That's not the question here, besides bypass that with a blcokchain.info wallet where you can send it first and then forward it to a xapo or coinbase wallet.

Yes the withdrawal fees are random but i am glad they have increased the withdrawal fees upon request ,if not you will be waiting for a couple days for the transaction to get one confirmation which was really depressing and if they fix the hanging problem then it will be perfect again.

Not only did they put them higher, but they also made them suitable to network.
I really don't think they're random, it seems to me that they calculate the appropriate fee for the transaction to be made in a few hours.
With some limits of course

Well it's logical, they adapt the fees depending on the network.
That's the correct thing to do actually, why paying too much when you can have a smaller fee for same service?

That is exactly my point, they don't do that. When the network recommends a fee of 0.00025 on a 0.5 transaction PD uses 0.00011 when there's a recommended fee of 0.00015 PD uses 0.00033 , it is completely random.
