If you do not accept the withdrawal should send a support ticket I was worried there would be a problem if you do not report it

For some reason new version of bitcoind is ignoring ours set fee of 0.0002 . Dev is working on that and it should be fixed asap.
That's why we are taking only 0.0001 btc atm.

Maximum payout is 30 BTC and so maximum bet amount depend on what payout option you have for betting there if you will go with 2x payout than it will be 15 BTC, maximum payout is got increased from 20 BTC to 30 BTC at the moment.

That can happen either when you switch accounts too often, or try to log in too much.

It's a security measure to prevent people from brute-forcing your password and compromising your account. Usually you wait 1-3 hours (don't try logging in during this time or it might reset the counter), and then try logging on.

Do you have shared pc/are using a vpn? i'm not sure when does primedice resets the "too many login attempt". contact support and it'll be fixed.

Have you made many login attempts in a short period of time? Or have you switched between a few different accounts quickly?

It is an anti-bruteforce mechanism and you should be able to log in your account after an hour or two.
