Did you tried on their main site instead of using bot? I'm quite sure about this that is just a bug, very possible chance this is happening due to database error and something got broken, so you have to sent the support ticket to get timely solution about this problem.

What is maximum bet amount on PrimeDice? Because I saw someone showing error message when he wanted to bet 1 BTC, that the max accepted bet is 0.04 BTC.
But then he bet exactly 0.04 BTC and still received error:

I tried 0.04 and does not work, may be due to this Special error? If such could be solved?

The maximum bet amount is 30 BTC with 2x payout so in case lower odds player can place the bigger amount too, this is big for sure or maybe that player have only 1 BTC into his account there, than he has to reduce the 1 satoshi from the bet amount.

The support is usually slow but it shouldn't be over 11 days. Maybe they missed your ticket. So like the others suggested just submit another ticket.

We had first response time under 3 hours which is better than 95% of the other sites that use zendesk Cheesy .
Industry average is 19 hours.

But yes support was a lot slower with this issues since we had huge amount of tickets and every single one required a lot of time to be sorted out.
We are almost done with all the tickets and then support will resume to be one of the fastest supports in the market.

MICRO, I have access to my account again, but the stats are still wrong .. will this be fixed or is this the end product and the ticket closed?

Atm we are focusing on fixing people accounts so they can login .
When we finish with this we will see what we can do about stats , get them from backup or what we can do to get them as accurate as possible.

I don't understand. My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner? Please assist me with the ticket #(15670) I've provided or at least let me know what more I could possibly do to have it resolved in a more expedited manner.

I believe I have found a bug that has presented itself since the update that messed everything up. I submitted a request (15943) where I explain what is going on. Please contact me either through this forum or by the email I gave you in the request. The bug is very unusual as it allows users to avoid the house edge in specific circumstances. I think you should take a look at my ticket. Hopefully my good intentions will be rewarded with a little coin to play with;)

maybe try to create new account so you can submit a ticket, when sending a ticket they will ask you to provide your username and email address anyway so they can contact you and verify that you are the real owner of the account, probably additional verification is needed

log in to the site > click "support" in the top bar and fill all the necessary informations needed. since there are currently some users sending tickets because of some issues, your ticket might get answered quite longer this time
