Hi guys,

Prominerz here to take all the questions about the shop(s). I saw somoeone commented that he got blocked from the account when trying to login to our user dashboard which is not impossible. We have had a problem with a DDOS Attacks like other shops, probably came from an unhappy customer (yes unhappy customers exist too and they can be evil).

We are always honest and transparent and have nothing to hide. Crypto is still on a very shaky ground where suppliers, distributors and unofficial resellers (yes! nobody besides the factories is official even if they claim to be) like us have to deal with a whole lot of cr..

What I can comment here on some of the shops from asicminervalue is that most of them I know and they are good to go. For me clearly the difference is the quality of service as well as the communication with the buyer/customer. We try to keep that quick and easy as good as we can (sometimes when the hype is up it's getting hard to keep up with a small team). We improve that part also every day, and that obviously is our job.

For now I think we are doing the best that can be done with the tools the market provides and as much customers have bad experiences as much we do have sh... to deal with the factories as resellers. Factories for example reschedule, they cancel, the threat us with cancellation if we communicate negative about them, they reschedule again and then when all works smooth they want us as "official" partners to then again fuck us up when shit goes down during a hype. Its very very delicate but I can assure the people that asked that asicminervalue is doing the best they can to check on the sites they add. As far as I have info, websites get declined on a daily base, meaning, every day some scam douchbags try to get listed as trusted vendors...

The market is still like the wild wild west but there is people working in the background trying to make it better and I am counting prominerz and some others to be part of that direction of the movement...

If there are any questions, just hit me up here.

Hello everyone
I want to share my experience with Sesterce. I had ordered 4 Obelisk GRN1 units. It was a pre order and I would get them in October. Unfortunately Obelisk cancelled the launch of GRN1.  So I asked for an immediate refund. Now, although I won't get the product and there is nothing to wait for, Sesterce says I must will not get my money back until October. Has anyone ordered the same product or had a similar issue? Has anyone been reimbursed from Sesterce or expects to be reimbursed? I would be really interested in letting me know your experience.
Look up to this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherMining/comments/bovin5/bitech_mining_sesterce/#bottom-comments
It seems they are legit ones but they do have issue that they do sent out old miners instead of new ones when you do ordered.Their Reddit account support is
responsive too but I still doubt into this shop.

Like I said above it is hard to trust this site and we don't know if they can refund your money. Did you try to contact them first and wait for their response instead and maybe they will let you choose to buy another product with the same value as an exchange?

I hope next time don't deal with unknown sellers there are some reviews but all of them are newbies and always verify if they are verified, distributor.

Why not contact the manufacturer and ask if the prominerz is their verified distributor or seller to ease your fears. This is the official website of the manufacturer https://obelisk.tech/

If they are verified seller or distributor you are safe you can wait for their response for refund.

The shipment is early july where others are at end of august / september.

Yes i paid a little more but if i actually get my stuff i would not have to wait 1.5 month (half of my ROI) before i could start.

Website is back to normal, i can access my account again and it seems fine again(i hope).
I did not use PayPal for the transfer so if it is a fake site i would still be ******
Just keep praying till the doorbell i guess...

Hope you're in luck and you will get your order.

But out of pure curiosity, what was the offer that convinced you to buy from them and not from another manufacturer?
I've checked their prices and nothing looks really that attractive to risk it.

3000 for the t17 and 800 for an s9j  if you but 10 is not that great.

A lot of sites that Asicminervalue used to list as 'tested' in the past weren't actually legit and several of them were pretty scammy sites too. Best way you can buy miners is from the distributor directly, and the next best is from a bigger and more reputable reseller such as on a site like eBay (as eBay has good buyer protection).

That's bad if you order already from the site and experience some issue when accessing your account.
I told you earlier that it is safe to buy if you order miner directly to the manufacturer that is why I ask if what miner you are planning to buy because I'd like to help you if where's the safe place to buy for the specific miner you like.

Did you try to contact the support? Let me ask if what payment method you use to pay from prominerz? If you use paypal you can start to dispute your order to reverse the payment.

These two shady sites are currently listed in asicminervalue as "tested"': Sesterce / Bitech | cryptominerbros?

@op, don't completely trust a single site, use as many sources as possible since it's pretty easy to fake reviews. Prominerz is obscure, and I would not touch an obscure site under any circumstances.

Has anyone ever bought something from Prominerz.com?
Is it a legit site?

I made a purchase from Prominerz already

Why did you do it without at least receiving some serious feedback first?

I found the website using asicminervalue.com and always thought it was a trusted website. Hope for the best i guess.

Asivminervalue has promoted so many fake miner manufacturers and produces it should be avoided like the plague.
ASG, kept popping up under different names there and its one of a hundred.

Never heard this website before but when I tried to search this domain here on the forum someone already promoting it.

Look at these two post below.

- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.46360777

And according to asicminervalue.com it is one of the trusted distributors.

Let me ask if what miner you are planning to buy?

I suggest you buy directly to manufacturers like in bitmain.com for Antminer for your safety.
