Stunna need to treat their customer better, especially the high rollers on their site. Imagine a customer that deposit 31 Bitcoins into your site, that means the player really trust the dice site so much that he is willing to deposit so much money to play on the site, but holding the 4 bitcoins profit plus the player deposit amount for almost 1 week before releasing the funds, and the price of BTC have already dropped almost $100 usd.
And now the staff using the reason Stunna is away on holiday to avoid the paying of bonus to the customer is quite unacceptable.
Or maybe he was actually traveling.
I had to turn this issue to Stunna and Edward because issues like this are beyond me and support.
So who is lying here? You told me that he returned from travelling on the 7th MICRO, remember that response to my support ticket 25521? Did stunna come back on the 7th or not? No matter what he was doing, travelling or not, stunna had plenty of time to log into bitcointalk and post in OTHER threads but not this one about a serious issue. And edward has been on skype every day and in his office in Melbourne.
Also, MICRO, you were the one who promised the "huge bonus for the inconvenience" but as of now I have been scammed out of $2700 and received no bonus lol. Is that what you meant maybe? Since it is so hard to get ahold of stunna and/or edward, maybe they can relay a message through you why I was dicked around for almost a week and cheated out of money?
