@Vod, I appreciate what you do in the lending section against the noobs whoes sole intention is to scam others but when it go against regular forum users who are making good contribution to the community, helping the community to shine bright - a little flaxibility does not harm much.

I do not think we all need to be too hard when there are no escrow in a deal especially when it's not coming from a brand new noob account. In some cases we have example of highly trusted escrow who screwed up, example: master-p. There are well built account who are loan scammers, Example: The TYM, ASU etc. How would you think, we coould prevent them? There are certain things which are not in our control. If this meant to happen then it will happen. When a scam is obvious then let's call it scam instead of speculating it.

I am not against escrow, in fact, I encourage escrow but I do not force anyone. It's a choice between two traders. If the buyer is happy to accept a deal without escrow then let it be! I was 100% fine with Mbitr doing the auction without escrow. Thanks yogg for coming forward and save it from further mess.

If I remember correcly, Mbitr is wearing the signature of the project from the very beggining. There are few other users too. One way and another, these people are doing great job for this project. Hopefully these users get a little respect from the community for their selfless contribution.

From the last few years I have been travelling and staying in some eastern countries and I know how I feel when I see people around me not been able to have meal for few days/weeks, they are asking food/money from you, I usually take them to the nearest restaurant and feed them first and then if I have spear cash, I try to give them some. I see people sleeping on the street with no cloth on them, you can count the bones on their chest. I have no idea how they survive, but they are living. We made a society, but we never thought to balance it. Rich are getting rich and poor are starving.

Very nice to see some contribution from theymos. But the fund was sent to wrong address (a personal fundraise address of mine). So, I transferred it to the address dedicated to the COVID-19 project.

We have an update from the COVID-19 patient, and we are happy to know that. He wrote us that his test is negative. They will do another test after 3/4 days.  I am sharing result of the report but hiding some information.



It feels good, and I am happy for this user.

Almost every day we receive request. We go through the applications, we drop unqualified applications, sometimes when we ask more information from users - some of them just break the contact. A lot of things happen behind the wall. I, Hhampuz and our investigation team always ensure that we are with the right person. We try our best.

We were thinking to launch a paid signature campaign to get more exposure and to get more donations, but it seems we ran out of funds so until we have enough fund we have postponed the signature campaign. I and Hhampuz agree in some level with you but it is kinda hard to put a boundary against such an appeal. After all this COVID-19 crisis is effecting everyone in one way or other. We have worked with this appeal in last few days and decided to help the patient with some money so that she can continue her treatment.

Don't make it too hard on you.
Tell the doctor if he sees any patient who is struggling to pay for the medicine - to contact with you. They will meet you in your business place. Take the picture of the prescription like I suggested and send it to us. We will then do our due diligence and give you the money. You then pay for the medicine.

If the amount is not much then pay if upfront from you and give us the receipt. We will pay it back to you after.
