I guess being more concrete would be better, post the exact links of the give away you are missing. And when you do that check if you were really eligible at that moment.
Since on facebook for example lots of times it are only for the first 100 people who post and 50 people who posted too late are complaining.
But the way you ask for it now nobody will check in on it.

Because he wasn't active since the last tuesday it got updated, so when he made 1 post after that his activity went up by 14 instantly.

I made 2 tickets, and still no response about my account. Its been 25 days.
I created the 2nd ticket and got a response on that day. But until now im still waiting.

What Micro said here is correct in every way. You should be responsible with the security of your own computer especially if you are delving into cryptocurrency world. You should scan your computer daily to check if there is any malware/virus that might steal BTC from you.
And what is the money disappears without a withdraw, tip or lost roll?
