If the product was already built even before the ICO - then why does VIDZ coin still need to be active if it had no role in development/creation of the website itself. VIDZ is an ancillary financial instrument with no tangible use case that is being pumped and dumped. ICO is already at 5x and you can see the whales putting up sell walls. One 10 bTC+ sell wall around 600 sats. They have accumulated large amounts and they'll dump on everyone here because they know VIDZ has no real technology behind the coin
Purevidz is a solid website, VIDZ is not related to purevidz. Purevidz has real use case, VIDZ is a pump and dump that no relevance in this context at all.
We understand your point here. There are no technological advantages to VIDZ, necessarily. However, how does the defacto currency of the next big streaming site sound to you?
They are not entirely unconnected. This project has the opportunity to reach millions of people. It could even have millions of users per day. Many of whom would be new to cryptocurrency. If we understand correctly, fiat investors will have all of their money turned into VIDZ and then some will be burned. Does it not sound like it could appreciate in value?
Moreover, what sort of shit pump and dump stops at 5X returns?

You need to read the whitepaper if you dont understand what the point of vidz is.
Its a token, to be used for investors to reap rewards from investing, for users to place bounties and for uploaders to get paid for their time and effort uploading. Not to mention the global bounties that's been mentioned. Read the white paper and you'll know why we all invested in vidz.
Why do the bounties have to be paid in VIDZ? VIDZ coin specifications have no technical unique service propositions over Bitcoin or other superior designed altcoins. This arguement is void and is just an excuse.
VIDZ was accumulated at low 80 and then this website was launched. The website delivers but its a standalone entity. Now with Bitcoin threatening to break 1k the whales will dump their 5x profits to sell into Bitcoin. This always happens to the alt market you can see poloniex is also downtrending as of Yesterdays bitcoin range breakout.
purevidz is the currency which will be developed now.

There is currently a signature campaign which pays in btc. The twitter campaign I believe was paid in vidz.
Just because the project is gaining a bit of attention and trending up above ico price doesn't really validate whether this is or isn't a real project or not. After going through the whitepaper and seeing some of the scope of the project I invested. I didn't get in until after ICO bit am still happy with where it's going and the contributions by the DEV. If you don't see merit here that's fine . Some of us do. Feel free to check out some of the movies on the site though.

1st- vidz ico was at 85 sat, not low 80's
2nd- site was up and functioning even before the ico started. No surprises for anyone

Twitter bounties have been issued directly to the accounts of those who participated, registered and passed our audit. Some people may even notice a small bonus in comparison to what they're expecting. A total of 64,000 VIDZ was paid out to participants (0.256 BTC at current market value of 400 sats). The OP has been updated with development fund expenditures.
In the future, we may consider running another Twitter campaign when we're ready with some upcoming changes we're working on. Currently we're working on integrating the UI that Dynamic Index has developed as well as a public api with documentation for 3rd party developers to programmatically interact with the site.
With the adoption of our platform as it grows what does an api bring to the table for the typical consumer? The short answer is more content! With the ability to programmatically automate content, 3rd party developers will have the ability to create scripts to do quick multi-uploading or even a more complex task such as downloading a torrent and on completion automatically seeding it to the IPFS network and uploading the hash onto our index.
Currently, we are estimating to have things released on February 15th but this date may be adjusted.

Good job dev, just a question, is the uploader will benefit only from the bounties set on the requested content?
What about, ads on movies, no cut from it to the uploader? is the current payout module will be worth it on the long-term from the uploader point of view.
I think in youtube the uploader got a small portion of number of views when it increases it drives more ads, in-return youtube pays the uploader.
Just need to know if people will use VIDZ as a second income generator, that will drive the project value so much.

There was only 2 BTC in sell books until 500 sats now there is roughly 5 BTC. Soon the ICO pump and dump group will get impatient and start selling towards 200 sats or 300 sats. This is going to dump now. No exchange involvements also
