Perhaps the team is not the key to the success of the project, but everyone knows that if for example some team of developers has already done a successful project, then invest in their other project much more. So I think we need a team anyway.

I have never seen such bounty campaings but I think it's possible for such campaing to be something good, not scam. But it's really rare.

Hy all.

There is something bordering me and I will like to share with you all.  have been wondering if we need any Jupiter to tell us that a project without team members and no whitepapers are like to scam.
My questions is that have you seen any bounty campaign without team members and the project succeeded?
If such is there please outline let look into such project and loop it out.

I never see this kind of ico project so far that don't have any team neither a whitepaper as well, but there are some ico project exposing a team members but the truth was its just a ghost team that has been used the images of some personality. then in the whitepaper, it is obvious it was copied from the other WP formats and they change a little bit to become different so that the community won't say anything about it. But the truth is just a plagiarism.

I've never heard of a project without a team, even if I have, I might ignore it. For ICO, making an anonymous team or non-whitepaper, that is a dead step for a project. Now with the world of crypto, we need these things to support credibility because now there is a crisis of validity and credibility here. So it is not wise to use methods without team or whitepaper publications.

In as much that there is a possibility of having a project without a known team that is not scam, their success rate is rare as people will not trust them that much and their genuinety is on the scale of 1 to 10

that's really curious. as we know there are always exeptions from the rules, so even if you happened to meet ten teamless scam project it doesn't mean the eleventh teamless project will be the same

Team member are more important thing for every project, without team members in project means it is like tree without leaf..they are the movers of project.

Be careful. If you see a project that does not have a description of the team on the site and in whitepaper, then most likely it’s a scam

Project without a team member does not deserving of investors ' money.  If there is project with food idea and a dedicated dev,  then let everybody mine and contribute their quota to the development of such project!

I have never come across such a project.  A project without a team?  I was alarmed by projects that had three people on the team.  I think the project should consist of experts in their field and be open to the community.

It's hard to make a project without team members it's hard to manage whole project with only one person. There's so many works to make in a project and one person can't make it.

Nice topic , my answer is it varies ,there are some projects with only one dev and its doing fine and its no scam ,there are some with teams that are not real ,they steal peoples profile off LinkedIn to create the project and there are ones with teams but the project will fail ,there you have it ,it doesn't really matters ,just don't put your eggs in one basket.

Think calmly, take a decision wisely, I think the project that only has teams and whitepapers is still a possibility to be a scam project, especially the project without the team and whitepapers, I think it hurts the scam ... think clearly and don't take a risk

How could a project be possible if there has no team members or whitepaper? People would not even try to invest on that project if the project is not complete well, although there have been successful project that have anonymous team.

Some anonymous coins don't publish their own teams, and even they won't do ICO, but even then they will publish their own white papers. These coins only existed in the early days of crypto development, and now we are almost impossible to see such coins. If you see such a project now, then you don't need to deal with it at all.

A project without team members , I considered it a weak project ,because promotion of project needs more brain in order to gather ideas and strategy for the goods of the project and members will be brainstorming to achieve good output for the success of the project , so members is so important in the team and project.

No team means no white paper, no sales staff, I don't think such a project will succeed! Projects without any support can't be successful!

It is not possible that with out a good team you can not grow in the field of crypto and many ICO and good projects are due to expertise of experts and i follow that ICO which is backed by a good team like then experts gives rating to the new ICO and projects.
