The support is usually slow but it shouldn't be over 11 days. Maybe they missed your ticket. So like the others suggested just submit another ticket.

I don't understand. My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner? Please assist me with the ticket #(15670) I've provided or at least let me know what more I could possibly do to have it resolved in a more expedited manner.

What about ticket #15002. I have been waiting now 11 days since my last response? The only thing happened after this ticket was that I was muted and no one knows why .

Send the email again/reply, my problem was solved in 3 days. i emailed after 2 days again and the next day i received my new password and a little bonus inside my account.

I already did today. But why they use a ticket system anyways, if they don't follow up.

Sometimes zendesk can mess up and we don't even get reply to a ticket. If you don't get reply after 48h feel free to submit ticket again.

Once we finish up with this issue with accounts support will be back to normal when you will get reply in 12 h max and pretty much all tickets will get solved in the first 24-48 hours.

lol i am sorry i was so enraged.. i know you are doing the best you can, hence why primedice is my ONLY betting site. still, these things that keep accuring once and over again.. you cant help but wonder. so far you have always proved trustworthy. i apologise for the accusations made.

I had another player from primedice send me a message today on youtube that apparantly they have seen my account online in their friends online list, this has me really concerned because I have not been able to login to the site since all this issue started, (weeks) and my account " MikeTheMug"  is a big affiliate earner with daily btc being made and if someone else is logging into my account, then they can obviously be emptying out all my commisions that I thought would just accumulate until all this account lockout issue is resolved.

Hope that today will be that day where this is resolved for me and I can login and get back to business, see how much I banked, see a nice bonus tip in there for all the troubles on top as well, then maybe I can go make a new viral video as I usually do (my infamous primedice videos that get worldwide mass attention on Youtube) so ya... let's see what happens today. For now, I am just playing and making vids about another dice site.

Password does not help us since all passwords are hashed and we cant see them.
A password can be converted into the hash, which is what always happened when I logged in. So my main question was: what happened to the database that my password is no longer enough to access my account?

We will come to it . We don't have many accounts left.

It would be kinda irresponsible from us to ask users for theirs passwrods. You may be using that password somewhere else to so... yeah.

Today i woke up to see one guy sending 73 tickets from multiple fake usernames. All this slows things down a lot.
We are working as fast as we can and we will be including bigger bonuses for people who waited longer.

Very sorry for this i hope we will be able to sort almost all of the accounts in the next 48 hours.
