I doubt that this is the case. Punt is new and probably they still don’t have enough manpower to answer the live chat real time. They are saving all the feedbacks here as note for there future update. Many startup casino doesn’t have live support during there initial launch then just improve later on. Users of this casino should take in consideration all the point I mention above. I think more important is they still answer concerns right after they read it and not completely ignoring it.

Maybe we need to think positively that their team is working on cases faced by other users so that it delays their response to us. But it is highly discouraged to leave a customer who wants to ask about something or their problem without any notification as this is a matter of trust and responsiveness of the support team in answering customer questions. Hopefully, this can be a valuable input for the team and they can fix it as soon as possible and tell the entire support team not to do it again to other members.

It is obvious the supports are not active in some cases and as a matter of administrative procedure, they may not be in a position to answer such questions and will need to get the answer from the admin or security team before furnishing clients with the information.
