Its funny how the main dev replied a few days ago saying that improving the technical support is their #1 goal at the moment and yet you are waiting over 18 hours while they almost have $7K of your money.
I saw this guy asking where is Admin yester day and he was continuously urging for his withdraw. Today I see his thread and I am surprised why they are holding such a small amount and not replying.

Sorry but i do have to sleep sometimes. This was just weird timing.

Also we just added one more person to support her name is Emma you will see more and more tickets replied by her. (sadly i am not the hottest support person anymore) Sad

Unfortunately that means i will have to work night shift for a week or so until i get her up to speed so that is why it will actually be slower support for next couple of days but after that we will have almost 24/7 support on primedice. She will work while i sleep.

But that is not all, we are working on making primedice support and support on ours future projects 24/7/365 with live chat support and everything.

There are so many exciting things coming soon. 
Funny, considering I asked 5+ times over the last year if you guys needed more help with Support.

Usually most people that cant access his/her accounts is because their unable to remember his password but you have a different problem. You cant remember your username but still have the password. This is very rare but frankly anything can happen. I suggest you to send a support ticket from other account and provide those information(deposit address and password) in your ticket.  I bet they can help you to solve your problem!

I know it was a stupid situation,wrote down all info but the account name and logged out. Was able to get a hold of support and they where able to sort me out in a pretty quick fashion. All the names I had typed in where wrong! Cheesy

First some one asks about happy hour again, less than 24 hours ago this was answered, then sweet comments about happy hour and people again start pointing fingers at primedice who have already cleared the support system and person who reply will be slow in coming days, how does it matter sweet or primedice announces it. In end it was announced and people should have made use of it, instead of making it such a big issue, give them some space to breath guys.

Happy hour has ended. All you need just make sure your balance at 0 and just claim the faucet like ussually you did. (I already said this yesterday)

No need to take care of him, just a type of spammer who only ask the same thing again and again even though his question has been answered many times by other members.
