Good to hear that Isil. Hope these kind of hick ups will be eliminated forever as it is really irritating while you are rolling and i did bust a couple of times when the site freezes because you loose the flow and with the bank roll and profit the site has they could fix this up pretty quick permanently  .

We will soon even have live chat support and replies under 5 minutes.
It is a good step moving forward to have live support but there are times when the rolls gets stuck and the chat window does not respond,may be because of the server issue,i dont know,i am experience hanging and lagging while rolling for a long time now,are there any plans to resolve that issue.

So many things have really changed,i.e. poor support, chat lagging, site not loading, weird rolls-so many reds on small payouts, e.g. 1.088x. I just tried to roll today on 1.2x and was surprised to pump on a streak of 11 reds. The worst I have ever experienced was a streak of 6 reds, but today's was weird.

We are one of the only sites that has full 24/7 support. Except for the weekend when we have 8 hours break.

Well you have to understand that we from the support can not do everything.

So what is the point of me replying to every single of your tickets telling you the same thing.

"We can not help you and we are waiting for admins."

If your remember you will see that we replied to your first ticket within minutes. Which we do to all the tickets.
Ours average first reply time is 0.16 hours atm.

Their support in my opinion is really hit on miss. Sometimes you get support almost immediately other times it takes days and days and it gets unanswered. I think what happens the support staff probably look at the complaints and they do the easy ones first but the ones that require investigating they leave those last, and those are usually the most important ones.

Like I said before, they are one of the largest gambling sites in the Bitcoin world, they really should hire extra staff to handle all these support issues.

MICRO thanks for reacting to my post. Personally, I have never had any serious issue to warrant raising a ticket. The only issue I have is "weird rolls" with many reds on very small payouts. Sometimes I tend to think that primedice is utilizing some sort of bot to study a players pattern and then flood red rolls for one to lose. Just a thought - no had feelings though. Why I said poor support is because of late I come across numerous complains from your users who claim you are not responding to their tickets. I hope I am not being unfair to you.
