Are all these people getting banned? I see mkr (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mkr-216331) posting, still on off-topic spamming.

I know you said he was on hilariousandco list but he is still active and spamming, badbear said ''banned'' in the first page of this post, im not sure what he meant since this guy is not banned.
True, haven't seen BadBear posting anything since then, but the ones that were banned are the guys above the first
line, the ones lower that are updated and haven't been banned yet(AFAIK).

This thread was meant to be only for yobit spammers but making one thread for every campaign spammer list would be cluttering the meta board, thats why I included all of sig camp spammers.
And AFAIk your post quality is lowest of the low, along with the fact that you probably are farming sigs with your alt.

posting in a different language doesnt give them a free pass to spam whatever they want. even if we, the outsiders, may not understand what theyre saying, its spam to the members that might actually be using that local board to discuss whatever.

but how could we know if they are spamming even their posts is mostly 1 liners? we all know here that 1 liner posts doesnt mean its a spam but its just most likely. am i right?
because the local mods / other local board posters that can read the given language can tell if the content of the post is actually on topic and contributes to the discussion or is just nonsense / brainless drivel that was thought up of in a whole 2 seconds. the mods look at more than just the length of a post before deciding to take action you know.

Hehe gotta give you hand for taking the effort to go through my posts. Well , in my defense I'm wasn't much used to the rules and pretty sure I didn't have a signature when I made those crap posts. Everyone starts somewhere don't they? Lets just say I'm making it back by spotting the spammers now.
P.S: Pretty sure that once in a while nearly everyone makes a post in off-topic and such, not pointing to anyone but even mods do it, Mitchell posts regularly in Total time logged in, shorena used to post in faucet and games and rounds(yup definitely hard to believe) and so on
I'm not sure if his attention was to be funny or to insult your efforts. Regardless of this, occasional posts in such threads are okay. Constantly posting in threads of that kind, because you're being paid for doing so, is not. You're correct that everyone starts somewhere. As long as you learn from the mistakes that you've made in the past you should not be ashamed of them.

I recall the time that I was spamming on the counting with images thread.  Embarrassed

being a senior member doesnt mean much when you take into account that 80% of those accounts are more than likely bought off account farmers solely for the higher sig campaign payouts.
Another problem with those daily and prediction threads is account farming. They're being farmed either to be sold or to join such campaigns.

New spam campaign: Bit-mixer, seems many spammers are getting more greedy an switching to bit-mixer's campaign. Its also way easier to find members of bit-mixer campaign than going through yobit, because as it seems most bit-mixer participants post in the campaign thread as well.
Edit: Finding a lot of guys posting in local board, should I include them in the spammers list as well?

I dont think local thread posters should be banned aswell as we dont know what they are talking about unless if their posts are mostly less than 5words or just a picture then they should be banned

I liked the initiative , Much I am amazed to see so many Sr.member accounts being banned , Most of the accounts are those whom i never saw posting , i guess most are Local section spammers , shame on Sr.Members who are much old being part of Forum and still don't know rules and spam.

Local mods can be consulted in that case and I sometimes send lists to them to check for clarification if I'm unsure, though if they're all short sentences it's not difficult to see something is up.

Isn't this something that should be up to the senior board member and moderators?  What is the point of this, just to cause trouble?

It normally does and is going on in the staff section but people are free to post their opinion here. You can make a thread titled 'bitcointalk trouble makers' and list everyone has posted in here if you want.

Seriously?  Personally I see this just as you guys trying to make yourselves feel important.  On our boards, we have a staff that takes cares of these things.  If you guys tried something like this on one of those boards, we would ban you guys quicker than anything.  I am officially ignoring this thread, so say what you want.

Staff are taking care of things but if users want to report what they think are spammers to help out then they can do (whether that makes them feel important or not). Your forum doesn't sound thta great though if you ban members just for posting something you don't like. That's not how this forum works and that's a good thing in my opinion.

Senior board members? What are you talking about? No. Such spammers deserve to be on a public shame list. It is much easier for the staff to handle the situation with the cooperation of the community.

Update: Your (small) forum is comparable to this one and a single solution can be (easily) applied everywhere (flawless logic indeed). You need to read up more in regards to this, especially the posts made by BadBear.

Not a yobit spammer, he uses other signatures but he is spamming like the others, 50% of his posts are on ''dice game strategy'' saying the same thing over and over, the other posts are totally worthless aswell..

Waiting for BadBear's update, but AFAIK he's on hilarious' ban list, you should expect him to be banned pretty soon.

Thanks, I noticed him as well. But those are accounts, you should report to the moderator , preferably hilariousandco , he is making a list for members to be considered for ban for somewhat constructive but low quality sig posters. This thread is for the lowest of the low

I don't know what you mean by "Sr board member" but this thread was created for three purposes and as per a moderator's "request"
---snip----
Well this thread was made for three purposes:
1) The campaign to notice this thread and kick out the spammers
2) For moderators to notice and either consider a ban or warn the members, for which I had made another thread but decided to stick with this one: (will post as soon as I find it; link)
3) A public shame list.
