a lot more than what others do. Like when bitcoin goes 2x then litecoin goes 4x type of deal. In order to do that, we need a huge market increase to make it possible.

That's right mate, in a situation where bitcoin is currently experiencing a deep correction, it can be ascertained that all altcoins are experiencing it too, not except for ltc of course.
but if we look back with the achievements of ltc, of course it is enough to be a separate reference that ltc is quite reliable.

keep in mind that initially ltc was created with the intention of being a lighter version of bitcoin. with continuous development and recently they released the MimbleWimble protocol testnet (MW), the protocol is used to test confidential transactions and compress transaction data for verification purposes through the Cut Through function.

so that in its development there will certainly be rapid progress in 2021, where ltc has increased sharply more than in 2017.
currently if we look at the chart at CMC in 2022, it looks red and continues to fall, this is all because it is the result of the bitcoin correction which has affected everything. but at its current price of $96 it's not a bad price. it is estimated that the future of ltc will be bright in 2022 because all integrations and partnerships, will continue to run and will bring ltc in continuous improvement well. it is not impossible that ltc will create its newest ATH in this 2022 and we will wait for it.

Now everything has returned to decline in the market including BTC, so it still requires greater patience to see LTC increase because under normal market conditions, LTC does not increase significantly, especially in a declining condition like now, obviously it will be very difficult to get an increase.
