I am able to place a bet. In fact, I have just created a new account for testing and have made bet #10971906442. I have no problem loading api.primedice.com/api/users/hui as well.
Yup it is back online, i am online there and it working wonderful for me there.

I also can confirm this PD is down for me too, having same familiar issue stuck on loading screen but hopefully it will be back online after few hours maybe some kind of maintenance in progress there.
Primedice is working on Google Chrome. although it taking some extra time to loading game. but it is loading correctly and everything else are fine.. I hope stuanna will fix everything so soon.

Not working for me either, tried force refresh and so on, it just shows the "Loading the world's most popular Bitcoin game...". I hope they can fix it soon.
