I made 2 tickets, and still no response about my account. Its been 25 days.

I created the 2nd ticket and got a response on that day. But until now im still waiting.

Do you use by any chance the same password as here on the forum? And did you change your password after may 2015?
That info is up for grabs online since the forum got hacked.

It's the only thing I can think of.

And PD should take measures and start enabling 2FA for withdrawn and tipping like any other dice site does.

Well it could be that "autobot" that was posted here a few weeks ago. It basically looks like a regular bot, does some betting but from time to time the accounts can get withdrawn to an unknown BTC address, maybe he installed some executable or some faulty script which does this.

Do you mean like the third party autobot or primedice autobot? Seems like this autobot thing make everything unclear though. But if i not mistaken their already finished their autobot thing with the past maintenance right? Why this is happened again?

Yeah the shear amount of gamblers on that website sure is huge. However you need to realize that many probably have multiple accounts and are just playing the faucet or using some kind of bots hoping to start small with a facuet and win big.
