As a result, live support agent was not responding for more than 25 minutes and then just went offline without any notice.
It is obvious the supports are not active in some cases and as a matter of administrative procedure, they may not be in a position to answer such questions and will need to get the answer from the admin or security team before furnishing clients with the information. Am not standing in to support the inability of the support to be fast and actively informed on some sensitive inquiries such as this but since this is a new casino there is still a lot of development to be done on the site and we need to give them time to get to that level.
Maybe we need to think positively that their team is working on cases faced by other users so that it delays their response to us. But it is highly discouraged to leave a customer who wants to ask about something or their problem without any notification as this is a matter of trust and responsiveness of the support team in answering customer questions. Hopefully, this can be a valuable input for the team and they can fix it as soon as possible and tell the entire support team not to do it again to other members.

I doubt that this is the case. Punt is new and probably they still don’t have enough manpower to answer the live chat real time. They are saving all the feedbacks here as note for there future update. Many startup casino doesn’t have live support during there initial launch then just improve later on. Users of this casino should take in consideration all the point I mention above. I think more important is they still answer concerns right after they read it and not completely ignoring it.

It is based on our average actual response time; Intercom notes this in their software and presents it to users that open up the livechat on Punt.com I personally haven't seen a case where an agent has taken more than 10 minutes to respond to a legitimate question. Of course there are sometimes exceptions. Although we are a brand new site, the growth Punt.com has experienced in such a short time is truly unprecedented and we are definitely going to be hiring more support staff to support the amount of volume we currently are receiving. Sometimes we get bombarded with trolls or people asking for free money; those types of chat messages tend to be under-prioritized vs. legitimate support relating inquiries. I've seen good winnings and highlights on their instagram account and I think they are trying to get some traction thru it. But for sure those casino newly come here have the same games offered by other ones and the only thing we can think about them is their reputation, consistency of the contest they want to held and other appealing things which can convince us to play at their casino. Most provably many experience gamblers doesn't want to play on new casino since they want to see first their performance before they spend their bets there.
