ICO is not expected to raise less than $15m. So, it is a given that there is no stated soft cap. The hard cap is not $122m but 150K stakes. Some stakes have been discounted and sold during the private pre-ICO.
that's a lot... the whole Russia's weapon export costs around $15 bln and some ppl wanna make some ICO that costs 0.1% of such large scale business like weapons trade?

The Hard Cap is $122 Millions ? what's that guys, come on with these imaginary budget.

the "hard cap" appears high if calculated like that. But I would guess that there won't be all 150K stakes sold.
I think it´s a great addition for the NEM ecosystem and therefore if you have patience and not in for a quick flip, it´s a good one in my eyes
