That's the biggest wallet that looks like it might belong to anyone in particular, though I've heard through the grapevine that Cryptsy does stake. All the other bigger wallets look like cold storage, possibly for Cryptsy or CCEX.

-Does encoding matter when creating a .conf file? I made it using ANSI, but have the option to change it to Unicode and others.
-Do I need to connect through a SOCKS proxy?

Some have said it isn't needed yet. But as of now no plans as it will cost .3btc to get one up and running from the guy I spoke to (not sure if its a good price for one and he said I have till the 31st to order as he is giving me a discounted price) and haven't got any funds to use
