I believe I have a list of some bad spammers as well. I'll try and post it later today for others to add to their ignore list / staff to ban.
Banned. When\if you extend the list, leave a space or separator line.

. Probably got most of them already as I posted a list of nearly 100 a few days ago but feel free to post one publicly. Maybe naming and shaming them might do some good. 
This is what you call a long list or is this just the beginning? Anyhow, hilarious was keeping a close eye on this campaign and most spammers have or are going to be dealt with very soon. I didn't check whether those are on his list (lack of time ATM), however any contributions are useful. A wouldn't mind a public shame list for spammers.
