I just online now to try there live support. The estimated time of reply is now under 2minutes and the chat response of support is now almost instant to back up @Rilawan feedback for the live support response rate. The improvement is very noticeable because the last time I inquire in live support took them more than 30minutes before an agent answer my question. Good thing that Punt is very serious on taking notes all the feedbacks here to immediately apply in the casino.

I see that the response time is not the same but I think that's normal for a human support because we don't know what if they are currently talking to the other customers and they are trying to solve their issues. We can also include the time that they go to the bathroom or they are doing something which is are important.

The response of under 2 minutes is already decent though and that is better compared to their response time before which is 30 minutes of higher than that. Having a responsive customer support is great but it's not enough. The costumer support must also know the scope of their job as some can't seem to solve the issue of their customers.

The live support usual reply time on the website is marked as "Under 10 minutes"
In reality, it took more than 10 minutes literally for every answer.
As a result, live support agent was not responding for more than 25 minutes and then just went offline without any notice.
As a new casino, they should impress their players and one of them is to have a 24/7 active support team.  Having someone from the admin or support staff to talk to when unexpected things happen such as delayed crediting of deposit, suspended withdrawal, glitches, inquiries and other stuff is somehow reassuring and make the player at ease.  It is frustrating and may put a lot of stress to the player if support staff reply takes too long.  This kind of experience may force a player to come in a decision to look for another casino that has more active support people.
Hey Apne if they can do it the way you have mentioned here then I don't think they will be left behind.  If they can't do anything then their project will be in vain I think they won't be able to go far

That's a very good start from this casino. Honestly 2 minutes reply from a support is outstanding for me, knowing that I'm considering a 15 minutes reply a fast reply from a support chat. Improvement for such short time is a good way to improve reputation, also listening to the community suggestions and implementing it is one of the most thing that the community likes.

Well, you cannot judge the support based on one attempt, because you might have just been lucky that one of them was available when you tried. I am not saying that you should spam them with frequent tests, because that will just increase their problems, but a query now and again will not hurt.  Grin
Try it different times and you can discover it. Because a platform can change from good to bad and bad to good. It is why reputation needs lot of time to achieve.

Live support services for 24/7 are very important for users in responding to various complaints about deposits, withdrawals and others. I think it's pretty early to tell. There's a chance that it is a payed influencer since he has the most videos on punt instagram account but who knows. I've seen good winnings and highlights on their instagram account and I think they are trying to get some traction thru it. This casino is somehow new but let's hope they are planning to be one of the biggest since those who aim high stays the longest.
