Maintenances are perfectly normal on a big site!

It should be an easier job to do but idk why it seems they ignored this little thing. And frankly, it looks weird when a big site can't handle this little stuff perfectly. It should be on the first list when someone created a new site, no matter what site it is.

Another maintenances? Hope it will be fixed soon, it is the 2nd time of PD stuck on loading page in the last few days. But I wonder why this kind of problem is very often at PD and there is always no prior announcements.
