Issue is that some people do bet using VPN's. I'll see what I can do about the bonus. If we found an effective way to do it then I could raise the bonus as well.

Who cares if the VPN is being used... VPNs Default on 80,8080,3128, and 9999 and sometimes others.. Do some research on VPNs and block those specific ports from accessing the website ;-) Problem solved

To answer your question.....
No.
They can't open ports if they don't own that server. But there are only certain ports that allow people to browse the site.. You can't just "CHANGE" a port.
