guys, they're a big SCAM and very well orchestrated!!!

I'm logging here all the details from my experience with these fraudsters, in order to inform every potential victim:
25/12/2020: I live in Greece and ordered a Bitmain Antminer T17e 2nd hand from from their EU Warehouse (Total:   €778)
06/01/2021: they provided a DHL tracking number of a parcel leaving China (they replied that this delay was due to the holidays break)
20/01/2021: after having sent couple of mails and no reply, they provided a new tracking number of a parcel leaving China to Lithuania (EU warehouse) and I would have to wait for few more days because of the pandemic
11/02/2021: the parcel was never delivered to EU warehouse, because there was none to receive it, so they return it back to China!!!
04/03/2021: the parcel sent from China and arrived to Greece
20/03/2021: the parcel delivered to me but the miner was totally broken and unusable, only GUI works
I received a non working miner full of dust and debris, the hashboards where severely damaged, some chips where totally burned and some other disoldered
14/04/2021: I keep sending mails for replacement but I do not get any reply of-course

the advertised communication channels are not working of-course
Telegram: @prominerzbot
Email [email protected]
only [email protected] was replied to me few times when I announced to them that I follow the legal way, but it is over a month now

from their page,
"Worldwide Express Shipping & Swiss Quality Service"
"Swiss Quality Based in Zürich, you’ll enjoy 100% Swiss Quality Service"
"Excellent Support, We love direct and simple communication. Chat with us!"
"Used miners are exposed to a slightly different delivery time. Your miner will be shipped after 5-7 Days and therefore delivery will take place usually after 7-10 days."

everything is fake, keep away from them

They won't answer any of the two options. What about the weird email of the guy in the post above?
Write your complaints to it as well. If they respond positively, well and good. If they ask for more money to recover your shipment, then you will know it was created for ill intentions.

Does anyone have any way of contacting them? An recent email address or something? This is my first ASIC purchase. I would really s**k getting scammed on my first purchase.

Someone please help me 😞.
Why do you trust websites you hardly know anything about with your money?

There's an option to contact support on their website

https://www.prominerz.com/help-support/?v=04c19fa1e772 - There's a chat box in the bottom right corner

There is also a support email on this profile - [email protected]

I got the DHL tracking on monday. But the parcel was just picked up by DHL today and on the way to France already.
All seems OK now.
I will update again when I will receive it, hopefully monday.

Edit:
I received my order from prominerz yesterday afternoon, so the order+delivery process took a bit less than a month.
Not too bad because of Chrismas, hollydays etc.. And not too good because it could have been slightly faster.
You need to have patience and manage your stress when you order this kind of harware... But Prominerz is legit and gave a good support.
I baught 2 Innosilicon A10 6 Gb 500Mh/s refurbished, but the good surprise is that one of them is almost new (from december 2020).
Both machines are running now with a total of 900+ Mh/s
A small disapointment about both PSU'S that were supposed to be new, but they are refurbished, and one is really uggly looking.
After all, I am a happy customer. You can buy from them but need to have lot of patience.
Personnally, I would avoid preorders, because if the product don't comes out, it will be complicated and long process to be refunded.
If you guys have any question about my order/experience with prominerz or other, please feel free to contact me

I made a purchase from them and I underpayed b/c of the transaction fees. When I try to reach them on the same computer, Google tells me that it is a risky website and it won't let me open it. When I try it from another ip address, it opens with no issue. Does anyone have any way of contacting them? An recent email address or something? This is my first ASIC purchase. I would really s**k getting scammed on my first purchase.

Someone please help me 😞.

Guess chalk it up to life experience and an expensive lesson.  Pretty poor way for them to do business though.  Thanks for replying.

Hi I wish I had read some of these before I had placed an order with Prominerz.

Has anyone received a refund from these guys?  I had placed an order for an in-stock miner, but was told it was no longer in stock and I could opt for a refund.  I've requested the refund, but it's been dead silence since.  It's been about 10 days since I've last heard from them.  Their website seems to be a little funky lately, but I've tried emailing and using their online ticket system.  Not sure what else I can do at this point.
Sorry about the experience. Always make it a habit to first read different reviews and complaints about the service before ordering through them. It may seem hectic and time-wasting, but it sure would save you from such agony and bad experience.

There's nothing much you can do except wait and see if the support will help and sort you out.

I ordered 2 miners since 16th december.
Till now and since monday, they say: "your package is ready for pick-up by DHL"
I will keep you posted, but the delays are long for miners they have in stock... I hope all goes well

This is very suspicious because couriers are working as usual and the average pickup timing is 24 hours.
So if they got they would get package ready on the 18th, you would get the tracking number on that day or on the 19th. If you didn't get it it means they're lying and did not order a pickup at all.

Contact them tomorrow and say that if they are unable to deliver you'd like your money back.

It's pretty common for these hardware suppliers to sell products they don't have.

i wanted to order there too. is there any news?
Be careful dealing with them or if you feel you can't wait, then send them money you can afford to lose. Personally I wouldn't bother using their service. I would look for a much more trusted mining gear seller/reseller.

You got your order?
