Why you are posting same question again and again, read this answer carefully and be patient as they promised all problem will sorted out today, so stop this and let them do their work on this issue, we all know this issue is very painful because so many players lost their account by dev team fault.

I don't understand. My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner? Three days ago PrimeDice took .1 from my balance.  My balance was .11 and then was .01 with no bet posted from me. 

I was betting all in 90% win chance on every bet.  I was working with .00333333 tip from singpays.

Primedice during this time was experiencing a problem with software and bets that registered 0.00x payout.

I did not experience this on this mistake.

I experienced .1 disappearing.

I asked Stunna and other support as well as Mod's to check my "balance" history where they can clearly see my balance go from .11 to .01 and show me a bet that was placed to result in this.

I keep being asked what my bet ID was.  I DID NOT bet! There is NO BET ID.  Balance history will show my account going from .11 to .01 with no bet.

Why has PrimeDice not answered me?  Why do I have to complain here?  I have over 1000 BTC wagered and gladly have tipped .1 on many occasions. 

I have no interest in posting to scam anyone.  I want to have my account treated fairly and be restored what was taken.

Please respond and show me balance and why this happened.

You aren't the first Intens, this happens a lot on Primedice, more then any other site. Still you will get the answer the problem was on your end like usual. And knowing you from the site you always play manual and never with a script or bot so that also couldn't be the case. I hope PD can provide you the info your seeking for.

I got back access to my account, but the stats are gone. Now I have a brand new account, while it was 1.5 years old (which is often required for giveaways) with a few million bets. It now has 0 bets. Wagered went up a lot, but that doesn't do me any good unless I use faucet.
I'm still curious what happened to the database, did all account data disappear entirely?

We will work on getting stats back from backups when we finish up fixing all affected accounts. It wont be to much of a problem for you since we know which accounts were affected. So we will take that into consideration if needed for giveaways or whatever.
