As some might not yet have seen it:

There is a contest going on here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/primedicecom-the-primedice-palindrome-hunt-up-to-05-btc-in-prizes-1963905

Have fun!

A very nice contest indeed but it seems some of us might not be able to participate. The requirement that one outs on both the avatar and signature is a tall order to some. We are already enrolled to other signature campaigns and thus are wearing their signatures. I cannot remove the signature to play the pd contest only to lose later. Signature campaigns are currently very competitive and removing your signature will make you lose your position to some one else who is already waiting to join.

It could be better if people chose between the avatar and signature or both, if you can.

today there was another stream filled with alts -.-
There was a guy in steam with 6 accounts and he missed 0.01 giveaway in his two accounts and then he asked for it.

Its real annoying to go in chat aswell ppl with 10000+ alts on pd spammed chat and made it impossible for edward to tip VIPs.
thats really sad.
Stunna not being offensive but please tell me is this what you wanted ?

Seems like a very tough competition with the

Primedice Avatar and Signature AND at least 1 BTC wagered or 10000 bets, Bitcointalk Member level

Are you sure you guys didn't accidently put "and" instead of "or" because most beginners probably won't be able to participate in this contest just on those alone.

They stopped that a few weeks ago. Was expected because the forum turned out in a spambox.
So does that mean that i cannot claim my points again, that is really pathetic to close down what i have earned when the forum started and never claimed the points till now and i was inactive for some time now in the forum.

The withdrawal delays are starting to get annoying, is a solution being sought? Been waiting 12 hours for this one to confirm. I understand the issues ongoing with the network, but there are ways in which to mitigate this, especially if your withdrawing a decent amount of BTC.

Maybe give people an option when withdrawing to 'prioritize' their withdrawal with a larger fee for instance?

Already suggested this a dozen times here in this topic but guess they wont change it.

I was enjoying  a faucet of 3461 satoshi and was surprised today to find that it has been reduced to 668 satoshi. I don't think it makes sense at all to reduce the amount of satoshi in the faucet because at the end of the day, we all gamble and it goes back to primedice. Anyway, primedice has all the authority to decide what they offer on the faucet and we just have to follow.

I am pretty sure it was reduced for you because you haven't made any recent BTC deposits yet and staff probably labelled you as a faucet abuser. Either way you are lucky that at least it was reduced instead of completely removed for you.

Yes its true that for some the faucet goes back to PD but there are those that abuse the faucet and from time to time manage to get to the daily withdraw limit and actually withdraw their BTC.

It shows that primedice is very active in getting rid of all those only faucet users from the site. That is also correct because for a site they expect people to deposit money and play the game at least once in a while instead just play the game only with faucet money. I also had one account with 2000 Santoshi faucet amount account but for a long time, I didn't log in using that account because in my country now this site is blocked.
That is their way to get rid of faucet abusers and give credit to depositor. Most of complain are just from people who rarely made a deposit or they really never did. But if you really a depositor what PD did is just nothing on you.

Is the forum down or is it just me?

Okay faithful users...we're currently in the process of relocating and upgrading our purpose built forum to improve the forum experience for you dedicated members. Please be sure to check back within the next few hours!

yeah it was on maintenance as I tried to link Ed's topic about the faucet reduction Smiley but ....
judging by the number of players online, this decision has not affected primedice much:the figures were 2000-3500 players online
3500ish peak time and 2000ish off peak, now it is 1800-3200 players
p.s. forum is still on maintenance, probably will be reducing the amount of posts per user, haha

Whether it goes back to them or not different but when someone gives free coins then they always need to watch the price of the bitcoins. Now bitcoins prices went up a lot so they have to reduce and keep the same amount in USD which they were given earlier. And as you said they are the one deciding how much they want to give freely for the users and one day they can even stop faucet as well.
