That is really strange withdrawal request processing manually without any public notice, hot wallet got empty and not have enough to pay to people or that for some kind of security reason, it would be helpful to let know what is going there and it will be back to instant withdraw?
It's a security feature. PD's bankroll is massive, but we only keep a small portion of the bankroll in the hot wallet in the case that someone were to find an exploit.
As I said above, withdraws are still instant. They were only pending for a few hours. Like I said, refilling the hot wallet usually only takes a few minutes, this time just took a bit longer.
It is good to here that now back to instant withdrawal. But I think, as a reputed site you guys should put a public notice before someone post here saying that my withdrawals are pending. If you guys fail to do so then there is no difference between reputed site and new site. Hope next time whenever your hot wallet become empty we would like to see some kind of a notice to people saying withdrawals may delay for sometime for so and so reason. That gives some kind of confidence to players. Still it is a best site for dice game.
For this long occasion yesterday, we had no idea it would take that long so there wasn't a way for us to give a notice ahead of time.
And if we posted every time the hot wallet was empty we'd be posting it 5+ times a day on some days. The hot wallet running out isn't the issue, it's a quick fix.
The only reason it took so long yesterday was that we had to wait for inputs or something according to Stunna. I don't know the specifics, and we weren't given any warning either.
