Just be a little bit more patient: they PD has a great support, expecially lately, with MICRO always on eery issue. Maybe timezone has affected you request (I mean he could be sleeping) but as soon as he will read your message he will at least aknowledge you he is having a look into it.

Btw, when you are not getting reply to your ticket instantly there is no need to send more than one ticket about the same issue. That will just slow down your response time due to us having to go through much more tickets than needed.
