no, my friend, the fee on a four inputs should be atleast 60k to be considered normal. pd paid the withdrawl with 4 addi's in the same tx, wich should pay much higher fee than the regular fee. i realy dont understand why wont they set higher fees, its a simple feature. there is simply no excuse.

of all sites, pd is the most fun to play, absolutly no.1 in terms of fast and clean. still they need to put their dev shit together asap.

It's not about the number of addresses but about the tx size and the number of unconfirmed transactions at the time.

Sorry to say this, but appart from the addresses, nothing has changed. i just made a test withdraw and guess what? 33k satoshi for a 4 inputs tx.

Yeah sometimes the fee used is higher than recommended, that's the whole thing it seems to be completely random and never the recommended fee at the time. It's either too high or too low. But when we pay 0.0002 fee on withdrawals and only 11k is used that is just curious.

My suggestion to PD is still let us select our own fee when we withdraw 20-30-40 or 50k and also use the fee which we select.
That is the way to go forward i guess,you must give the users the option to put the amount of fees required according to their urgent needs and with the recent delays in blockchain this is the only possible way going forward unless something is fixed from the core side which i think is not going to happen.

Hope with the update prime dice have increased the transaction fees while withdrawing because the last time i tried to withdraw it took more than 48 hours to get it confirmed and with the delays in blockchain it will be a good idea to increase the amount since you were giving 0.000113 BTC as transaction fees which is taking ages .

I heard the fees had been increased but my withdraws also still get just 13k on my last withdraw today. Good thing there weren't much unconfirmed transactions.
For me it was last friday I think it also took more than 48 hours but there were more than 75000 unconfirmed transactions which is ridiculously high and even with 20 or 30k fee it would had taken quite long.

My suggestion to PD is still let us select our own fee when we withdraw 20-30-40 or 50k and also use the fee which we select.

If you're not able to open support ticket in primedice, email them!  here's the email ([email protected]) i hope your problem resolves soon.  Smiley

I already emailed them even the zen. no response from them.

They are notified in several ways, they received my ticket linking to your details here, Isildur has forwarded the problem to Edward. So now all you can do is wait and yes I know waiting sucks especially if it's more than 2 days. Hope it will be solved for you soon there might be people be in line before you.

Yeah but this issue will probably affect alot of people. When I deposit funds into certain gambling websites or certain exchanges, I always use my Bitcoin Core address book and send it only to that address because I know that addressed worked in the past.

I don't go to exchanges or dice sites and request a new address everytime because that would create alot of confusion and might lead to BTC being lost.

So most likely many don't frequent this forum and as far as I can tell there is no notice on the Primedice website saying not to deposit into old addresses, so many people won't know.

Not every player on Primedice knows that even Bitcointalk forum exists.

They also pushed a notification on PD, but i guess that works only for users who are online. Some kind of infobox would be a good feature for PD where announcements can be read. That would cause less problem and less work for support too.

Otherwise send a PM here on the forum to Micro with all the info, it might help.

You just need to wait and be patient since there is a queue on the tickets.

Well, it was after it was changed. Not every users is here daily or haven't even e'en account here. Other times this happens it was in the chat for a week or longer

This is probably going to create a huge mess since many put their old address in their address book and will keep depositing to that address anyways. There is going to be a huge back log of tickets due to this most likely. Going to be impossible to get support in the future.

They know the old address. Why bot be pro active and transfer it to the new addresses. If it can't automatically, just check it a few times a day. They changed it with in a day after notifying, so it would happen a lot
