Not as far as I know, but I agree starting the term on the 1st would be a good idea, but if we miss the 1st of Dec it could start in the new year.

A new campaign for a new year sounds like a nice way to boost PR
Out of curiousity are there any holiday festivities planned on PD
(Easier to ask here than in gambling since its moving the pages slowly here, over there it would get gobbled up pretty fast)

Luckybit does for sure. Primedice should aswell, especially a NewYear raffle or something

Any news on the campaign release date? It would be recommended to start it at the 1st, its a good time period from the beginning of the month to the end.

I don't know , but I think the same. The last day or the first day (of month) it's the better day to start a new sig. campaign.

Learning the troll avoidance button :)
He announced the signature campaign will be coming very soon after all the recent losses happened so I think the campaign will be safe.

And from what I read in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9592102, hilarious will take an important role in the new sig campaign.

Hopefully, but nothing has been confirmed yet. I'm as eager and as exited to find out what the campaign will be like as everyone else.

I really hope Stunna can get that moneyback somehow. 1500 btc is like half a million dollars. Even though they make many btc this is a massive loss and a site like PD doesn't deserve the hit as they earn't that money fairly as opposed to scamming like so many other dicesites do.
We can contrast this against losses as well. I'm sure people have lost 1500 btc before, it all balances out mathematically.

Well I'm sure they're still in profit but that's irrelevant as it's still a massive and devastating theft for them. That could be half their money gone or even more, but I guess it's all apart of the nature of the business.

What are you all talking about. The perpetrator was able to withdraw only BTC40.

i hope who this rape can't convince stunna to cancel the new primedice signature campaign..
i think too, who 40btc for primedice are not so much...
i think he can take the blow without problem!!!

I could never take the stress of running a site like this. One day you could make a million dollars over night from a whale losing everything, and then the next you could lose 2 million from an extremely lucky person.

Same. I can't imagine the stress of running something like this especially with people just trying to rip you off and attack you constantly but I guess it's all part of the game. You never get anywhere in life without taking risks though, but with a house edge and the nature of gambling (the house always wins) their losses should be minor in comparison with the lucky winners but when you get hackers taking a massive chunk it could ruin you if you're not careful.

The one before that (Hufflepuff) withdrew a lot more than that. I think Stunna plans to explain what happened once they know they've got it all patched up or sorted (which I'm sure they have by now).

Very excited for the new campaign. Hopefully it'll start next month as my current signature runs out this month and I'd love to be on PD. Will be a senior very soon too.

@Stunna,
What happened ahead in this case Sir? Is there any improvement or still the cheater ain't caught yet?

Also, on the other hand, just based on curiosity, would like to know that is this only the limit of Cryptography and Network Security where if anyone's secret seed or private key is unveiled, then it's so damn easy for the one to just sweep out the money from their website/wallet?

Whats that? What happened? Can you link me to the case details?

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9576925

One guy hacked secret seed at PD and made nearly BTC1500, won 150 bets in a row and withdrew nearly BTC40 before admins caught and blocked him...
