so you lost your money because you made a max bet and it did not warn you about that so you want to get your money back or what?
ya their software glitched I didnt confirm the bet so therefore I want it back
Either the software glitched or your hotkey is on . You may not remember what you did but there hasnt been any other complain about max bet button glitched and the warning is still there
This happened awhile ago not recently
When you click "MAX" button first warning you get is "ROLL DICE" button turns to "YOU CLICKED MAX BET" , than you have to click that button once, it will turn to "CONFIRM x.xxxxxxxx BET" and to make bet you need to click that .
I think that is more than enough warnings about max bet button ?
As for balance "gone" issue. Balance can never disappear.
It will be lost on a bet, or tipped to another user or withdrawn.
Primedice never had balance vanish from balance.
If anything of above happened and you did not authorize it than your account is compromised and somebody else has access to it.
Sadly that happens a lot because easy phishing tools that no AV can detect.
People use bots, fake "hash hackers" go to fake links like vipdice that is coded to take your balance or your login credentials.
We try our best to prevent that by muting/banning those users who attempt that but we cant do it without users realizing what that is.
We highly recommend everybody to enable 2fA.
